      I along with over a dozen other people in my community have packages lost or delivered late. I now have a package that is lost and is costing me money and customers. I call them and get no help.

      There were 2 orders placed. One from Hermes on 5/17/25 and one from Mrs. ****** on 5/20/25. Both of these companies happen to use FedEx as their delivery carrier. ** Hermes packages tracking number is: #************ ** Mrs. ****** packages tracking number is: #************ On 5/22/25 I received a package from FedEx requiring a signature which was supposed to be my Hermes product. When I opened up this package it was my Mrs. ****** product which should have never required a signature in the first place. I signed for the package because I thought it was my Hermes product as I had been tracking it all day and it was supposed to be delivered on 5/22/25. The package I received today has the same exact tracking number as the Hermes products order confirmation yet there was so ****** product inside the box and it was only my Mrs ****** product. There is a relabel on the delivery box which states a new label was made on 5/21/25 at 8pm. It appears FedEx put my Mrs ****** products in a box that had the Hermes label / tracking number associated with it. So now ****** thinks I received my package and signed for it when I do not have it in my possession as FedEx made a mistake on their end. I have been in contact with both Hermes and FedEx. FedEx said ****** needs to file a claim and ****** said that since I signed for the package it is now out of their hands and is FedExs problem. FedEx also states that the Mrs ****** products were never picked up as they have not moved through their system. This clearly shows that there is an error in their system because the Mrs ****** products are in my possession. Something like this has never happened to me before and these were expensive products that need to get sorted out. I feel that FedEx is being suspicious and knew my product was expensive and messed with it.

A subsequent update indicates a relabel was noted in transit signed for at 2:41 p.m. on May 27th, 2025 *. *****.  We sincerely regret any inconvenience, as label barcodes may duplicate on occasion.

      Additional research has been conducted to address your concern.  The shipper was notified of the unusual situation and a replacement shipment ending in tracking number ***** tendered May 23rd, has been verified as delivered correctly on   May 28th at 1:39.  The shipper may file a claim in accordance with their shipping agreement.

      Regrettably, FedEx has no record of a shipment with tracking number ************, even though you have received an order with these contents.

      Please be assured all details received have been recorded. The issues were investigated, and the interactions were escalated to appropriate level of management. They have been notified of your concerns for an internal review with the responsible parties. Any internal disciplinary actions will remain confidential.

      This is a complaint to the Fedex location in *****, **. (Which has an average star rating of 2.6 on ******** WHY did the driver NOT leave my package near the door like I've requested multiple times?????! My last two packages were placed near the door - So WHY was my package today at the foot of the steps??? This is a busy STREET! Anyone can walk by and ****** a package laying at the foot of the steps! I also noticed from the camera footage my last two packages were delivered by two different drivers. Todays driver needs to be FIRED!!!! He parks at the front of the house instead around the corner which shows he was in a hurry! Because he did not noticed my father standing at the door! MY father had the door open ready to take the package from the driver because it was a $30 pound air conditioner, not heavy or bulky at all! And the driver completely ignores my father! My father yelled "THANK YOU!" and had to walk out onto the cold porch and grab the package himself. He is in his 70s and has a hard time walking if he would have hurt himself bending over trying to lift this into the house. FEDEX WOULD HAVE A LAWSUIT! its all on tape! (See the attachments) If you hire associates that can't do a job by lifting heavy boxes then maybe you need to rethink your hiring process! I don't have this issue with **** *** delivers ALL PACKAGES AT MY DOOR! DO NOT EVER HAVE THIS DRIVER COME TO THIS HOUSE AGAIN! HE IS LAZY, INCOMPETENT AND DOWNRIGHT IGNORANT!!!!!!

      Can you explain WHY my package is NOT out for delivery TODAY?? 6/3/25??? I canceled an appointment so I could be here since no one would be home!!! For the past FOUR days it said package will be delivered Tuesday 6/3/2025 and NOW it is showing tomorrow! Explain to me how a package located in ************, ** was on its way at 7:15am YESTERDAY 6/2/25 and it's not out for delivery TODAY? Fairview Twp, is an HOUR from my home!!!! AN HOUR!!! There is NO way it takes TWO days to deliver a package that is ONLY an hour away!!!! *** IS A LOT FASTER!!! I want an explanation Fedex because of you I canceled/missed my appointment because my package was meant to be delivered today - 6/3/25!! This is the worst carrier I have ever dealt with!       This company cousins to have delivered my package to my front door, but they have not. I do not know where they delivered it, but the picture does not show my front door.I filled a claim, and they asked me to provide details within 24 hours.       Im actually quite tired of having to reach out to BBB for simple deliveries. Its always FedEx. Its never any other career or delivery services. Why is my package sitting at the ******* shipping location for over a week without being shipped out??

