      So happy there's a store here in Eastover SC. Dollar General has been here for some years now. I am so happy that there's a store here it's so far sometimes just to get to Columbia SC from Eastover SC so it helps.I wish that there was more than just Dollar General more stores and housing area,tiny homes, additional Sunny Acres 1,2,3 if possible.

      Service was horrible mangers walk around half naked with midsection hanging out telling customers who said something to mind their business. Watched a new employee be screamed at and told just because she sick doesn't mean she gets to go home and that it was good for her work ethic to work through sickness. Honestly disgusting human beings running this establishment don't really understand how this place is a functioning convenience store nor should they still be a location they average a 1.2 star rate on the BBB.

      Scammers removed a coupon i had right at checkout because it would be free. Just cause you guys notice something will be free does not give you the right to try and scam customers. The coupon was already clipped! Checkout even showed the lower price but after order price went up! Filing with the FTC and attorney generals office. - *** for life scammers!

      Dollar General in Sewell, NJ is usually pretty well stocked. It should be because there's never anyone at the registers or even near the registers to help with the self-checkout, which never works right! Also, the manager & ALL employees are so rude & disrespectful! The store manager was checking me out the other day & I thought she was talking to me, but, oh no, she had bluetooth ear things in & was talking to someone on her PHONE!! So RUDE. The stupid app never works, I was told to clip the digital coupons before coming to the store because the app won't work inside the store! WHAT?? So I clipped my coupons at home & put my phone # in at the checkout. Not one **** coupon showed up! Don't ever buy a gift card from them either. The one guy said he couldn't do it unless I gave him cash because it wouldn't take a debit card. Sounds fishy to me. All the employees tonight were "*******" this & "*******" that loudly to each other in front of customers! That's true professionalism at it's best! Can't fix stupid! Guess someone has to hire the idiots.....

      If you have personal property damage occur while visiting a Dollar General Store good luck at getting them to take care of it. An client of mine suffered damage to her automobile due to an unsecured cargo cart tipping off of a curb and onto her pickup. This was almost 3 months ago now and after leaving 20+ voicemails at their risk management department I was referred to I have yet to hear back. The lack of response is beyond frustrating!

      Dollar General I'm much opinion is running sale scam. They advertise a real good sale price on an item (s). Go and the shelve remains bare through the sale. Then sale over and the item(s) are back. When you adk they say there having trouble getting. Yet miracle no problem when sale is over.

      I had an fall @the DG in Alton tx, 0 employees came 2 assist me except a customer who was leaving, I took myself 2 the urgent care (3) times cuz DG doesn't pay for treatments, had 2 use my ins. I still need 2 see my foot specialist but DG only want 2 offer & about that won't cover the rest of my treatments, DG really need 2 have inspectors visit the stores from the inside and parking lots. I think DG should accept responsibility for my injuries & pay properly. DG keeps trying 2 put blame on customers & take 4ever 2 contract u. Yet DG is opening more & more stores, and have so many complaints and claims.. I know this complaint will not get me what I need but I just want to warn ppl if u have an accident.. don't expect to be treated properly for treatments & hearing bk from DG.. SAD FROM A STORE THAT MAKES A LG SUM OF $$$ FROM THE GENERAL PUBLIC.

      As customer of DG, you will encounter problems from the customer service and slip and falls that is like pulling teeth..I advise you don't give up because we are the customers that they need..I have yet too give up on my claim.. parking lots need supervision & repairs because they do make enough from us the customers. Accidents like this really do change the daily living of a person!!!

      IT'S GOING ON A YR NOW SINCE MY FALL AND I.SUBMITTED MY STATEMENT TO J.C**** AND EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT I STILL NEED TO CONTINUE GOING TO THE SPECIALIST AND HIS REMARK IS THAT DG TAKES NO FAULT FOR MY SLIP AND FALL ACCIDENT AND THAT HE IS NOT GOING TOO INCREASE THE THE OFFER...OH HE STATES THAT I.CAN TAKE IT OR NOT.. I EVEN ASKED FOR A COPY OF THE SERVEILENCE VIDEO AND I WAS DENIED...I WANT TO SEE WHERE IT'S MY FAULT THAT THE PARKING LOT HAS MANY POT HOLE LIKE UNEVEN PARKING AREA. . BUT MOST OF ALL I WANT TO SEE WHERE IT'S MY FAULT... I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO DISAPPOINTED WITH A STORE IN MY LIFE...DG SHOULD TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR MY INJURIES AND ALSO KEEP UP MAINTAINING THE PARKING LOTS AND THE INSIDE OF THEIR STORES.. DG'S TRUE COLORS HAVE COME OUT AND IT'S MAKING MONEY FROM US THE IN BETWEEN MIDDLE AND POVERTY CLASS...SHAME ON DG TAKE RESPONSIBILITY ...

      Came to the store at 8937 Natural Bridge Rd, St. Louis, MO 63121, to grab 1 item and the doors are locked by 8:45pm when the sign says they close at 9pm. Employee refuses to let customers in.
