  SCAMMERS! I wish I had come on here and read the reviews prior to soliciting their service.
  Original contract price was $350, signed and provided credit card for deposit of $100. Two days later credit card is charged $104. Thought the extra $4 was odd by let it slide. Receive call from Allen Carter (supposed rep) stating car would be picked up today 5/24, instantly an email is received with a new contract. Price was higher, I refused to sign the contract and provided a screenshot of the original/signed contract of $350. Asked to please call back to discuss the discrepancy. Within 15 min, another email arrives with the higher quote and signed!!! When I looked at the signature it is not mine, obviously forged. I start calling the number which continues to go to voicemail. I write another email stating that is a forged signature and I refuse the higher quote, requesting a call back immediately to discuss the forged signature and higher quote. Called back a few more times, always voicemail. I knew immediately I was being SCAMMED. Later in the night I received an email with the response "OK, thanks!". What? what does OK, thanks even mean? Today, morning 5/24 daughter is texted by driver stating they are 1 hr away. The indicated COD was $400, now, this is the 3rd different quote. We declined service and told driver not to pick up vehicle. Next thing, call comes in NO CALLER ID (of course), Allen Carter wanted to know what was wrong, we talked about the higher price yesterday and I was OK with it. I truly lost it on the phone, told the man not to call, not to get anywhere near the address/vehicle. He insisted I signed the higher contract, I told him it was a forgery and I no longer wanted their services. He called 2 more time NO CALLER ID, a final 3rd call came in and now it was some manager stating that I had to honor the forged contract and would be charged $200 cancellation. I called my bank and placed a fraud hold on my card. NEVER TRUST/USE THIS CO.

From our understanding, the carrier companies are solar company from us, due to the price of dieasel, the driver asked $150 more than the agreed price on the contract.   They are a scam. They quote you one price and you sign an agreement on that price. Then they tell you the price has gone up because they can't find drivers at the price they contractually agreed to. I had a driver pick up my car and demand I pay more or they wouldn't take my car. Kevin, who is the sales agent I worked with, said they would cover the additional cost. They took my zelle information and It's been over one month now where he and the company's "accountant" refuse to transfer what they owe me. and they don't answer calls or texts.
  Their DBAs are US Star Trucking and Albatross Auto Shipping.

From our understanding,my agent checked all drivers on this route and he could find only one for agreed pick up day and then that driver asked higher price than we agreed upon the contract , due to the price of dieasel .   1) this is a lie: there was never any mention of diesel prices. never. and that wasn't the reason for the price increase. This is a flat out lie.
  2) the issue is that Kevin said he was going to cover the additional price increase, which has turned out to be a lie. He put me in touch with the company's accountant at 865-238-4784, but I've been repeatedly stonewalled with replies like "we will send it to you soon" and "i will let you know when" and they have yet to repay me.
  3) Are you going to repay me after both your salesperson Kevin and your company accountant said they would?

  Just wanted to follow up and let any potential customers know that they still haven't paid me back or reached out to me directly. Total liars/scam artists. do not do business with them.

  DO NOT USE HIRE THIS COMPANY!
  Besides the fact that the same thing happened to me, where Tom quoted me one number, had me sign a contract and then less than 24 hours before picking up my car- said the driver wanted $500 more.
  I read the reviews and told him I wanted the drivers number to call and make sure he was the one who wanted more money.
  He had "my driver" call me- and I asked for his ID number, license plate number and registration. The driver was VERY annoyed I was asking for these things and said he did not have a plate number because he just had a temporary one. I told him that the temp and permenant ones would be the exact same. He told me he would call me back with the registration. A little while later he sent me a registration paper (which was fake because I found the exact same one online with a different name). I then got a bank notification they charged $500 to my card without my permission. I told them I don't want their service and to refund my money. DON'T give them business.
  Ps. very interesting how after every bad review on here (with the same story) there's a good one to follow. Don't buy into their scam- listen to everyone who has THE EXACT SAME STORY of how they are scamming people.

  Fred was my broker when my vehicle was being transported from East coast to West coast. He kept in touch and gave regular updates. Price was firm and reasonable as compared to quotes I received from other companies. He knows how to do his job and what customer expects. Would definitely use him in future

She is a gem and I wanted to share it with everyone. Excellent communication, updated me along each step and was so readily available for all my silly questions!

  They scammed us. NEVER BOOK WITH THEM. Daniel was horrible. They are such a fraud. They agreed upon $1200 and agreed that they will only post a charge on my card once they assign a driver. They already charged me for $208 before a driver was assigned. I called them today to see if they will assign the driver to me today and now he’s asking for more money $1450. And then when I asked for a refund of the $208 he said they did not charge anything! I sent him the screenshot where it clearly showed their name US Star Trucking and he flat denied that it wasn’t them. He cut my call and now he isn’t picking my calls. I spoke with Daniel.

  Absolutely the worst company to deal with. They fail to answer calls they say your vehicle is going to be picked up at a time and do not tell you it is not happening. And they change their price after they had already set it up. Do not use this company ever!!! I repeat do not use this company!!!!!
