      we were approached buy a sales person saying that we are missing roof shingles and our homeowners would pay for it, well we knew that and my best friend was in Hospice care and only had a few more weeks to live, and we have a rental apartment that the person just moved out and left us with $4,000 of repairs before we could rent it again, and my fiance, who is 76 and bedridden and i am her caregiver had already applied for a home equity loan so we could do the repairs on this house that we have lived in for 16 years, And i explained that to him and we have other roof damage that the insurance will not cover, its not major but we are on social security and do not have enough savings to do it, TODAY i get a letter stating that we have breached the contract by not signing the BLANK CONTRACT that was left with me to have the home owner sign ( my fiance ****** ! )and we owe them $ 500 !
      i claim that this is elder abuse because they did not care about anything about us not having the money for the deductable !!~!!!

      Ryan was my rep and he did a great job at getting our roof approval done. He showed up with the roof installers to make sure all went well. Very Happy. Would definitely recommend Ryan and Best Choice Roofing.

      An outstanding business that sets the minimum bar for its representatives as also outstanding. These people are motivated, disciplined, integral people that I know I can trust any second of the week and they are wonderful at what they do. Ever since I found this company I have seen nothing but hard work and friendliness while most companies seem to have one or the other. Best Choice roofing may be #6 in the nation, but ai look for the to secure the spot as #1 in no time with they’re superior work ethics. Thank you BCR!

      Isiah and the whole crew at Best Choice out of Hickory, NC did a fantastic job. They were professional and courteous from beginning to end, Work involved and pricing were fully explained. A team member was on site during insurance inspection. The crew did the job in one day and clean up was thorough.
      I would recommend this outfit to anyone needing a new roof.

      First of all I’ll say I noticed that I am not the only one with this issue after reading reviews here and on ******. This is the second time someone has ignored the large no soliciting no salespeople sign in my front yard and the sticker right next to my door bell. My doorbell also tells them if they are a salesperson that I’m not interested and to leave which was responded to by sticking your door hanger on my door. I sleep days and work nights and twice this has woken my dogs and myself up. Very rude and unprofessional. I would never use a company that does such things.

      I am so happy that Bobby A. Smith knocked on my door. He noticed that my shingles on my roof were blown away after the recent, storm, and he stopped to ask where I was in the process.
      So far so good.
      Bobby has done everything he said he would do.
      This company is amazing!

      This company comes by every 2 weeks to knock on my door or cram their business card into my door, despite TWO no soliciting signs. It’s been almost 6 months now, and they do not stop coming by no matter how many times I say no. This is harassment and trespassing, and I will be calling the police next time.

      The entire team did a great job from beginning to end. We live in Nashville and the initial team came out and did an inspection (Kevin, Matthew and Japheth) and noted roof damage from hail. They were able to call insurance company and provide me with all needed info to get a claim and were quick in getting the roof replaced and it looks fantastic. Would recommend this team to anyone.

      Great group of people they we're fast to tell me the damage on my roof and they helped me through the process of filing a claim with my insurance company to get my roof covered definitely recommend to anyone in need of a roofing project
