    We contracted to pick a vehicle up in Idaho and bring it to Ohio. Price was for enclosed trailer to be picked up 4/10/23. They no showed and when I contacted them I was told they could do an open trailer for the same price. Being frustrated and now a week behind schedule I agreed to get it shipped open trailer for $1550. When driver showed up to deliver I should have owed them $1100.00 dollars. The drive said no that his contract with the broker stated I OWED $1250.00 and showed me his contract. I feel deceived and ripped off. I feel I am do a refund and a vehicle cleaning since it was shipped open trailer.

    We have shipped the car for this customer as we agreed on the contract that this customer signed for the price of a total $1550. The carrier pay was $1100 and the reservation fee was $450, but the carrier company asked for $150 more, that's why we cut it from our own reservation fee charged charge $300 by credit card for reservation fee and the rest $1250 had to be paid to the carrier at the delivery, total price didn't change, everything is correct, I have attached proofs below, thank you!

    Contract with business was initiated 3/6/2023 to ship car from Dallas, Texas to Seattle, Washington. Total negotiated price was $950; $200 deposit was made on that date (see attachment). Car was shipped and arrived in Seattle 3/23/2023; however, courier would not honor contract and refused to release car until $950 was paid (see attachment).

    I spoke with customer service representative, Allen Carter, on 3/24/2023. He stated we had been “ripped off” by courier and should have contacted him the night of delivery. Multiple calls were placed to him the evening the car was being delivered and he did not answer. Again, the car would not be released until the $950 was paid; if it had not been paid they would begin storage charges.

    We have made repeated calls to US Star Trucking LLC ************** *** ***** ************8); multiple messages have been left with no return call or assistance with resolution.

    We would like the $200 deposit refunded as we requested on 3/24/2023. We greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide.

    I had a contract with US Star trucking LLC for 950.00 to transport my vehicle from California to Georgia. They changed me 150.00 in advance and I owe them 800.00 For my surprise my brother in law went to pick up the car at Walmart location near by and the driver told him I owed 850.00 and showed my brother in law a different amounted made my brother in law send him 50.00 by Zelle. I have tried to contact them and they stop answering my calls . I was very easy to get a hold of them when I had to pay.

    I sent a request for a quote. I got a quote for $1100 and paid the deposit via cashapp. Was given a date of 4/8 in the morning. I called the number and no one answered the phone. And continued to be sent to voicemail all day in 4/8. I cannot reach them.

    On March 24, 2023 the seller of a vehicle I purchased in Texas contracted with US Star Trucking to have the vehicle delivered to my home in Michigan. I am in possession of the invoice (order #*********US) that states the total amount for transport of $690. The seller paid $200 at the time of reservation. The invoice states that COD to Carrier is $490. I received a call today from the driver that the COD to get the car is $750. This is the amount US Star Trucking promised to the driver and they are insisting that I pay $750 instead of the agreed upon, invoiced price of $490. US Star Trucking is saying that the deal for delivery at $690 was changed because the "truck broke down." a) this is not my problem and b) according to the driver - never happened. They then tried to say that the deal for $690 was with a different company and fell through so they contracted with another company for $750. They never notified me of this and I just heard it for the first time today. I am refusing to pay more than the agreed upon price. US Star Trucking then told me that they would require the driver to put it in storage and charge the storage fee to me. US Star Trucking needs to pay the driver the additional $260 so I can pay $490 for delivery. Based on all the other complaints (very similar to my own) about this company, it's obviously a scam outfit. The attached invoice shows delivery under my husband's name, B** **********

    Broker name James p**** ************ **** Requested services to ship vehicle. Was told vehicle would be picked up 3/21. Vehicle was never picked up.

    3/22 Stopped communicating with broker due to unreasonable fees, broker continued to harass me.


    3/23 Received message from broker saying I would be charged $200. This was an attempt to get me to respond. requested to terminate services with brokerage to be able to utilized another brokerage company for services. After multiple attempts of requesting to terminate services broker continued to harass and intimidate me via messages. Broker would not withdraw listing for prior services making it impossible for me to obtain vehicle shipment from another broker.

    we have made a contract to ship a car for this customer, but the customer stopped responding to our calls and messages, we were trying to ship the car as contracted, but the customer ignored us, according to the section 7 of our contract that this customer signed, the customer has to pay $200 for cancellation fee if the customer doesn't want to ship the car, that's why we asked him to pay the cancellation fee in order to cancel the order, then the customer called us and said he didn't want to work with us, that's why we cancelled the order without cancellation fee, I am attaching the contract below also, thank you!

    I signed a contract on March 10th and they continue to run the scam that they can't find a driver for the amount quoted and they need 70 percent increase in price.
    As of the 17th they are still trying to get more money, even going as far as to ask me how much more can I spend.
    None, because they are running fraudulent business practices.
    The next step is to sue the company to teach them what specific performance means, or they can ship the truck as agreed.

    I see no other other options with this company. Because now they won't return phone calls. I hope they wisen up, and ship the car, for the agreed upon and signed contract price.

