Absolutely the worst company I've ever dealt with. Every phone number in my state is not in service or disconnected and the wait time to file a complaint with my workers comp claims adjuster was upwards of half an hour. NEVER use this company's services. I've called my adjuster 9 times over the last month and I'm sent to voicemail every time. I've left messages politely asking to be called back along with clearly stating my number and my phone has been silent since I filed the claim. If I could give this company less that 1 star it wouldn't be enough. I have spent the last 3 hours calling any number related to Sedgwick I can find and every number has been a dead end. Absolutely atrocious customer service as well given that they hung up on me after their phone rang once. There is no one to contact and they clearly dont give a s*** about their clients.

Contacted me to investigate a Shipt shoppers fake complaint that I damaged the door, but wasnt going to actually do any investigation at all; they wanted my information and assumed I had damaged a garage door. I would 100% remember if I had been in an accident, plus there is zero damage to my vehicle. Complete sheisters.

Awful is such an understatement. When I have to bill other MCOs, they simply pay within 3 weeks. With Sedgwick, it takes a month or two to find out that they are fabricating a reason NOT to pay, if they indeed respond at all. This can go on for a year of making up new nonsense every time, then they try not to pay since it's been a year. 100% of the time, there are problems. Even if they pay, they only partially pay or act like the same date is listed for each billing date- when they don't even look a little alike. The hope is that you won't notice or bother to resend the bills. Complaining to *** won't help, either. They are simply allowed to behave this way with impunity. It's literally criminal.

Do not ever work for this company. They have inexperienced ppl on place trying to tell a seasoned adjuster how to do a claim.. for example, the policy lang is the same lang with other carriers for some reason Sedgwick ppl doesnt comprehend that.. **** poor leadership.. a very unethical company. You cant follow policy lang thats against law.

My injury was 5/20 I had also tried reaching out to Sedgwick through emails to phone calls. I complain but I got zero response.I can continue talking about the lack of follow up With referrals. I cant believe my ******* got this Workers ***** ******* to represent them . I need surgery and theres no response. The surgery is already scheduled. I need a lot of preop Sling. I email them on August 1 with all the forms but yet no response and today is August 7. Case manager doesnt respond, her supervisors rude calls me up at 8 oclock at night like Im gonna do all the stuff for you give you a nurse. The nurse is out of the office until August 9. What the h*** meanwhile, Im afraid to go out on leave because if youre doing this with my health and my surgery and my visits, what are you gonna do with my money?

I have a son with rare genetic disorder. There is a ****** D that works there that is so very rude and unprofessional. I opened claim on 5/15/24 told I needed 80 hours to qualify for fmla . I worked got more than 80 hours. I opened new claim 6/10/24 then told I needed 95 hours ...huh???. I've worked 3 more weeks and have over 95 hours . I opened new claim 7/22/24 to just be denied with no reason why. I'm escalating this to as high as I possibly can The ppl are rude ,uncaring, unreachable, they don't communicate and you can never speak to someone in charge.

The company is horrible. I am putting this on the Better Business Bureau because I want people to be aware of it. I receive short term disability. I was harassed sexual harass and the job that I was working for was Asension st. ******* Hospital and I had short-term disability. They took me through h*** I almost lost my apartment complex. They did not help me at all. I barely made it with 50% disability. It took them forever forever to approve me, but before they did that they took all of my PTO time for me and I pay for this it comes out of my paycheck ???? I am truly traumatized to the point. I want to file a lawsuit against both of them for unfair work practice and then theyre forcing me to try to come back to work well I guess I will wait for them to fire me because I am too traumatic damage to the point I cannot return right away and the representative that I talk to they reopen my case. She was horrible then show no care and what my situation is.

I will try to keep a long story short. On 2/23/24 my truck was rear-ended by an individual in a Budget rental car. After attempting to deal with my insurance and was told they were going to put a used frame on my truck, I attempt to deal with Sedgwick who represents Budget. They admitted fault. I opened the claim on 3/8/24 and told my story about not being comfortable with a used frame as well as getting it from a non BBB accredited company with a 3 star rating on ****** and Yelp. After 3 months without a rental and over ********************************************* she was not certified to approved that, I finally got in touch with a supervisor. She was very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. She proceeded to tell me they would not do anything else for me and that this is all they are legally required to do. When I brought up the fact that this could of been addressed 3 months ago she said oh well. They Wasted my time and putting me out a vehicle for even more time than needed.I am sure I will most likely get the same response as most of these that we have done what is legally required blah, blah, blah but the amount unprofessionalism, inefficiency and lack of respect for others time has cost me a great deal of time and money. I had also tried reaching out to Sedgwick through email to complain but got zero response.I can continue talking about the lack of follow up and blaming it on being overworked and then telling me they didn't want to deal with me and I should go back to my insurance provider. Hopefully this can help spark some type of change.

I blame this company for costing me my job. My FMLA claim for CADASIL related medical appts. was approved in 2023, and in 2024 I asked them if I could renew it, since nothing had changed. The process in 2023 was difficult, convoluted and marred by poor communication, and simply renewing my claim would be so much easier. They said they'd get back to me, but they never did. I called and left messages twice and after two weeks, received my claim denial in the mail. A week later I was fired. For going to the doctor. For a serious medical condition. That had previously been approved. A condition that my employer was well aware of and even provided reasonable accommodation for. This company is not acting in good faith. They are not paid to facilitate FMLA claims, they are paid to discourage and deny them, and they're hurting good, hardworking people every day they're in business. They're soulless and should be ashamed of themselves.
