The worst customer service I have seen from a company, hands down. Their service line is a generic call center that Im certain has no communication with local branches. We have called their line more than 20 times to schedule service over the year and have had zero results from it. Only way we could get someone or is texting reps **** for several days. When we have had them out they repeatedly only spray a 1/4 off the paid and committed area.TruGreen

Save your money, these guys will rip you off by double billing you, putting a tag in your yard that they have completed a fertilization during pouring rain (like buckets of water). This happened while I was in my home watching him do this. My wife was trying to pick up the dog waste in yard as a tech showed up to spray pellets on lawn. She was doing this a courtesy so he didn't step in it and he actually walked right up to her as she was bent over picking up last of waste and sprayed her all over with the pellets. We have spent $1,400.00 in a year's time and we have more weeds than ever and more crabgrass than actual grass! We have paid to have the over-seed and aerate only to have them **** us when they hadn't even aerated as was evident when there wasn't any holes in the ground. So much more I could say. After cancelling our service I went out to mow the lawn and became so disgusted at the condition of the lawn I called them back and told them I wanted a supervisor to come out and we wanted some of our money back. I was told they wouldn't unless we reactivated our account. Only a complete fool would do that!!!!TruGreen

I can not describe better than, the worse service and the big scam that I had the displeasure to hire. My bad because I never read here before.I can tell they are good in one thing, that is sell and promise things that they will never do!To start explaining, big scam because I called to ask about services and prices so:I talked with ***** over the phone, she promised 10 lawn services + 4 pest control + 6 trees and scrubs services in a year for $ ****** paid in one time and I asked SEVERAL times what is the price if I pay monthly and ask for a SMS or E-mail with all the quote.She told that she will send the guy for the first application for free but she need my credit cart to send this "test", so I gave the card.After this she "accidentally" charge my card in full when she was trying to check the prices to pay monthly, so this is the beginning, she said sorry and that she can refund but to try this "test" and if I don't like they will refund.Ok, trying to don't be a bad person I accept, they came the following week, 3 days before the day that I'm writing this.Now we can start explain why the worse service, I have cameras all over the house so I checked that the guy took less than 5 minutes to spray, did partial spray in the back and "forgot" the other side of my house.So I called the supervisor, and ask for a cancelation in total.Today, I looked at my credit card and they refund me charging $ ***** for the visit of 5 minutes for a terrible job, terrible because I remove all the weed yesterday, in the area that he did the job in less than 2 minutes, by hand that the "water" that they applied just help the weed grow faster.I'm writing this because I hang out the phone with them again explain what happened and they said that they will refund half of the service, because they did half of my house.This is unbelievable, as a service provider that I am, I can't understand how such a company is still in the market, they really have a very good marketing!TruGreen

TruGreen charged me $72 per month to care of my lawn and guaranteed a lush and green lawn. After 5 treatments I did not see any change in my lawn. The irony is that each time the so called Technician comes out, they spend more time in their truck and about 5 minutes treating my lawn. I complained several times but to no avail. The worse thing is that they will not let me talk to a Supervisor or Manager to resolve the issue untill I canceled the services and requested refund. Then the Manager called me and asked if I had canceled my services which I told him yes. His response was that there was nothing he could fo since I have cance my services and that I can do whatever I want. Even the Technicians that came out complained about the company telling me not to waste my money, that I should just put Scotts Fertilizer in my yard. TruGreen is not a company that practices what it advertises. This is a reap off if the company can not fulfill it's obligations and promises.TruGreen

In review of the customers inactive account, corporate customer care contacted the customer directly by confirming the service manager ************************* went out to the lawn for analysis, confirming lawn is recovering from drought stress, the surrounding homes has the same issue, confirming the customer needs to dig out king ***** blue stem on the left side of his tree lawn, confirming the lawn will recover in due time, confirming the account has been cancelled/closed, a refund in the amount of $144.94 has been processed and will be received within the next 3-7 business days to the credit card on file due to issues with the lawn in good faith.Review fromCathy B

1 starI don't even want their service. I called to get a quote three days ago, and I got the information I needed. I have gotten 17 phone calls and 6 separate text messages since then. I have told them at least 3 or 4 times I already got the information and would call if we decided to go with them. At what point does this become harassment?Review fromMatt G

I have been a customer a little over 1 year. My yard has never looked better until August 3 application by TruGreen in ********* **. The application that day turned my yard from a deep green lawn, to ***** dying yard. I started calling on Monday this week, I was told someone would contact me within 48 hours. Wednesday came and I called againthey will call. Today, after another phone call into them? They arent coming until Monday. Totally disappointed in the responsiveness of this business. They say unhappy customers tell 10 times more people than a happy one, and Im extremely disappointed in the response to date!!! Buyer beware.TruGreen

A member of the local management team has visited the customer's property. He was unable to determine if the damage was due to a fungus or herbicide. We have agreed to do an aeration and seeding at no charge this fall to help the lawn recover. A member of the ************** Team will continue to follow up with the customer to make sure it is completed. The customer was satisfied with this resolution.Review fromjeff c

1 starvery disappointed with my service .my yard is full of weeds and insects eating the roots of the grass. pointed this out to the last technician that came to service my yard and he was very combative with what i said .when the technician comes here they rush spraying my yard and 3/4 of it does not get treated what a waste of money. never againReview fromRon D

Very unhappy with TruGreen. Undependable. They came once and after that they scheduled and cancelled saying I cancelled which I didnt. Then they came and left without performing service. Couldnt get answers to why. So frustrated that when I went to facility,the service mgr couldnt give two ***** about helping me. Not worth the frustration!TruGreen
