      Is it standard policy for an employee at the auto zone on *****************, in ******************** to bust out a customers windshield? My son went to this store to get some prices for me. When he was leaving, the security alarm went off. He was followed outside by an employee, who threatened My son. My son was driving around the irate employee, and the employee decided to put his elbow through my son's windshield. My fiancee returned to the store to speak with management and ironically set the alarm off walking in the store. This was tested a few more times, with the alarm going off 70% of the time. My son didn't steal anything. He was profiled and treated like a criminal!! He was threatened with physical harm, and treated inhumane! They have not offered to fix the windshield, or even an apology for the incident. They threw their employee under the bus and told ** to press criminal charges on him, which we will, and they haven't been sympathetic at all! My son's pregnant fiance was in the car and was later brought to the *** for Extreme stress from her already existing PTSD. Is that what customer service has come to? They will be hearing from the police and our lawyer!

      Did 2 online orders. Free next day delivery. Today is 2 days later. Still hasnt been shipped. Horrible chat representatives, **** and ****. No help at all and they rudely end the chat. Spent over 400 on these orders to drive to work. Missing 2 days of work now. All they offered was a 5$ gift card.

      Everything went wrong that could possibly go wrong. My first package got lost in transit, had to wait 5 days for brakes and rotors when i need them *******, even bought the faster shipping, kept calling said they would ship another, they didnt ship it and called back and they said they have no more in stock. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE DO NOT ORDER FROM AUTOZONE, THEY ARE TERRIBLE

      Called Corporate TN. Asked for a supervisor after pushing #3 on phone. The guy then patches the phone to a store in ******! My problem was a part warranty issue & who gets the new installation bill. Later found out that there is a form to be filled out, along w/ a copy of the first initial installment & a 2nd bill w/ the 2nd installation on it.

      I went in to pick up some parts for my shop at the ********* ** location since i was in the area not only will this be the last time but it will be the last time we order from Autozone. while I was there, I was almost tripped by the manager ****;s young daughter who was running up and down the isles apparently there sick, while her mom stood at the counter literally cussing and swearing at the employees to get stuff done, answer the phone shes just too busy, or to get out of her way, only I left the * F words and the Lazy A's words out of those requests that echoed through the store as her child ran aimlessly up and down the isles as well screaming. so with this all said i stopped at Autozone, not ********** or six flags thanks for the experience but Ill pass and move on down the road where I know I can conduct business wit business its too bad I cant bring certain employees that are always extremely helpful such as ***** and ***** and leave the rest behind

      This is a company that will promise you next--day shipping and not follow through. I have pictures of multiple points this place PROMISING delivery on 2/11. It didnt ship out until late on the 11th so obviously I wasn't going to get it when they promised. I paid significantly more for a part that was IN STOCK LOCALLY that would arrive next day because I NEED MY CAR. This company is directly interfering with my ability to get to work by refusing to honor their promises for next day shipping. My parts being delayed this badly is unacceptable and they need to abide by the promises they display on their website and in their communications with their customers regarding their orders.

      Dont buy rebuilt Duralast alternators from AutoZone. I had to replace twice. The third time was charm. The alternators are almost the same price as genuine *********. save your self the headache and getting stuck at night. Dont buy any electrical parts from AutoZone.

      Women is all ways taken advantage of cause we don't know about cars like a man. I had a store diagnostic done cause battery keep dieing. The manager says it's a bad ignition relay that need replace. Did more research and found out that the relay will kill battery cause fuel pump to malfunction. It control electrical parts of the car. The manager convinced me I still need the battery. $233.00 for a battery I never needed. So now I got a battery I don't need.

      Horrible ************************ Chatting online with an issue was a joke. Two times I connected since the first connection was ended by the associate right after I was told to contact ***** that Autozone did their part, so call *****. Next day delivery to home service is not something I suggest for anyone in need of an item quickly. Once I was informed my delivery went from next day to 3 days, I contacted the chat to see if I could do in store pick up. I was shot down quickly and in a rude way. I understand there can be delays, but not attempting to resolve the issue I a fail in my eyes. I will stick to Amazon for my next day orders, cause autozone is not capable of offering customer service that a loyal customer deserves. I will not purchase from them again, I would prefer to pay a higher amount at another store if the customer service is at a much higher lever. Lower prices will always attract a stores customers, but customer service will maintain the loyalty of that customer for life if that store holds customer service to a higher level. ********************** attracts customers for the short term, they just not be worried of long term loyalty. Its sad to see a company allow such horrible customer service.

      I placed an order on AutoZone.com with the understanding my parts would be shipped next business day delivery. My parts should have left there facility on 1/31 it is now 2/3 I'm still without the car part that I need. I tried to call their customer service to see if I can get something worked out to get my car parts and their solution is that I go pay them again and when my parts do arrive to just go and return the order that gets shipped to me even though my order is still awaiting carrier pick up they cannot allow me to go in the store and pick up my parts even and and then not ship the parts I haven't shipped to me yet. I'm being told is due to a weather issue the world doesn't shut down due to bad weather with no one and my order was due to be shipped out and was supposed to have been shipped out before this so-called bad weather hit the area that my order is sitting waiting. During the conversation with the customer service agent I was told that due to this bad weather that they had rerouted my order to a different hub but on my end looking and following ***** and everything else only thing that's being done to this point is shipping label created. My account wasnt supposedly is to be charged until this order was shipped it has not been shipped it's still sitting at their warehouse but somebody has marked it shipped on their end. This is costing me time from work my vehicle is what I use to make my living to produce the income for my household and there is nothing that they can do to help me out is what I was told nothing that they can do they can cancel my order and I just won't get my money back for three to five days well it didn't take them three to five days to take my money. That they were not supposed to remove from my account until it was shipped per there guidelines and what they say on their website your order is not charged to your account till it is shipped well it has not been shipped It's still sitting at their warehouse. so why was I charged
