      Made purchase and the cashier/system over charging customers and upon return I was told there's NOTHING that can be done please see receipt. Total $87.75 7.5%=$6.58 After taxes, the total SHOULD NOT BE $127.83 upon my return, another customer had the exact problem $4.+ difference in her total. DG is STEALING from customers. *** only knows how many times I've been ripped off and others

      FYI: I was refund that evening after having to bring all items back however,  they still shorten me by $2.78 as it was originally $34. 

      Visited another DG. 4/11/23 in ******* **. (Less than 5mil. Apart) and the taxes were 7% instead of 7.5% as ********* store.  State taxes should be the same in the STATE.  This is also a retirement area and now wondering if DG are using the elderly.

      I have made many purchases in the last few months and received a survey that prints after the receipt to enter for a $100 gift card sweepstakes. However, not a single survey code has been valid in order to take the survey. My Dollar General has a separate ticket that prints out the survey code. Please correct this. It could be possible that my local store is on a newer system since the old surveys from past years printed on the actual receipt versus a separate ticket. It appears that the site used for the survey dgcustomerfirst.com uses a picture of the old type of survey code receipt.

      Today, (3/17/23), I went into the Dollar General that is on RT44/303 in ******, **** minutes from my house. There were sale signs plastered all over the domestics ***** and was looking at rugs, which according to the sign were "Buy One Get One Free." So, I picked out 2 that were the same price and when I got to the register, they rang up as B1G1 half not free, which was incorrect. So, the kid actually questioned me saying maybe is was half off, which I checked their signage and said no, sign says B1G1 FREE. So then he went over to the isle and told me I was correct and had to wait for his co-worker to void/over ride the rugs. After about a minute, he explains to her about the incorrect signage and has her void/re-ring. Then she says "Well the least I can ring up one is $5," (the 2 rugs were $15 each and by this time I was mad/irritated.) I told them "FORGET IT." I could not understand when something is BOGO free, why did they not just void off both and re-ring them back up for a ***** and the other one at full price?? NONE of the prices on their counters/shelves match and weights and measures (from ****) needs to audit them all.

      On 3-5-23 I visited the store on route 434 in ********* **. The total of the order came to around $19 and change. The rep ***** give me a receipt. When I got home and did the math in my head it came to $16. I called the store several times and asked for the manager and ***** get anywhere. I emailed customer service ten times and nothing occurred. I got an email from a person at the customer service team and told me they couldnt even find it.

      I bought DG brand plug in air fresher bottles. 6 each. The sticker price on the shelf unit says $7.50.But the package says $6.50. This is in every store. They have turned the counter into mostly self check out. I scanned and it rang up $7.50. The package said $6.50. I waited on the clerk to come back cause she was off doing work. This would of caused me to pay $1 more then I should. Others to if they don't want to say anything and get out of there. I did get the $6.50 charge after I waited. If they want $7.50 then they need to change the package label. Also the discounts that they offer is not on the register for self check out. This lady checked around on the shelves to try and scan a discount. Couldn't find it. She did fix it another way. Self check would not do that. More and more stores are using self check. Not the first time I been over charged by Dollar General. Twice in defiance ****. Heard others talk the same thing. Ripping people off is not good for bussiness just to make profit. I won't go back. Ill find another place to buy myself. Think they have a court case against them. Seems not to bother them. Why would it. The fines are less then the extra profit they are making.

      First of all the people working there are rude. Ive made 4 pick up orders 3 were cancelled and 1 wasnt cancelled but no products. Finally cancelled after the time I was supposed to pick it The girl in the store said they cant even do orders because they dont get the orders.

      I bought a trac fone at dollar general and the sim card was bad. I spent $58.85 on a new phone and 25 dollar activation minutes. I called trac fone they sent me another sim card. They would not activate new sim card because since old sim card was bad they couldn't verify phone. They told me take it back to dollar general and get refund, that dollar general has to process refund. I took phone back and had receipt from from purchase but I threw the box away so they would not process any refund what so ever. I need a refund for this product because they will not help me at trac fone and they are giving me the run around.

      March 1st. Me and my daughter went to the Georgetown ******* location. My daughter used her allowance to purchase a Roblox gift card. The clerk did not activate the card. We returned minutes later. The clerk told her that she was out of luck and that once she left the store it was on her. I've been returned this morning to speak to a store manager. The store manager told me that once you purchase the item and leave the store they no longer have anything to do with it. I didn't requested to talk to a district manager, the store manager spoke to the DM and told the DM that I wanted a full refund and wanted to talk to a district manager and what not leave until I spoke with someone that could help me, The store manager was instructed by the district manager to call the police. I videoed the entire interaction. When the police showed up they asked the store manager. He has his receipt and the product. Why can you not refund the defective product? The store manager said it is our store policy. However, I went to your website and a specifically says to retain your receipt and return it within a 30-day period for a refund. I had a similar situation where the car did not activate and it was purchased at the same store. The store manager has since then quit but she was able to fix the problem immediately with no police. Well the store manager was on the phone behind the counter. She asked me to see my receipt and my gift card. She was out of sight for a few minutes while on the phone with the district manager. Then returned laid my receipt and my card on the counter and proceeded to call the police. I asked if I could pick my card up and receipt and she responded yes so I did. What's the police? Was there he asked me if I could open the account up and apply the card like I normally would when I did ironically it was activated. Completely disappointed in the amount of empathy and the professionalism that your team has provided.

      I shop at the Dollar General #*****, at least twice a week. This store is about 2 miles from our home and actually is adjacent to one of our fields in our farm business. We have tried to welcome this business into our community. I have had several personal checks declined with this store even though I have contacted my bank while standing at the register. A third party called Certegy located in ***** ******* determined that I was some risk without a valid reason. I filed a report with the BBB, a couple of months ago about my dealings with Certegy. I thought everything had been resolved. Today my check was denied for a purchase of $75.61. I called the *************** at **************. It is impossible to speak with a human at this company. I then contacted Dollar General customer service and asked them to document my humiliating experience of having my check denied and to explain that I had already addressed this issue with BBB, Certegy, my bank, and Dollar General. The Certegy Reference numbers are *************** and *************** on March 1, 2023. I thought a written check is a legal form of payment. I use the same checking account to pay all my other monthly bills including my phone payment and car payment. I have never had an issue with these other companies.

      I went to this store Monday the 27th of February the add said 3 12packs drpeppers for $12 and they did the same thing in ************* trying to charge $7.95 a 12 pack I ask about add and they said I had to talk to manager but wasnt there.
