5 starsThis was my first purchase from Pool Warehouse. My whole experience was great from the purchase time to our delivery. Unfortunately, we had a little problem receiving a bill from the fright company. I reach out to the Customer Service, and I have received an immediate response from Renee B. I was reassured that she would look into this problem and help finding a solution. Indeed, shortly after my first email everything was taking care of in a very professional and expeditions manner. Thank you very much Renee for your great help.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've dealt within a while. For starters I had difficulty placing my order website said my card was declined however I was charged. Since I got a decline message I entered my card information again I was charged for another sauna. On the 3rd attempt I was successfully able to purchase a sauna then out of nowhere my product was canceled and then I received an email saying that it was canceled. I called to find out why and a representative informed me it was because of my behavior towards the customer service representative. However during the conversation with the customer service representative there was no indication that my sauna will be canceled this was a very poor customer service. In attempting to call and complain managers and supervisors name and contact information was evaded. This was terriblePool Warehouse, LLC

The customer placed an order for a sauna and wanted to change the shipping address. Unfortunately, we are not able to change the Billing and Shipping addresses due to a fraud prevention tool for our business. This was explained to the customer who asked to have this escalated to a manager. He did speak with a manager on 2/17 and she was berated and cursed by the customer because we could not make the address change. At this point, the order was not placed with the supplier, so the order was canceled and a full refund was issued to the customer. The customer called back on 2/20 and that call was very offensive and verbally abusive, which is NOT tolerated. The decision was made we are not the right company for this particular customer. Receiving a full refund, the customer is now free to make a purchase from a supplier that is more suited to their etiquette.L. M.

Renee at customer support got back to my very promptly and kept me informed about my order shipping as well as tracking information.
