    Savannah did an excellent job sorting out my questions regarding our recent orders. There was a duplicate order question, along with a cancellation question due to out of stock listing of one item.

    Savannah was able to do the research, sort out the order dates and solve the issue.
    Very professional.

    Pool Warehouse customer service is outstanding! The cover I ordered arrived but was the wrong size. Nikki in customer service was very polite and professional as she quickly worked with the manufacturer to have a new cover made and shipped at no cost to me. Next, my new cover was lost by Fedex during shipping. Nikki once again solved this problem by getting Fedex to pay for the next cover to be made and shipped in a timely fashion. My pool is now winterized, covered, and ready for winter. Thanks Nikki!

    I received my order much faster than expected but when I opened one of the tubes the contents were missing. I reached out to Pool Warehouse and Nikki G in customer service handled my complaint. she reached out to the distributor and has a new one on the way already. They stand behind what they sell and make sure the order is fulfilled quickly and accurately. Nikki G was pleasant and kept in touch with me the entire time. I will be using Pool Warehouse in the future for all my pool supply needs. It was a welcomed surprise to have such a pleasant customer service experience in a time where it is often forgotten!

    Although there was a small mistake in the shipping process Nikki from customer service was quick to correct it. She was very pleasant to speak with and was able to get me my missing product in short order. Because of my pleasant experience with her I will definitely be ordering again.     The pool is great! The company helped us with an issue with a damaged liner immediately upon opening the box, and I returned it and recieved another within 3 days! Great customer service!! We love the pool!

    Received amazing customer service from Renee B. Filter had hairline crack that wasn't noticeable until pressure forced water through it. She handled it with the manufacturer directly for me and all is well now. Great communication throughout the entire process!

    We just got our pool about a week ago and put it up this past weekend. My husband and a friend were able to do it all with my son popping in and out when they needed a third hand. Our best friends ordered from PoolWarehouse and recommended them to us, so we trusted out friends of course.

    We really like the pool and customer service has been great, with constant contact with Renee B. We may not have got our solar lights with the pool due to supplier issues. With it maybe being one more month of pool time we will deal with no solar lights but were put on a list to be contacted when it's restocked. Hoping for next year the solar lights are on the pool.

    We are happy with our purchase and of course the great and quick customer service.

    I have been a costumer to Pool Warehouse since 2021. We have purchased a new in-ground liner, main drainer, gaskets and accessories to redo our pool. We had a few hiccups along the way with delayed orders and some missing items. Chelsey a representative of Pool Warehouse has been amazing to work with and has resolved our issues very quickly. She was a pleasure to talk to on the phone and updated me daily about my transaction through email. We love our pool!!
