      Terrible company. I had a terrible experience with their mosquito defense services. They would say they arrived and perform service without coming. They would reschedule unannounced and let mosquitoes take over. I am so disappointed. I went with a big brand name to simplify my life and instead was a year of headache.

      A member of our ************** Team reached out to this customer regarding a similar social media complaint. We apologized for the issues they had scheduling their mosquito services.  We were able to have their property treated on Tuesday, September 13.

      First the nonprofessional lawncare expert lied. He was doing aeration on the yard. My husband opened the back gate, told my husband that he could not get the machine thru the gate and he would return with a smaller one and finish the job - Lied he never came back. I called and rescheduled, meaning he meant to leave it as such. I called customer service and had the remainder of the job on 9/7 between 1-4. On 9-7 around at 3:48 pm I received a text stating gate locked. Yes it is locked, I was waiting for him to come to unlock the gate. He did not ring the doorbell. I have a ring security system and HE DID NOT COME. I called customer service asked to reschedule it or have the tech come out on 9/7, told by a rep, sorry to late. Was scheduled for today without offering me a time frame, it got booked for today from 1-6. I had travel plans today and asked that the time to be moved up to 8 am. Was told that they notified the manager. This morning no change, called customer service and they have been reaching out to this non manager since 8am this morning. I cancelled my travel plans to get this done today because I will be gone for a while. The tech lied and continue to lie and inconvenience me. I guess they don't care, they took the ****** immediately for a third of the job done, now I have to wait, so unfair and unprofessional for a company that so-call pride themselves on customer service. The service I am getting *****, no consideration for my time, only their time, paid for a service not fully done and I cannot speak to the manager because he is avoiding me like the plague. He will not call me to try to make this right? Who is going to compensate me for my inconvenience knowing I had plan to travel today? Nobody they don't care, and especially this manager that allows a lazy tech to lie to a customer. Is this how you do business? If it is-I will be seeking out a reputable lawn care company, that cares about the customers, not give them the runaround

      TruGreen performed services that left my lawn with more weeds and bare spots than before the services were applied. The lawn is torn up in spots, and only dirt is present in many areas where grass used to grow well. Only negative results of the two aeration and over seeding (many spots where I observed seeds not applied), services. Watering, mowing, other instructions have been followed very precisely. I let customer services know about the above, and due to having only negative results, I want a refund for the services. I was informed refunds are not given. The representative stated they would provide any services to help with my lawn, and would send a manager if I prefer. I informed them that I want this, but have not heard back. I still want a refund. I do not want continued services, or to pay for previous services that ruined my lawn.

      A member of the local management team met with the customer on the property to discuss the concerns he has with the service.  The customer has some trees in the back yard as well as a crabapple tree in the front yard. We will be refunding him for the aeration and seeding that was completed this year, and will be doing the aeration and seeding for him next fall at no charge to help the lawn recover.  The customer was satisfied with the resolution offered by the local management team.

      TruGreen ********** Office currently has a court judement for money damages and signage vandalism issued by Placer County ********** Superior Court. TruGreen Management and Staff have ignored this entire situation and in fact did not even show up for the court hearing. Judgement against TruGreen was issued by the court on August 8, 2022. Case #RSC0026430. Defendant has thirty days to pay the judgement. If not paid enforcement action will be initiated.

      In review of the customers inactive account, Corporate customer care contacted the customer directly via phone on *****. Corporate customer care confirmed customer court order requiring TG to pay $835 + $30 for a total of $865. Information has been issued to the branch.

      When I Used To Work With Law Enforcement This Type Of Meaningless Do-Nothing Tripe Is Called "Circle Talk." *******, ***********************************, ***** (etc. ) just the latest of the do-nothing Circle Talking liars. It's okay though. I've got plenty of time and the response has been documented and the phone messages left on my answering system have been recorded.

