      I have had a difficult time scheduling for prepaid lawn and tree service this year, 2022.I live in a rural area (******, ****). Several times I have stayed home to wait for a service that I scheduled and no one notified me that it was cancelled. When I called to ask if why no one was showing up for lawn and tree services, the rep said just to reschedule it and wait for a verification call within 24 hours. I have been through this several times.The number for the national headquarters that they list on the web site so that I can report this problem to a supervisor located at head quarters does not help me since it is just the same process to check on a schedule time cancel it, ask for help why no one is showing up etc. in my area. Currently I am waiting for a supervisor to return my phone call. I have been with this comopany for 3 years and this year was the worse in terms of scheduling and having someone come out on the actual date. I hope that the remaining services on my prepaid contract will be completed.

      I have been using them for almost 3yrs now. Many issues with the techs not following instructions that were left and customer service has no idea what to do about it. Every time I have a treatment either the day of or the day after I have to call because they did not do the job or complete the job or mess something up. The app shows hes 1hr away but my cameras show that hes at the house walking around. Then the app shows *** later he arrives and 1 minute later he completes the job. Every call goes to a customer service rep that cant help you that seems to be working from home, you can no longer contact a branch to speak with anyone that can make a decision. It takes them 24-48hrs to call you back. So far I have given them 3 chances each year of service, I would pay more for better customer service. Worst company Ive dealt with so far.

      Im very dissatisfied. I willing prepaid last fall so treatments could begin as soon as regionally possible. They did. A representative arrived in March . Applied granular fertilizer. Several weeks later the liquid treatment began. Happy. No dandelion. Green grass. Then end of June . Weeds and crab grass begin to appear. I expressed my concern to the next technician. Pointed out crab grass and weeds. Assured me it would be remedied. Was not. I began emailing customer service. Promise after promise broken. Free visits scheduled and broken. Even one bold faced lie visit. I use the App. Tells me where and when my technician will arrive. I got the alert that TruGreen arrived. I got up , opened the garage door and went out into the drive. No truck. 3. 3 minutes later i receive an alert that my service is complete . Even sent a service explanation of what chemicals were used and how much. Complete lie. Now I try to call the local number listed on the service invoice. Goes immediately to a call center in *******. More promises and scripted double talk. Just this week my Second free visit was cancelled. Im unhappy, unsatisfied and upset. 7 months and my yard is a mess. I even told the customer service representative I was video documenting. I wasnt some a**** trying to get a free visit or discounts. I gladly prepaid for services I expected . I had serous reservations initially. Two different salesman contacted me. Each with a lower price. The Third even lower. Plus the local office is ***** miles away. Never! Never again. Deal with a local company, with local employees with a local phone number. I got bamboozled!

      Worst customer service ever! I contracted with ********************** to service my new lawn after construction and paid $485.81 for the season. Long story short, the service tech assigned to my account SAID they showed up and treated my lawn but actually JUST DROVE by. I actually witnessed this. After not treating our lawn but noting it in their system it WAS treated, I complained and they said they would make it right and come out again at no charge. SAME thing happened. The same tech assigned SAID they treated it and never did. No signs on the lawn saying treatment was performed and no witness of them arriving. I called AGAIN and they said they would send someone out within 2-3 business days. NO ONE shows up. I call AGAIN. They had it in their system that treatment was going to be provided same day but no one showed. I asked for my money back. They said they would "put a ticket in". I called AGAIN days later.. says someone would call me back. I filed a complaint with *************************** They have YET to respond to this government agency which I spoke to to find out the status. Now I am going back to my credit card company and dispute charges. WORST company EVER

      Technicians did not perform any service they not even show up in my house and I was billed for the service, I'm getting charge per services never performed. It happens already two times in the last 4 months. Tried to call costumer service and waiting for long time, but so far unable to talk to any person.I will continue trying my phone calls and/or chat during business hours tomorrow, hopefully I can have better luck. I feel like they are cutting coroners and not performing there jobs, there service is not worth the aggravation, they are not behaving in honest ways.

      I had TruGreen come to my house to apply treatments over the course of four months. I hired them to take care of both my lawn and trees. Whatever treatment they applied to my lawn did nothing, and I actually have more weeds than when I started. I actually conducted a little experiment and chose not to mow a portion of my lawn so that I could see the effect of the TruGreen product. The weeds in that section of my lawn are now over four feet tall.I called to cancel my service on a Sunday, and they wouldn't allow me to do so until the following Monday. I told them that I had an appointment scheduled for Monday, and that I wanted to make sure that no one came to my property before I had a chance to cancel. They sent someone anyway. I wasn't aware that they had arrived at my property until someone knocked on my door and said that they had accidentally sprayed my tomato plants with pesticides. They are now refusing to give me a refund for anything, including the day that I requested them not to be here.I have never written a review on this website before, but I felt compelled to do so because of TruGreen. They are a terrible company with a terrible product. Avoid at all costs.

      TruGreen customer service is deplorable. I have spent the better part of a month, six phone calls, and much time spent in reiteration, trying to get a call back from the local branch. Finally today, the call came through and it also was an inadequate reply. When I asked how best to contact the local office directly, I was told, somewhat flippantly, it was not possible unless I go there for an in person conversation. National customer service process is a ridiculous mess of insincere and scripted replies. Not until I made the comment that I was filing a complaint with BBB, did I receive a phone call from a local specialist. I still have an expectation that damage done to my lawn from overapplication will be taken care of, otherwise I am done. Weed control has been nonexistent. Very, very poor personal investment in customer outcome.

      We have used TruGreen for roughly 4 years and have had minor issues, recently after they have treated the yard weeds were not dying. They set up an appointment to come back to retreat. The individual that was showing on their app to come by, lied that he treated the lawn. I was outside when he said he treated the lawn and he was never here! I called several times to talk to a manager and all I would get was a call from a customer service rep that would reschedule another visit, I would request to talk to a manager, they said they would have someone call.again an agent would call to set up another visit. All lies, absolutely no customer service or accountability! I will never suggest them to anyone again!

      A member of our ************** Team has reached out to this customer.  We apologized for the issues he had when speaking with our customer service department, and let him know we would do an investigation to find out what happened with the last technician who was to visit his property.  At this point, he has canceled his service and gone with another company.
