      Truegreen is the worst ever. Before wasting my money to have a better lawn it was fine,.i decided i wanted a healthier lawn and decided to give them a try, Why, why why my lawn now looks like someone who had a bad ****** and left niks all in their head. The tech who originally did my service came out saying the lawn was dry. Now this was after three days of rain. Next text clained to reseed the entire yard but as i walked to water notice i didn't see any of the green seeds accept a big pool in the rocks by his truck. Extremely disappointed

      A member of the local management team met with the customer on September 19.  He noticed insect damage in the lawn.  He was able to treat for insects that day, and customer was satisfied.

      Im not even sure where to start with this review. My husband and I signed up with TruGreen to seed our lawn and perform weed control (our lawn has been looking a little rough this season). During the conversation with the representative, I was asked if I wanted to include aeration to which I said no. The cost was approximately $500 in our area and we didnt have the money for it. Fast forward to last week. My husband and I are on vacation and out of pocket. TruGreen shows up to our home and performs an aeration on our lawn AND changes us $550. You can imagine our surprise when we looked at our checking account. I called TruGreen and the employee stated a refund would be processed but something had happened with our account so her manager would need to do some research. Her manager was supposed to give us a call back. No call back was received so I called again two days later. Another employee answered and stated the refund would take **** days and the request hadnt been worked yet. **** days to receive money back that they werent supposed to take to begin with. Just wait.. it gets better. My husband and I return home from our vacation to find that our gate to our fence is halfway ripped off. We call TruGreen AGAIN (this time our local branch in *****************, ****). Of course the employee who came out to service our lawn denied hitting our fence. Keep in mind that we havent been home and the only person who stepped foot on our lawn was this employee (we have a camera). We are then told by the local branch that because a refund is being processed there isnt anything they can do about the fence. My husband and I are mind blown at this point. I decide to call corporate AGAIN. Finally someone kind answered. She stated that she added notes into the system and that the manager of the local branch would call us within ***** hours. We are waiting on a call. Im honestly just appalled by how this whole situation has been handled.

      A member of the ************** Team spoke with this customer. We are in the process of refunding them for their aeration and seeding, and are working with them to have the gate repaired.  The customer is satisfied at this time.

      Our Yard Looks Awful!To say we are dissatisfied customers, is a huge understatement! We have tried to let Trugreen company fix the many errors with our scheduled yard applications. We have missed fertilizer applications because of equipment failure. Seems to me, that should always be a priority. Then there are the numerous weeds throughout our yard. The weeds have not been treated. We have been charged for grub control without it being applied. We pay for two properties to be treated by Trugreen. One would think they would want to satisfy such a customer. Many phone conversations have happened this year. Still, Trugreen company has not followed through on phone promises.

      Worst decision I made this year was to leave my lawn care in charge of Trugreen. So many dead spots now on my lawn now that need to be reseeded completely. This was the second time since I have been in my home that this has happened. Shame on me for not learning my ****** after the first time it happened. Ill go back to fertilizing my own lawn and not try to save money.

      We have paid ahead in full for Trugreen for about 4 years. They are terrible. Today they broke our sprinkler system. Supposed to give advance notice so heads can be flagged. I was shopping, got a voicemail that today would be aeration WHILE THEY WERE ALREADY AT MY HOUSE PERFORMING IT! Another email saying they were on the way when already doing it. Raced home, trainee was in the front said she didnt know anything but had already begun. Head was broken but insisted she didnt go near it. Was fine yesterday. Told trainer in backyard to call a manager. Said they arent reachable. Called service number and complained, canceled remaining service, waiting for manager to call, have to pay sprinkler company for repairs and will see if it will be a fight for reimbursement. ALWAYS have problems with scheduling, no local communication with whoever sends out teams, always either just show up unexpectedly when we have other things going on in the yard or dont show up at all when scheduled and no follow up. Will never use or recommend Trugreen again.

      A member of the ************** Team spoke with this customer.  One of our customer service representatives already canceled her account as requested and has started the process to have the remaining amount she prepaid refunded to her.  She will be sending us a copy of the invoice from the repairs to her irrigation system, and we will be reimbursing her for the cost of those repairs.

