      This insurance company has a lack of payment toward the body shop that I place my vehicle. The car is in the shop since 11/2023. I'm still paying the policy.
      But no cat. Although the car it's been fixed for hail damage Aceptance insurance has not give any contact towards paying the shop.

      This is one of the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. The agent, Alexa, and her lack of communication were problematic, as was her rudeness when I escalated my concerns to her supervisor. My claim was unnecessarily sent to the fraud department, only to be determined as legitimate. Yet, Sarah from the fraud department also exhibited poor communication. Now, three weeks later, I am still waiting for my claim to be processed despite having submitted all the required documents proving there was no fraud.
      They fail to return phone calls, texts, and emails. There is no corporate office number available to speak with someone at that level. They leave their customers without any support, regardless of whether their accounts are paid. Their service is deplorable.
      There is no reason for such a delay in processing my straightforward claim so that I can repair my car. As a travel nurse currently out of state, I need my vehicle repaired promptly. I have been without a proper headlight since my car was hit shortly after Thanksgiving, and now, as Christmas approaches, I am still facing a bureaucratic barrier.

      Don't let first acceptance rip you off. They say they are all about the customer but they have no care for their customers. I started coverage with first acceptance Dec 9, 2023. There were issues with getting the policy started so we decided to go with another insurance provider. We got coverage through a different provider and a few days later, acceptance debited funds from my wife's account. We have been fighting for almost 2 weeks to get our refund. I asked to speak to management 12 days ago. Today I was given a call by a person at their corporate office. They told me they were not sure how much they were going to refund us and they work at the corporate office. Now I have to file more complaints for $421. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. IT'S NOT WORTH YOUR TIME, SANITY OR HARD EARNED MONEY. I'd give 0 stars!

      If I could give zero stars I would! Insurance is in place to make sure life’s downfalls are made bearable. This company is a nightmare. Spend the extra money and feel secure when life happens.

      I will never ever again get insurance by this company. I will never turn anyone on to this insurance company. My car got stolen Sept 14th 2023 and was never recovered. Right now it's Dec 13th 2023 and I'm still waiting on my claim to be closed. I done paid three car notes, three months of insurance on a car that doesn't exist to me any more. These folks never answer the phone, nor keep in touch with you to make you feel at ease on the claim process. They blame each others departments for the reason why your claim is taking so long. They gave me a offer of 38k on my car and i been waiting almost a month now just for them to review or figure there offer. ??I'm starting wonder if I need to get a Lawyer or Call BBB. But my honest opinion about Acceptance insurance is ??????????

      I’m so frustrated. I was hit by one of their insured in September. The guy did accept fault and I was issued a check for repairs, though it took quite a few phone calls to make that happen. Then I’m told because they only have an account with ***** rent a car I can’t use ********** while my car is getting fixed. Of course there is no ***** in my area. After many conversations with an Acceptance agent he left a message telling me I could use ********** but would have to pay up front and get reimbursed. Well, he left that message for me on November 20th. I have repeatedly reached out to him since then and he has not responded in any way. All I want to know is where to send the rental car bill so I can be reimbursed. I’m glad I kept his voicemail because I’m about ready to contact my lawyer.

      If I could give ZERO STARS, I would! I signed up for coverage from First Acceptance Insurance in September 2023 from the Sharon H*** office in PA, because they had given me the "cheapest" rate, dumb idea to look up auto quotes online! I ended up taking the car back that I bought and had the policy on, cancelled the insurance that next day on October 4th, 2023, which just so happened to be a day after my account was debited for the month of October, was told I would receive a refund within 10 to 15 business days, signed all of the forms to cancel and sent them my receipt from taking the car back. They have been charging my account every month since, for November and December, I called again on November 16th and was patient with the representative who told me they weren't sure what the hold up was but that I would, again, receive my refund within 10 to 15 days because she had all of the required documentation. Dec. 1st and I have ANOTHER payment debited from my account. I called and asked why they were still withdrawing money from my account and the representative stated they had no dealings on why I was still being charged for a policy I did not hold, that they had to "forward it to their treasury department", they told me they would call me, I called and they are not getting back to me. I have all forms signed to cancel and they still have yet to cancel my policy because they keep auto debiting my account, I don't even have a car. I had to change my debit card information so they couldn't charge me anymore. I can't get in contact with anyone on a refund. They took a total of $924.66 out of my account on a policy I cancelled, and then to not resolve the problem? This place seems like a total SCAM to me. If you are smart, do NOT sign up for this insurance!

      They charged me $421 for 1 month of insurance bc they added fees I was not told about for 3 months o had been paying 337 not even full coverage then all out of no where 421 stay way they do not care
