************** TruGreen Customer Support,I am writing to you again about my displeasure of the condition of my lawn. After months of the TruHealth Lawn Plan my lawn is a giant disaster. The lawn looks absolutely horrible. Your Company's Health Lawn Guarantee is not worth the paper you printed it on...Saying I am dissatisfied is an understatement, your technicians killed my entire lawn. My neighbors unkept yard looks better than the results your Company has provided.Take notice of your breach of contract, keep your technicians out of my yard and discontinue any service and billing to my home. 1 starOur large front lawn is destroyed and must be re-sod due to grubworms. I have had TruGreen service (********* **) for a couple of years, and asked to treat the grub worms this summer. If they did, it did not help. ****.Svc lady told me the problem was not enough water; I explained to her that it was not. She raised her voice at me, and would not consider that there was any other problem. My yard is full of grubs and is dead because of grubs. They really messed up my lawn. I now have all mud. The services guys that come out only do little or dont do nothing and leave a card stuck in ground stating the been by. I watch one guy without him knowing and he did only back but not the front. I go out and walk around with them now. But even doing that they think I dont know anything and do like Im not even there. Im a senior and I think they might be taking advantage of me. I canceled and have someone else coming out to fix TruGreen mess. I wish I would of read reviews before hiring them. ****** learned.TruGreen

1 starI live in a no soliciting, gated community and despite all this, Trugreen still feels like it is their right to go around and advertise door to door. Person who came to my door was named ***** and did not take kindly to being told to leave. I dont mind an advert, leave a flier and Ill read it. Come to my door again and I will trespass whoever does and then if he doesnt leave immediately I will call the cops. You dont pay for the roads here. Anybody who feels to need to do door solicitation will not be welcome and your company will be put on blast. Further aggravation will lead to your company being banned. Do what everyone else does and leave a flier, youll get plenty of business doing it the right way.Review fromAlberto N

Techs will just arrive at your property, place a flag, bill you and not service provided. I watched them do this twice via cameras. You call for a refunded, they said they will and no. Had to dispute with credit card. So far 4 calls to cancel and my account still showed active. When they do service the lawn its not what you asked for. Stay away or run from them.TruGreen

I paid upfront for an entire year of Mosquito Defense + Outdoor Pest Control treatment. Every month for four months now I have called or chatted or both with their representatives and explained to them that I have more mosquitoes and more bugs than I did the month before, every month, and I get 1 of 3 responses. 1. you have to give it more time, call back later in the month. 2. We can reschedule your next visit for sooner. or 3. we can have them put some extra down the next time they come out. None of this works. Every month were getting eaten alive by mosquitoes. I have different reps ********** each other on what the + is for and what bugs or insects are included in that. I can confidently say there is no bug or insect of ANY kind in my yard that I have less of now than I did before I started using TruGreen.In my opinion, TruGreen is a straight up scam. And that is what I tell everyone that asks for my input. Ive wasted my money. I wasted my time. And I didnt use alternative means that probably wouldve worked because I was relying on them.TruGreen

This was the worst experience I've ever had with a company. First, I never received services. Then money was taken out ever tho they can see no service was preform. I called to cancel services, and kept getting a unprofessional person who was rude and ask a thousand questions even after informing them that's was unhappy. I'm located in ************************************. So every person I spoke to I super super unhappy with. The very last person I spoke to called me a "differicult person". I WILL NEVER EVER TELL ANYONE TO TAKE THE SERVICES BASIC OFF MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE. I'm still waiting on a team of mgt to call me back.TruGreen

We apologized that the service she set up was not what she was expecting and for how she was treated by our customer service team. We have confirmed that all service has been canceled, and are in the process of refunding her for charges she received. It can take 5-7 business days for a refund to process. I called Tru Green for a quote for pest control and other related services. After answering countless questions and dealing with a high pressure salesperson I finally got a quote that was double what any other company charges. I told them it was to high. The next day someone named **** called me from Tru Green saying he come by and looked at my yard and wanted to discuss it. I told him I told the corp office I was not interested, he yelled at me saying, "Then why did you call if you were not interested?" I told him it was too high, still yelling at me he said, "Well ***** you get what you pay for boss". His tone was completely rude and obnoxious. I would never use or recommend this company.TruGreen

TruGreen bought out the lawn service I had, who had my lawn looking beautiful. After 3 months of TruGreen service my lawn was totally destroyed, not to mention their tech hit and broke my mailbox with his truck. I have since cancelled their service and am working hard to try and bring my lawn back.TruGreen

This company has gone to the dogs. They tell you one thing & come do something else. They stripped my lawn after I told the guy he did a bad job. He told me to call in two ************ would come out & redo it. After two weeks I could tell exactly were he missed. I called & complained. Had a supervisor call & she said they would send someone out to straighten it out. She also said that they would come after 4pm so I could talk to them about my concerns. I got a text early in the morning that someone would be out today. At 10:30 I got a text he was at my place to do a free treatment. He walked around my *********** sprayed weeds. How will that help my problem with my stripes? I called & was told they would reschedule at a later date. This company is terrible. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. Then before we hung up she had the nerve to try to sell me more services. I am going to drop them like a rock.TruGreen

A member of our ************** Team spoke with the customer today. He confirmed that someone came out on Friday, August 26 and applied fertilizer on the areas that were missed. The customer understands we do have to give it some time to take effect. A member of the ************** Team will follow up with the customer next week to check on the lawn condition.
