      I came home from vacation to a hot house! I reported the issue online and paid the $100 service fee on a Wednesday around 6pm. I received an email later that with the name of my service provider and was instructed to call them for an appointment. I called Thursday morning and by Friday afternoon my AC was repaired. The whole process was easy and stress free!

      Great experience! Technician came on time order the part to my address and 1 week later the microwave works like new!He was personable, efficient and did what he told me, Im so happily impress with the level,of customer ********************** and attention to detail.

      I have been with American Home Shield for over three years now and very pleased with their service.Whenever I needed them when my appliances have giving me problems they have save me lots of money and replacing them and fixing those that could be fixed and as long as I keep up the good service I will stay with them.

      Wonderful experience, A/C went out in this ******* heat. I took a minute and made a quick simple service request on AHS website. I got an email response soon after with a time frame for the repair technician. I followed up with AHS to verify the technician was able to work on my system, they double checked with the repair company while I was on the phone and saved me from undue worrying. Within two hours of my service window the tech was here and within 30 minutes I had working A/C.Such a simple process and great service.

      Horrible Customer **********************, I have placed a service call on 06/29/2022 for a tankless hot water heater and as of today which is 3 weeks have still not received the product that is part of the service call. Every time I call i get a different answer from them and they don't have a time frame of when the parts will be available. This company swears by their customer ********************** but its all a lie because nobody at this company knows what they are doing or even how to resolve the issue that I am having.

      American Home Shield is a great company. They were very quick to take care of my needs. Had a service company out quickly. Their contractors have been professional and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

      They have been a great convenience. Everything is covered and if they can't fix it they replace it with brand new! They did replace 2 appliances in our home and they fixed some plumbing.

      Had an appointment set today (7/19) between 11am and 1pm. Technician never showed. So around 2pm I called the 844 number and spoke with someone who tried to reach to tech but couldnt. He said he would try again in 30 minutes and give me a call back. Of course he never called back and then at 2:30pm I received a text saying my appointment was canceled. Horrible customer **********************. Will never recommend or use this company.

      I JOINED AHS ON MAY 10,2022, AFTER A 30 DAY WAITING PERIOD. AFTER 2 WEEKS WENT BY AND NOT RECEIVING ANY PLANM INFORMATION OR DETAILED COVERAGES, I CALLED AND REQUESTED A HARD COPY BE MAILED TO ME. THIS IN MY OPINION, IS A COMMON BUSINESS PRACTICE FOR ANY TYPE OF HOME OR APPLIANCE COVERAGE. I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE MAILED TO ME WITHIN 2 WEEKS. NOW, AFTER MEMORIAL DAY, IN EARLY JUNE, I ONCE AGAIN CALLED UP AHS AND ASKED WHAT IS THE PROBLEM FOR REQUESTING A PLAN COVERAGE FOR WHICH I AM PAYING FOR? I NOW HAVE BEEN TALKING TO PEOPLE IN THE ***********, WHO ARE READING OFF PREPARED CARDS AND ALL I GOT WERE APOLOGIES AND PHONY ASSURANCES THAT THE PLAN WOULD BE MAILED TO ME. I WAITED ONCE AGAIN, TILL FRIDAY, JUNE 24,2022. I CALL AGAIN....A THIRD TIME FOR A SIMPLE REQUEST. THE MAN IN THE ***********, ONCE AGAIN, IS ALL APOLOGETIC AND SAYS HE WILL TAKE CARE OF IT. I TOLD HIM I WILL WAIT 2 MORE WEEKS, UNTIL JULY 8, 2022. EITHER I GET THE PLAN OR I WILL CALL FOR A FOURTH TIME TO CANCEL. I WAITED AN EXTRA WEEK, THEN CALLED A FOURTH TIME LAST NIGHT, JULY 18,2022, WITH THE SOLE REASON TO TALK TO A SUPERVISOR, WANTING AN EXPLANATION AS TO WHY I CANNOT GET A SIMPLE CONTRACT IN THE MAIL. I CALLED UP AND THERE WAS A 20 MINUTE WAIT, SO I GOT THE CALLBACK OPTION. THEN 35 MINUTES LATER AT 5:53PM, I GET THE CALLBACK FROM THE *********** AGAIN. I QUESTION WHY I DIDN'T GET MY PLAN AND THAT I WANTED TO TALK TO A SUPERVISOR. THE GIRL APOLOGIZES AND SAYS SHE WILL MAIL ME ANOTHER PLAN IN ***** BUSINESS DAYS. I SAID IT IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH. SHE ESCALATES IT AND SAYS I WILL GET IT IN ONE WEEK JULY25. I SAID I STILL WANT TO TALK TO A SUPERVISOR. SHE PUTS ME ON HOLD FOR A FOURTH TIME, GETS ON AND SAYS SHE IS ON THE ****** I SAID I WOULD WAIT. SHE PUTS ME ON HOLD, GETS BACK ON AND SAYS I WILL GET A CALL BACK IN 24 HOURS. ISAID FORGET IT AND HUNG UP. THEIR CUSTOMER ********************** IS NON-EXISTENT, THEY LIE, WASTE TIME AND MAKE YOU SO ANNOYED, YOU HANG ** IN DISGUST. I WILL SOON CANCEL

      Bee without for abot 3 *******,AHS kept sending companies to fix,they put freon and compresser. in 3 different times,it last 2 weeks the last time i paid ****** and it lasted 2 days,then they want to put an airhandle in and want me to pay 1300.00,I was told the unit should have been replaced ,it is 16 years old ,AHS,just wanted to keep patching it up and it only lasted a week or acouple of days,so i cancled my contract.AHSIS TERRIBLE WITH NO TRUTH.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ONE ONE
