      I had two tires replaced. The appointment was supposed to be an hour but it took over 2.5 hours. When the work was complete, I noticed a ***** hubcap was missing on one tire. I assumed it was in the car as that has happened before. When I got home, I was unable to locate the hubcap and the store was closed. I spoke with an individual who said they were the store manager. He first said it must have fallen off on the way home. After I mentioned I noticed it at the store but assumed it was in the car but it wasn't, the manager then said I have to order a new one and come back to the store and request a refund. I advised that the actual ******* hubcaps were expensive. He then said he would order one that was $16 (aftermarket). I gave in and said yes. Its been over a week and no one will provide me a hubcap.       On April 5, 2025 the van was towed to the Firestone location listed above. I spoke with the associate to notify them that the van died and I was not sure what the issue was. I requested a full diagnostic to determine the issue. They noted several issues amounting to $6,120.51. 2 weeks later they said it was ready. I went to pick it up and it died within 10 minutes of leaving the facility. I called and they provided a tow and rental car to get me back home to *****, **. 2 weeks later they said they identified the problem so I returned on 5/26/25 to pick up the van. I noticed when picking up the van that it had been left unlocked on the property. When I picked up the van the oil reading showed zero. I took it to ********** for a free top off where they said it could be a sensor or bigger issue. When leaving ********** the vehicle died. This was still before I left town. When getting towed back to Firestone the tow company notified me the van had been towed to Complete Transmission (CT) in Olathe without my knowledge. I asked Firestone about this and they said it was after install that location only did a calibration test. I called CT and they said there is no such thing as a calibration for this service. For whatever reason, Firestone is lying about who did the work. They also failed to notify me the van was taken to another location. While speaking with CT they also notified me that they had noticed an engine issue and recommended Firestone run a diagnostic for the engine which they seemingly did not do nor did they disclose this to me. Additionally, staff has been rude multiple times. I have paid for services unnecessarily, that fail to address the issue. I was quoted by another company for $1,800 for transmission replacement rather than $3,500 I paid to Firestone. This is the difference in price I'm requesting a refund for. Regardless of refund this business is not providing adequate or professional service. Issue is on-going as of 5/27/25; vehicle at Firestone.

      **************** was terrible. Entire store coffee area and bathroom was disgusting. I was never told the price of this oil change beforehand or I would have never gotten it. The charge almost double what other places charge for a synergies oil change. Would like a partial refund for terrible customer service.

      I used Tires plus services for oil change and brake pad/rotors change until I started to discover some discrepancies. I started changing my oil last year and I noticed that after tires plus had changed mine, they were using impact guns on my oil drain plug, as it was obviously over ****************************************************************************************************** 2021 I used tires plus to replace my front brakes and rotors, however, also decided to do them myself yesterday. To my surprise, I found the 19mm bolts securing my calipers to my suspension knuckle had been also impacted and thus crossed threaded. One of those bolts snapped inside of the knuckle. I know that Tires Plus was responsible because they were the only ones that had touched my brakes and tires. This whole ordeal forced me to go buy a new suspension knuckle and bolts to replace my damaged ones. This is very disappointing as I had trusted tires plus with my vehicle.

      A long story short. I took my vehicle into Firestone in *************, **. on 04/17/25. The corporate office is located in *********, **. The *** light was on and the vehicle was running different. They kept the vehicle a week. When I picked the vehicle up the *** light was on and the vehicle was running the same. Firestone charged me for four spark plugs, four ignition coils, and other parts. Thats what they say the vehicle needed. I took the vehicle to another well known shop, who confirmed no new ignition coils were in the vehicle and only three spark plugs were replaced. Im requesting a refund, due to them not fixing my vehicle and being charged for parts I did not receive. Im very disappointed in Firestone and this deceptive behavior.

      I took my vehicle into Firestone just for a suspension diagnostic I had just bought new 20-in chrome rims not even *************************************************************************************************************** the back passenger side rim. I immediately asked what happened he claimed he didn't do it we went back and forth I asked for video he said there was none I called corporate did a complaint it was denied with zero investigating I went back and measured the lift the height is 7 in the gap between the top of the first ***** in the bottom of the bottom ***** is 7 in I had to pay $250 to repair the rim and it looks like c*** still leaks air I have no issues with my vehicle prior to dropping it off with the tires when I returned to pick it up my service light was on for my tire pressure and it would not hold air I've called the supervisor and reached out multiple times no one will return my calls or emails and he also put on a note in my file to not reopen the case he's never spoken with me my rim was not damaged prior to taking it to Firestone when I picked it up it was mutilated my hands are tied at this point I don't know what to do I feel like I'm just out this money I've had to get a rental I've lost wages at work due to not being able to get to my clients I just want at this point it's going to have to be a set of rims or the same exact room replaced reimbursed for the rental and lost wages