      FedEx ************** location need to be dealt with in a permanent way. As a consumer I dont I have the choice as to what shipping carrier a store uses. I only know once it is shipped and I receive a tracking number. Every single time a package gets to **************, MD location its like rolling dice, you may or may not get your package. Most recently, I had a package due to be delivered on Monday, May 19th. I was home all day. The package kept saying on vehicle will be delivered by end of the day. End of day came and went. I checked the tracking again the next morning at 7:00 am on the 20th. Tracking still read on the truck will be delivered by end of day May 19th. At 9:45 am on May 20th. I get an update that my package has now been delivered at 11:15 am on May 19th. Now Im forced to call Fedex who only read back to me the lying details in there system and I called the company I ordered my tennis shoes from for them to inquire as well. Me as the customer is currently out of my pocket for merchandise not received until someone figures this out. I shouldnt have to go through these lengths for someone to better manage this facility and there either lazy drivers or thieving employees. Im so feed up with this location along with many others in the ********* area. I have another package being delivered this week by Fedex and Im dreading it going to the ************** location versus the ********* location! This shouldnt be. I didn't get delivered to the wrong address I would have gotten a notice on May 19th at 11:15 am went to my door and seen it now there then made inquiries. However, they updated there system the next day with false information and no pictures of the item delivery in which the almost always do (take a pic). Im so fed up. Im writing my congressman too!

      On May 5th, 2025, I shipped two monitors over in a brand new corrugated cardboard shipping box purchased from ******** in ***********. These monitors were in great condition, absolutely no visible damage whatsoever. I packed them carefully in non-static bubble wrap, also purchased from ********, along with Styrofoam blocks and additional t-shirts to make sure there was no empty space.I paid $158 and some cents in order to ship it from FedEx in downtown *******, **********. I shipped it to my mom in ********, *****. When I was there a few days later, first FedEx did not even ring our bell, but left a notice "we weren't home" (both my mom and I were working from home that day). When we finally got the package, I unwrapped the bubble wrap and saw that both monitors were damaged. The cardboard box apparently was also crushed in the corner (images attached). The widescreen monitor was heavily damaged on its right face along the side. The smaller monitor was likewise damaged on the right side, though the damage was much less. I elected for a declared value of $600 and paid extra along with requiring a signature. I filed a claim for damage and it was just denied today by FedEx. I would note the box had fragile stickers on each face, added by me, and also the Burbank FedEx employee added more FedEx fragile *********** is patently ridiculous that they damaged my monitors for the privilege of paying them $158 on top of my damages sustained. I humbly ask the BBB to help me to get FedEx to replace or otherwise compensate me for the monitor damages, or at a minimum, to refund me the $158 shipping cost they charged me. I wanted to give my monitors to my mom to help her work more easily, replacing her ancient monitors she is currently using. Thank you in advance.The claim denial case number is C-190706629

      So my problem is no one has answers and I need some kind of refund for your company sending me false emails and information as well as having me drive to your location to no where to be found my package. I speak to multiple idiots that cant do a simple job as to track a package cause your drivers are idiots. I want to know why your drivers who said I wasnt home clearly I was home and then never contacted me or left me any information except for a email saying I wasnt home when clearly in the email picture you can see a call box. The email tells me to go to nearby location that says it will be there to be picked up. Its every time someone uses ur company my pack always get messed up somehow. I was told by multiple agents on the phone they would let the driver or someone know that my package to be dropped off to be picked up and signed.

      So I think fed ex needs to fix the whole situation cause ******* is saying its delivered I went to the location that the fed ex agent told me they handed it to someone. Now I will get charged for a device as well not getting my device so either ********************** needs to refund me or get this straighten out cause Im getting no where with the lady on the phone that got rude with me today for no reason and they either need to cover the whole cost of this or get me another iPhone the whole mess to begin with started with them in the first place wants to argue with me about the first ****** that gave me no phone call I could have went to the faculty to sign yet they continue to miss me its extremely aggravating after waiting to receive the package thats worth over ************************************************** since the device has been delivered that Im fully responsible.

      I am rejecting this response because I dont think that is a justified response I think its ridiculous on both parties to not compensate wasting my time and gas driving to multiple stores being mislead giving false and wrong information Im not gonna have a resolution neither party will take blame when clearly they are both at fault. Compensation for my gas and having my time wasted but they wont own up to the mistakes and misleading information they give to customers the operators on the phones and as well the email that got sent telling me the package was at a nearby store when clearly 40 mins is nearby.

      04/29/2025: FedEx marked package ************, containing a brake rotor (approx. $100), as delivered, but I never received it. FedEx's commitment was to deliver the package to my residence. The dispute centers around this missing package being falsely marked as delivered. FedEx has refused to resolve the issue, claiming only the shipper (*********************) can file a claim. My security footage (Ring and Vivint) clearly shows the FedEx driver delivering only three packages at 12:19 PM on 04/29/2025. FedEx provided proof of delivery photos for those three packages (tracking numbers ************, ************, and ************), all timestamped at 12:19 PM. However, just five minutes later, at 12:24 PM, tracking ************ was marked "delivered" with no delivery photo and no evidence of the driver returning to my property.Crucially, FedEx's tracking system showed the package as "In Transit" for six days following 04/29/2025. Only around 5.5.25 did the status change to "Delivered," retroactively backdated to 4.29.25. This discrepancy strongly suggests an error in their system.I contacted FedEx customer service multiple times between 05/06/2025 and 05/17/2025, but they refused to investigate, insisting only the shipper could file a claim. I received a replacement rotor from ********************* on 5.17.25 (tracking ************), which was delivered with a photo, demonstrating FedEx's typical delivery confirmation process. Because FedEx insists the original package was delivered, ********************* refuses to refund or further address the missing item. I have provided them with all video and photo evidence.I request FedEx investigate this delivery discrepancy, acknowledge the lack of a second delivery attempt (no driver return, no photo, no security footage), and cooperate with ********************* to resolve this issue. A formal statement of non-delivery, or equivalent claim resolution, is needed to allow for a refund or other resolution with the shipper.