      Horrible. If I could leave zero stars I would have.I paid upfront for services for the season. TruMaintenance ************ and Mosquito control. I am not generally home when the services are provided, but was yesterday when the "specialist" came out to do the lawn maintenance. We have a large yard, which our contract shows to be **** sqft. The guy shows up and puts some fertilizer and weed control down in my front yard, which is the smallest area, did one strip down the behind my house, which is also a small area and did nothing with the remainder of my property. Nothing at all! I heard seen him go back to his vehicle and assumed he was adding more product to do the rest of my property, but instead he loaded the equipment up and left. I called the number for my supposed sales rep., and the number is now inactive. I have called the number on my receipt which is supposed to be my local branch. It is not local, it is outsourced to somewhere foreign. The person I spoke to said he could send a request for a call back, which when prompted said it would take ***** hrs to receive, If they deem it necessary to call me back! I was told that he could not direct my call to a supervisor and there was no one else I could speak to in order to resolve my issue. I tried a different approach and googled the direct line for my local branch and was once again directed to an outsourced call, in which I was hung up on before I could speak to anyone. So, they took my money up front in order to receive a discounted price of just under $700...and I can't even get my lawn taken care of in which I paid to have done. I had my doubts before that they had done all of my property, but now I know now that they skim over what they want to do and leave. What a scam!!!! I can't even cancel my services because they already have my money. I will never use them again and highly recommend anyone thinking of using them, DON'T!

      Im a new client located in ************** ****. I am only getting the run around from all 3 customer service representatives. They have already received my yearly payment but I have not seen or heard from anyone when they will do first inspection and what I will need done to control my weeds. Very frustrating.

      Trugreen after repeated attempts to kill the broadleaf weeds in my front yard and failing to do so has decided its better to send my account to collections than try to work it out. Too bad for them, they lose a customer of 5+ years and the $148 they claim I owe them for not doing the job that I had to do by purchasing off the shelf weed killer and spraying my lawn! You can do better Trugreen.

      The worst Experience Ive ever had with a company period! How is trugreen sill in business? They destroyed my yard totally burned a big area, I called and complained and they did nothing. I never received a call back from a manager? They came back out after I had canceled may service and the tech jumped my fence to spray my yard. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

      A member of the ************** Team called the customer to discuss what happened.  We apologized for the behavior of the technician on the property and assured the account had been canceled. Offered to have a manager contact him to set up a time to evaluate the property and the customer declined.  At this point he does not want anything else from Trugreen.

      A representative called me from TruGreen and offered me their mosquito service. Once we agreed to the price they sent someone out within two to three days. I discovered they charged my credit card more then the price that we agreed upon. I called them back within that same week and I cancelled the service. I was informed that I would be issued a refund for the remaining treatments that I did not receive. This happened in June of 2022. It is now September and I still has not received my refund and every time I call them I get the run around.. An account manager, which they won't allow me to speak to, was supposed to be calling me back for months now. They claimed they could not refund my card so they "SAID" they sent me a check in June which I still has not received. They later told me they refunded my credit card which I still has not seen and now they are saying that I owe them money because they refunded me twice. They have proceeded to charge my credit card again because of this. I will never deal with this company again.

      Thank you for your feedback.  Our customer service department was able to determine that the refund check mailed to the customer was never cashed.  We voided the check, and placed the funds back on the account. She currently has a zero balance, and the mosquito service has been canceled.  She will continue to use us for lawn services.

      I am very disappointed in the customer service/relations of this company. We had done business with them for years and had been satisfied with their service. But upon receiving our last statement, our payment due was double our normal payment for treatment. This had doubled without any notification from the company. I contacted them and was told that I had to pay that amount.I did not pay the amount. I paid only what I had been paying, not the increased amount. And, I cancelled their services completely. They continued to bill me for the overage and I continued to call them and ask to speak to management to discuss their business billing increase policies. I never did talk to anyone in management after being assured that they would most certainly return my call.So, several months into this saga, I receive a notice from a collection agency!!! Really. There was no interest in solving this thru good customer service. Therefore the bad reviewDont do business with a company that treats their customers this way!