      On 04/24/25 my Jeep was taken into Firestone because it was stalling, coolant was leaking, and the check engine light was on. The total spent on the 04/24 repairs was $1,419.31. On 04/28/25 the vehicle was taken back into Firestone because the check engine was on and another $426.34 was spent on repairs. On 04/29/25 the car shutoff in the middle of traffic, and the check engine light came back on so the Jeep was towed back to Firestone. No repairs were completed and there were no charges for the 04/29 visit. The receipt stated "Customer Expectation Discount (Promise not met)".On 05/01/25 **** stated that he thought it was an engine issue all along, but he didnt want to say it and the car would need to be repaired at the dealership. It is my understanding that all telephone calls are recorded so there is a record of this conversation. The phone number for this call is **************. On the 05/01 call, when a refund was mentioned, **** stated it would have to be proven that they did something wrong. It is my argument that **** should have told us to take the vehicle to the dealership after the diagnostic on 04/24/25 and before a total of $1,845.65 was spend. I would like my CFNA Firestone credit card ending in 9597 credited $1,727.17 ($1,845.65 - $118.48) or a check for $1,727.17. A diagnostic is $110.99 plus tax for a total of about $118.48. Within 7 days my vehicle was taken to Firestone 3 times and none of the initial concerns were corrected. The receipt for the 04/29 visit stated "Customer Expectation Discount (Promise not met)" and there was no charge. Also, the car was towed to the dealership as recommended and as noted on the ****** receipt, coolant was still leaking.I have attached all receipts from Firestone concerning this issue and the receipt from the repairs at the car dealership, ******.       On May 16, 2025, I visited the Firestone Complete Auto Care at *************** in ******, **. I asked for the rear passenger-side tire on my 2016 ****** Pathfinder to be replaced due to low PSI. The account is under my fathers name (******** *****), but I, ***** *****, was the person who dropped off the car and spoke with staff.Instead of replacing the correct tire, the employee (******) mistakenly replaced the rear driver-side tire. I returned the next day (May 17) and spoke to another employee (****), who confirmed the mistake and documented it on the work order. Despite this written acknowledgment, I was treated with complete disrespect and called a liar. No correction was made.Firestone also claimed to have performed a courtesy check on all the tires, but still allowed me to drive away with the rear passenger tire at 28 PSI, which was the same tire I asked them to fix. This was not only negligent but also unsafe.I had to pay another shop to replace the correct tire out of pocket. We paid approximately $101 at Firestone for the original service that was never properly done.I contacted Firestone corporate and customer service multiple times. I was told to wait for a manager to call me back, but no one ever followed through.I am requesting a full refund for the incorrect service, acknowledgment of the poor treatment I received, and a resolution without further delays.

      I brought my vehicle to Firestone to have it serviced, and during check-in, I informed the technician that he could look inside my vehicle to locate a wheel lock key if necessary. However, at no point did I give permission for anyone to go into my personal belongings.After picking up my car, I noticed that my daughters diaper bag which was located in the ********** near her car seat had been opened. This bag contained extremely sensitive documents, including her birth certificate and Social Security card. These documents were placed in the bag securely before I arrived, and I am confident it was closed when I handed over the vehicle.When I brought this to the attention of the store manager, I was met with a dismissive response. Instead of acknowledging the seriousness of the situation, I was told things like: someone could go to jail for that, so why would they do it? as though that were proof enough that nothing happened. This made me feel invalidated and further concerned about what might have occurred while my car was in Firestones ******* a result of this incident, I now have to take steps to monitor my childs credit and protect her from potential identity theft, which is a real and ongoing concern when Social Security information has been potentially exposed.I am requesting:A formal acknowledgment of this incident from Firestone A review of who accessed my vehicle during service Appropriate accountability for the privacy breach Compensation or support for identity monitoring to protect my child I trusted Firestone with my vehicle, not with my familys sensitive personal information. I hope this complaint is taken seriously and addressed accordingly.

      Tires Plus encourage me to open a credit card to get $100.00 off the bill I followed all instructions and the bill arrives with full amount no deductible of the $100.00 Called was told not there problem called credit card company was told the same **** customer service was terrible. I feel this is a scam to get credit card open interest rates are ***** percent crazy Someone need to held responsible for this scam absolutely shameful Respectfully **** *.
