      Purchased a 62te transmissio . After multiple bad transmissions i demanded a refund. We are now 6 months into trying to get a refund and nothing but headaches the entire time. They refuse to give me back the core which you know they are gonna rebuild and sell for a profit. When i took it in to a transmissiom shop they told me it would need to be a complete rebuild. The warranty offered to pay 10% of the cost. The communication is horrible the only time i get answers is when i threaten with a lawyer. I would not recommand purchasing from autozone to my worse enemy. I wouldnt buy oxygen from them even if it meant saving my life

      Buyers beware AutoZone will take all returns including the electronic ones all the sensors to your engine to your vehicle if a customer plugs it in and the check engine light does not go off they turn around and say they don't need the product AutoZone puts the electric parts back on the shelf then knowingly cuz they know cuz they are told they sell the product to a different customer at full price as a new part they also treat their female employees like garbage they harass the male employees they fire them for no reason this is not a good place to work for this is not a good place to buy your auto parts from they are frauding their customers by lying to them and selling them used parts at full price beware beware beware

      A big shout out to *****, the manager of Autozone on May and 63rd. As the manager ***** definitely provided great customer service after a terrible experience. I left the store after receiving terrible service from an employee. I went in to purchase windshield wipers and to get assistance with having my oil level checked. The employee looked up the wiper blade sizes I needed and told me I needed to go get them. I asked for his assistance with getting them and he told me I had to get them. I let him know that I aways come to Autozone for the service provided. He told me again I had to get them. There wasn't any other customers at the time so I didn't understand his actions. I told him I'd go somewhere else to get what I needed. I don't like paying for bad service . Outside was ***** the manager concluding his assistance with someone else. He was willing to assist me and he apologized for the bad service I received. Because of *****' excellent service I went back in and purchased what I needed. I'm so grateful to still have good, kind and helpful people like *****. Thank you!

      Ordered $363 of parts on line 9/10/23 from Autozone ( to be picked up next day at local store in **********, **) and was notified next morning via email that our order had been cancelled. Called the 800 customer service number and was trying to understand the customer service person - he said the store did not have the parts in inventory and for that reason the company cancelled the order. He said the company would have our $363 back in our account within 5 days. I asked why the store could not order the parts and the customer service person said the company would not allow that! I asked why again and the service person said our discussion was over and hung up on me. So now we will not be getting the parts, we will lose the 15% LABOR DAY promotional discount and have to wait up to five days to get our money back. What a *************** If at all possible, buy your parts elsewhere. The *************** **** owns Autozone and apparently responsible for their **************** attributes!!!!

      ********, ** AutoZone Discriminatory sales rep refusing service. When I walked into the AutoZone store, the sales rep was talking to another sales rep. I had to wait for them to finish their conversation before the first sales rep acknowledged me. I told her exactly what I needed and instead of going to get it, or helping me find it, she printed off iwhat I think is the location of the part but Im unsure as she handed it to me without saying anything. She told me to find it myself. She was rude and acted angry. I left the store. There is no way I would do business with AutoZone due to this employee. I know its hard to ********* these days, but really?? The ceo should take notice of this. AutoZone refusing to help a customer is bad business at the minimum. The first sales rep should be fired for treating a customer that way.

      Dont expect to receive your items on time. I ordered from auto-zone specifically for the next day delivery, so that I could change my oil this weekend. But they delayed shipping to Monday.

      I purchased an fuel pump online after I placed the order the address that they had out on my reward which is suppose to be my shipping address the associate wrote my address wrong I called to have them fix it they told me they would handle it with fed ex they fixed one of the order that was going to be shipped first but not the other I spoke to a manager Author from corporate which told they returned it to the vendor because v they did not fix the address and his solution was to Refund me and wait 3-4 days to get my refund and would not try to fix this problem and send me what I paid for in other words go buy it someplace else Amazon even had it cheaper and I code them why would I continue buying from Amazon when they don't care in losing clients they do not want to do the work I do not recommend doing business with AutoZone...terrible experience

      Beware! AutoZone, Capitol branch will ask for your phone number to record what you bought for "points" BUT will decline any returns or exchanges without a receipt. The guy who helped me just now, insisted my purchases are not recorded via my phone number. Well, how are they able to track ********* without my purchases being recorded? Quite " fishy"!

      SCAM!! Online customers, be awarel!!The employees from this Autozone location( *****************************************************) are stealing your money( stealing items from your online purchase).I got a shipping order from this location, and one of the items is missing (the expensive one $95)AutoZone shouldbe aware and investigate this behavior.It's a shame for the business.

      My son's vehicle was stolen from their lot. 3 days later they still won't release camera footage. Not to mention the manager falsely accused him of leaving it running. Poor attitude and service.