      TruGreen has failed to perform the contracted services. The lawn looks worse now than when we contracted with the company back in March, 2022.They came for the first treatment and were supposed to perform a soil analysis and provide a treatment plan based on that analysis. As of this date (09/02/2022) we still do not have an analysis. Numerous calls to secure one have not produced the analysis. However, they have been here for six treatments and the lawn is worse than when we started. When pressed on where the analysis is their reply is no one knows! Why was one not done after I asked for one each time a treatment was performed? Consequently, TruGreen has received all payments for the pre-pay we agreed to. I have tried to cancel the account but get cut off evetime I call the office. How do they expect me to pay for treatments which were never based on an initial soil analysis? I also believe the supervisor (******) to my account was fired and that is why I never heard back from him. I want a complete refund for the entire treatment package, since the soil analysis was never done and subsequent treatments were not planned or applied properly. I want to cancel the remaining treatments as well as the over seeding and aeration. I will not recommend TruGreen to anyone in any capacity for lawn care. As part of the treatment plan, we signed up for the aeration and over seed in the Fall. But I want that cancelled and a refund for that service.

      A member of the local management team reached out to this customer yesterday.  He spoke with both the husband and wife about their plan and what we can do to help.  We will be spraying for weeds next week.  THe homeowners will be addressing the ******, *******, and bent grass.  We will be doing the aeration and seeding at no charge this year.  We will also do the next 2 applications at no charge to help rebuild the relationship with the customer.

      We hired them last spring on a lawn that already looked very good; they burned our entire lawn in grand patches with fertilizer, to which they admitted, were never able to repair it, and they never killed a single weed all spring summer fall, to which we now have over 50% of our lawn is pure weed.

      A member of the local management team spoke with Mrs. ****************** We agreed to retreat the lawn for weeds today, and we will be doing an aeration and seeding at no charge on 9/15 (weather permitting) to help the lawn recover.  The manager has agreed to refund the customer for all the lawn services received this year.

      Very dissatisfied. This is the second year we have had Tru Green treat our lawn for weeds. Last year I had to call them to come back at least 3 times because weeds were taking over my yard. This year I have been unable to contact them. The weeds are worse than they were last year. I cannot get them. They ask you to provide feedback, but you can never get through to them. Your feedback, either good or bad never gets through. They will never get another ***** from me. *************************

      A member of the local management team met with this customer last week.  We did a free lawn treatment last week that consisted of weed control and fertilizer.  We let the customer know we will be back out about 2 weeks after the service was completed to treat for weeds again, and then later this fall we will do some additional seeding at no charge to help the lawn fill in.  A member of the ************** Team has been in touch with the customer, and will continue to monitor account to make sure lawn improves.

      Awful customer service. Closed account in July. Received a lawn service while I wasn't home in August and had to cancel AGAIN. When I asked to have the service charge refunded, ***** in customer service HAGGLED me and told me she could only give me half back. What a ridiculous and ***** business. Hopefully more of your customers don't get taken advantage of like this.

      One of our **************** Managers reached out to this customer shortly after they posted this, and apologized to the customer.  They agreed to refund the customer the entire amount for the service that was completed after he requested to cancel.  A member of our ************** Team contacted the customer and verified the refund was received.  The customer is currently satisfied.

      I echo the sentiment of the previous reviews. Worst company to deal with. I ended up with *****, dead spots all over my lawn when one of the specialists used granular fertilizer and killed my grass. Called customer service, promised to send the manager to take care of it. They did aerate and reseeded the lawn, nothing grew. Two other specialists came, one took pictures to send to the main branch for them to see how bad the lawn looks like. Nothing done again. I called customer service who promises you all sorts of things and it never happens. They will call you and leave a message with no number to return call. If you call customer service, guess what, another representative picks up the call and you get to tell your story again. I tried to get it resolved at end of July and it's almost Sept., nothing has been accomplished. I cancelled my service today and be done with this company. Save yourself a headache, do not use them.

      A member of the local management team met with this customer last week.  There is evidence that the grass is coming in, but the manager was concerned about an area on the left side of the house.  The manager told her he will be back out one day this week to reseed the left side of the house, and will put down some fertilizer to help boost the seed.  A member of the ************** Team will reach out to the customer at the end of the week to make sure this visit happens.
