They ****. Complained after one application. Tried to treat almost 2 acres with a spray hose. I complained the were supposed to send someone with a ride on sprayer for better coverage. They did not. I called again and ther said they would give me a 200 dollar discount and have a supervisor call. The 200 dollar discount turned into 150 and some change. Missed the Supervisors call and he left no message nor a call back number. We paid in full and I canceled the service and asked for a refund. They took 2 weeks to get me that refund and shorted me 80 dollars. The said it was for the treatment we got. I said I was not happy with the Treatment I got and they owed me all my money per the warranty. I was told a Supervisor would get back with me. I'm not going to hold my breath. NEVER PAY THEM UP FRONT YOU WILL PLAY H*** TRING TO GET IT BACK. I will **** sure EVERYONE knows how I feel about TruGreen. WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER DELT WITH.TruGreen

High pressure sales with call backs.Was told at some point during the call.Im lying. You know once this we hang up we will not speak again. I local I seen your yard today Im out here busting my a** in your neighbour hood (caller ID is **) Whats your problem. Whats your price. You know you knew a price when you called in your head. Two calls. One was without a doubt the most unprofessesional call I ever got from a sales company. Almost seemed threating/boarderline.TruGreen

Tru green is trying to take money without completing services. Three times they said they came and did not. I have cameras and no flags were present. You will spend more time watching them then the service is worth. This is criminalTruGreen

Prepaid for a year of lawn treatments. After the first treatment I began getting numerous sales calls or texts for additional services that I do not want. One text offered me a deal for aeration for $300ish and asked if I would like to be added to schedule. I declined. Next day I got a call from another person regarding the exact same service for a deal price of only $450ish, about $150 more than the previous days offer. Just decided to cancel the entire service due to the constant ridiculous sales pitches. Stay away. Do not hire TruGreen. Not ******** want to put up with unending sales pitches blowing up your phone.TruGreen

TruGreen apparently left a comment that they refunded my account, however, they are implying I was actually refunded when in fact it is prorated minus the first treatment, even though the contract states that if you are unsatisfied within 30 days you get a FULL refund of the entire plan paid. I did cancel within 30 days and they are deducting the first treatment from my refund. My total refund should have been roughly $508 while they are only refunding roughly $470 (It seems cheap, but there was a promo where the first treatment was discounted so don't get your hopes up that TruGreen is a cheaply priced service. Signed up for service in 2021. Made it very clear I did not want the backyard serviced, just the front and side. Every time they came out they would start to go in the back and I would have to stop them. Called and complained, was told it wont happen again.Gave them the benefit of the doubt and continued to use them this season. Again, at the beginning of the season I called and said I did not want the back serviced. Every time they came out I would have to stop them as they opened the gate to go in back. Today they came but I wasnt home, but my Nest camera picked them up going in back.I called customer service to complain and cancel and the girl I spoke with was more concerned with giggling with others in the background not realizing I could hear her. She repeatedly said she was canceling my account but would leave me in dead silence, yet still laughing with other people until I told her I could hear her.I then asked to speak with a manager and was immediately told one was not available. She didnt even check to see , just told me nobody was available.I asked for a confirmation email showing I cancelled an never got one.I asked to have a manager call me when one was available but never hear from anyone.My lawn looks no better now than when we werent having service.I strongly urge people to go elsewhere. Try green has made it very clear they cant run a professional business.TruGreen

MY lawn is worse now than when they started 7 months ago.I have dead grass, weeds and some grass.8/17/22 they sent someone today to service the lawn.I told him someone was suppos to come and talk to me about how bad my lawn is.I told him to do nothing.IN July they did not come to my house.I don't know why.I want my money back Because it worse now than when they started. they keep giving me the run around.TruGreen

TruGreen will do anything to sell you their product including straight out lie. I called looking for a remedy for my ant problem in the lawn. 3 representatives I spoke to assured me their lawn bug spray meant for ticks and mosquitoes would also help with the ants. They sold me on a one time full lawn spray to see if it helped before committing to a contract. Tech came to spray and only did the perimeter, said he was not there to spray the entire lawn. I immediately called ***************** who then the 4th person I talked to, said there was nothing they could for ants, apologized for the miscommunication but continued to try to sell me on weed control and fertilization. I declined future services but agreed to having a tech come back to spray the entire lawn as that is what I paid for. Next day customer service calls attempting to keep me as a customer and he informs me that they dont spray full lawns but only perimeters. 5 customer service representatives each told me a different story, attempted to sell me on what I wanted to hear, each contradicted another in an attempt to sell me something different. Terrible product, terrible business strategy, clearly a company that is only out to sell with no quality or concern for the customer.TruGreen

Tru Green has been the biggest rip off I have found lately. They promise a ************* job but they do nothing. They were here twice and sprayed my lawn twice for weeds. This happened over a month and there has not been one weed die so far. When I started trying to get my money back because I had paid them in full for eight treatments, I was shifted from here to there and then they still deducted over $100 for my original payment for absolutely no results. Stay away from true greenTruGreen

I just cancelled my service with TruGreen after repeated attempts to get the service as promised. Each time an appointment was made, I'd get a text message indicating they would be at my house at such and such a time and later to find out the service was not going to be performed. Upon calling them a few minutes ago, they wanted to begin the process all over. They even said they performed my service a week ago when they didn't. I know, because I sat outside waiting for them. Also, there was no sign in my yard indicating they did my service. Their service department said they must have done the wrong address just like other posts have indicated. Very frustrating. I could go on and on, but my opinion is they should lose their license to do business as they certainly don't know how to treat customers properly. BTW, they used to do well on the mosquito treatments, but I was never satisfied with the lawn care. Aaarg!TruGreen

Ive been a customer of ********************** for more than a decade, and the only reason is because they are the only game in town. I have a very large lot and Im willing to pay to have a nice lawn. The only problem is that every single time my scheduled application arrives I have to call and call to get anyone out to service my lawn. Its now August 15th and the last time they came out was May 24th even thought I have four treatments plus a grub control treatment on the schedule. This happens every year. I want to give TruGreen my money, because their products do work, BUT THEY NEED TO DO THE *** FIRST! To make matters worse, I have not found any way to contact their corporate offices. Every phone number loops you back to the area office, which is in ****** ** and Im in northern *******. I often tell people that business schools like ******** and ******* should do case studies of TruGreen on how NOT to do business. .TruGreen