    US Star Trucking LLC agrees to provide a carrier to transport a vehicle as promptly as possible but can not guarantee pick-up or delivery on a specified date according to the section 7 of the contract, and US Star Trucking LLC has the right to cancel the order at any time according to the section 9 of the contract. We couldn't find a carrier to transport this car for the price we quoted to the customer since the market is very low and the ruote we are going to ship this car is not a common route that mostly drivers use, that's why we couldn't find a carrier for the stated price, but found one to ship for more price and we offered it to the customer and if the customer would say yes, we would ship it, if not, we will continue our job to look for the driver who can do it for the stated price. We can cancel the order if we want, but we are going to help to the customer, we will try to hire a carrier for the stated price, but it may take a long time like a month or 2 month in this period, if the customer wants that, we are here to help, if he doesn't want to ship a car that long, we can offer another driver and ship it faster, or we can cancel, let us know what the customer wants, and we will do as what he wants, thank you!

    On 3.7.23 I contacted US Trucking LLC to ship a car. Travis **** ( fake name ) was the contact who texted me. We setup a pickup date of 3.12.23 @ 0900. Moving the car from VA to MI over the weekend. On Wednesday 3.8.23 Travis **** contacted me saying they had a truck to pickup Thursday on 3.9.23 I said no because I needed the vehicle to be picked up on Sunday not during the week. This is the first red flag. I have text message conversations and all email conversations saved. Travis **** told me it would be picked up 3.12 and delivered the same day, or next day. I asked on Friday 3.10.23 if we were on schedule to pickup this person confirmed saying yes. I gave them all of the pickup information. Travis **** called me Saturday afternoon and told me they couldn't get a truck in on Sunday and If I wanted a truck to come on Sunday I would be charged 750$. The original quote and contract that I digitially signed was for 450$. They told me that if I don't sign they will take my money regardless and I'll lose a deposit. They never showed up on 3.12.23 in the morning. Instead Travis **** ignored my calls and messages asking where his driver was for the pickup. He called me back 12 hours later telling me that he was going to call the driver. The vehicle was allegedly picked up @ midnight on 3.13.23 ( missing the date for pickup by over 18 hours ) and still charging me 750$ for a "surcharge" for a weekend delivery. The first two contracts I signed made NO mention of a surcharge for weekend pickup. This was told to me over the phone after I had already lost the original transporting company I went with. This company buys and bots ALL of their google reviews. If you YELP this company you will see literally hundreds of similiar stories. I have no idea how this company is given a BBB rating. They aren't even based in America. All of their dispatchers and "founders" have fake generic English names. When you can even get a hold of their buisness phone it's all broken english.

    Sorry for the inconvenience that our agent made, but we have a signed contract for the price of $700 total, $150 for reservation fee and $550 for a carrier pay, US Star Trucking LLC tries to ship the car as promptly as possible but do not guarantee the exact dates for pick up and delivery and it is also written on the section 7 of the contract, andthe dates also written as estimated, not the exact one, but if the customer agrees to remove the negative review on google, we will refund $150 to his card as we tried to make our service better, if the customer removes the negative, he just need to respond on BBB and we will check if the negative removed, we will refund the money and send the receipt to the customer, thank you!

    I recently used them to ship my car from WI to Utah, and I signed a contract with them for $850 ($100 reservation + $750 COD). The entire experience was a nightmare from start to finish. The truck driver showed up on 2nd march and took the car, only to call us on 7th march that car we delivered on 8th march and now we must pay $1100 ($250 reservation + $850 COD) instead of $850. I told them I will not pay this amount as I only agreed to pay $850 and was told to call the broker (US Star shipping) for further clarification. Broker's first response was that the original delivery truck that was supposed to pick up the car broke down, so they must contact someone else. Then it quickly changed from that to that they were trying to give us an amazing service, so they chose this $1100 carrier for us. They never informed us about the new price, never every throughout the pickup process. When I repeatedly said, I do not want to pay more than $850 that we agreed upon, they told me that I will get my car back to the place where it was picked up from in next 7 to 10 days and it might get damaged as it will have to be moved every time they load up a car on the route back to WI and they will not bear any responsibility. Also, I need to pay them $200 as I am cancelling their service. My car is a brand-new car (2023 corolla cross) and they took full advantage of this being a new vehicle. At last, they forced me sign a $1100 contract to deliver my car. The contact person I worked with is Edward Malone. They never charged my credit card for $100 reservation fee as mentioned in the first contract as they knew they will charge me $250 instead and was waiting for my car to be in transit first, so that I am left with no option. I would like them to honor the first contract we agreed upon and refund me my $250 that I paid extra to get my car.

    US Starr Trucking LLC invoice number 30926367-US has this contract on file dated February 9,2023. They agreed to ship my vehicle on March 6, 2023, in the amount of $400.00. On the shipping date they called me asking for $600.00. I told them the signed contract was for $400.00 and I would not pay the additional cost and the company refuse to honor the signed contract.
