  Their appliances contractor are not dependable. I have been having problems with my washer and they have been assigned to different contractors and most of them canceled on me. I got tired of waiting for a contractor and decided not to renew my contract. I took days off for their contractor and in the end they do not show up. They gave me a contractor who canceled the appointment at the appointment time. I was too frustrated and wasted my time off again, this happened continuously. My washer is still broken as we speak. When I was going to cancel my plan the representative was very aggressive to convince me not to cancel and was giving me options of discounts. All I can say with my overall experience is not to get a warranty with this company, you will get a headache dealing with their contractors instead of peace of mind, very unprofessional.

  Worst company I have ever dealt with. I filed 3 claims and they lost everyone. Still havent received my $300 back. I dont understand how a company this corrupt and inept is allowed to remain in business.

  I called Home Shield to request an appointment to fix a leak in one of the pool motors. I paid $100 for the service. The technician came literally 2 seconds and told me that for sure they wouldn't cover the job. I received a call from ************ the claims department and told me that they decided that it was no cover per my contract. So I asked him.to refund my $100 for 2 seconds of service of the technician and he told me they can't. So basically I lost $100 for 2 seconds and now I quoted with my own pool guy to fix the job and is only $350. So if I wouldn't trust this thieves I wouldn't lose $100 for 2 seconds. THEY ARE THIEVES WITH LICENSE.

  A/C has been out since 07/03/22 . They keep giving me the run around about waiting on a part bull!!! I explained to them that I have to sleep under a c-pap *********** have other aliments . This company is no good . They dont even deserve 1 star . I also have my granddaughters here for the summer what a bummer ahs !!!????????????????????????????

  Friendly customer **********************, knowledgeable and the product was exactly what I was looking for. Im a previous customer for over 20 years and have never been disappointed in the service that Ive received. Im sure this experience will be the same as my last. The website is easy to follow and gets people to the area where service is needed.

  Horrible customer ********************** and their billing practices are very shady. I'm a 10 + year customer and have been paying monthly for a warranty since the beginning. My most recent issue is erroneous billing for my contract for the entire year!! Who asked to be billed at once for the warranty? The sad thing is that no one could tell me WHY this happened. All they do is apologize and never fix the issue. Just sickening. I'm still waiting for a return call. I'm filing a complaint with the attorney General because thru want money at whatever cost. A couple of years ago, they started debiting my account and wouldn't stop. I pay now through my bank. Do not deal with them.

  Avoid this company at all cost!. They delay repairs or dont allow for complete resolution of service repairs. The wanted us to find our own repair services that would accept AHS we then escalated this complaint to corporate and then and only then did they rectify the situation and this is only a few of the many complaints we have. To top it all off, when we called to cancel services, they continued to **** us for 4 additional months without notification. After 4 months of "Nonpayment" they cancelled the service for "nonpayment" and sent the **** to collections. We only found about this by receiving a letter from the collection agency. Attempted to contact company, to reiterated that we called in June of 2021 to cancel. To that they say, "we dont find that you called and your services was discontinued due to nonpayment. you'll need to contact the collection agency. We no longer have your account. It was sold to the collection agency".

  My wife and I decided to purchase a comprehensive home warranty with AHS and had issues with our HVAC several months into our coverage. AHS had a service provider come out to assess the issues with our units and surprisingly the repairman told us that we were prime candidates to have our units replaced. He explained to us that he would fill out the appropriate paperwork and AHS would confirm with us in a few days. After two weeks of silence, I called them and was told that our claim was denied based on the fact that our units were power washed which is simply false. Im at a loss with my family suffering through 100 degree ************** temperatures.

  The service was great. The representatives from Quality Services were very professional AHS's service was prompt and efficient Very pleased with courteous assistance.
