      TruGreen engages in fraud. Reviews on Consumer Reports 1.8 stars, (which would be less as most consumers indicated they would give them zero stars if they could.)How do I read the reviews first I wouldve never purchased services with TruGreen. Just as had been reported dozens upon dozens of times, TruGreen says they are providing services that they dont provide. You get text messages saying that the person is coming out to provide a service then you get a text message saying the service is complete and no one has shown up. Myself and many others who have cameras have documented proof that no one came to provide service yet theyre indicating in their computer systems that services were provided. I had a tech come out I met the tech he started spraying I went back in the house 10 minutes later he says hes finished. I have an F and a **** property. And my camera showed he didnt provide service all around the house only a very small section on one side of the house. Then they send someone else to come out. I got a text message saying that service is completed. Again my camera show that no one even showed up. This is a common practice with TruGreen. But you dont have to believe just me. Read the reviews throughout the Internet. They are stealing consumers money. Failing in their contractual responsibilities. Violating the proper use and labeling of chemicals. Not to mention engaging in straight out fraud. It is time that inspector generals take a close look at TruGreen as well as starting a class action suit against them.

      I have been a customer for two years. Both last year and this year I have experienced the same problems. A ********, dying lawn, technicians who do not have the expertise to care for a lawn, ping ponged from one customer service representative to another all over the country. The claims of a healthy lawn have been inconsistent for me at best. I am unable to get a direct phone number to speak with anyone with decision making power. I have spent hours on the phone regarding this problem and am fed up with their incompetence . Weeds, clover, sunflowers have now started and some odd type of grass. I am embarrassed to say I have a company destroying my grass calling their service care.

      Just canceled my service. They supposedly serviced my lawn Wednesday 7/26/22. I was here all day and nobody came. It was reported to headquarters they had preformed the service. When i called to complain they rescheduled for today. I was again here all day and nobody came. It was again reported to headquarters that they preformed a service on my lawn. They have a serious problem. According to the customer service person I talked to it was 2 different Technicians.

      I have used True Green for 1 1/2 years and it looks worse than when they started. Same old info on the work tickets, no contact from vendor even had Called them once about a ***** area and was told to go buy some turf and install it shouldnt they take care of the issue? They even did my neighbors house instead of mine one time and still charged me. Wish I could add pictures of my lawn oh it looks so beautiful !

      My review honestly is that I have paid so much money to this company only to have the worst looking grass in the neighborhood for which my neighbors do their own work. I am so upset and would never recommend True Green to anyone.

I listened to a phone message from someone that could not be transcribed by my phone service due to interference and so I responded to *********************************** email on On Mon, Aug 8, 2022 at 8:16 pm, and Zephaniah,Thank you for your email.       Not happy at all! Used them for over 2 years and my lawn has never been in worse shape. Called multiple times to have someone come back out, but it only made it worse. Dead spots, never green, and SO MANY WEEDS! I complained on the app but finally just cancelled the service, what a total waste of money.

      When we sign up for the service, the guaranteed that we would get the lawn we want. No one ever came out to look and our lawn. The lawn is full of thatch and really needs to be taken out. But your sales person again guaranteed it. April 7, 2022 they came out to weed and feed. Three weeks later the lawn didn't look any better, lots of weeds. They came and and did another weed treatment. May 3rd, they came out and aerated and seeded. They came out a 3rd time and your supervisor ********************* said to us "we shouldn't be doing anything to this lawn, it's not going to help. So he call his supervisor and they told him to do it anyways. We paid $910.29 in advance for 8 visits. I cancelled the service on May 31st. and I got a credit of $443.11. So I paid $456.13 for 3 visits! That is crazy. First of all they should have come over to our house and looked at it and said I think you better go another route. Very unhappy. Please do not use these people!!!

      I hired trugreen and paid close to 600 dollars. My lawn has damaged burned grass in multiple spots. I called and **** said I would have to hire a landscaper and put sod in. I told him you advertise plush green lawns isnt that why I hired you? He had no accountability and offered no help. My lawn is damaged in 3 large places. Someone needs to get him out of the business because he is really doing damage to lawns. It is going to cost me a mint to redid I have a **** sq foot lawn. I am contemplating suing him

      My lawn is much worse than a year ago. Ive given them many chances to make it better. They blame my 5 pound dog even though I water half hour each day. She only has one special spot and it Is not dead. My yard is 12x30 and they charged me $132.58 last month. They have had no resolution.
