He promised hed order the alternator and call me when its received. I have yet to get a call from Firestone with any updates . I have called them several times and theres always an excuse as to why they havent called me. I am afraid that my car will stall which would put me and other motorists in danger. Please help to expedite this process.

April 2, 2025 I took my 2013 ****** Corolla in for an alignment. I paid $158.53 total for the alignment, supplies, etc. The alignment that came back to me from the technician displayed no work was done with .1 change which is easy done by the machine calibration without actually performing an alignment. Additionally, I asked about the rear toe and the technician couldn't offer me any information regarding if my car could use a shim or why it couldn't be adjusted other than him stating, "it could be a suspension issue, i can't say without seeing it". I stated at the time of payment that I was upset because I was paying for a service that clearly was never performed and being given no information as to why this was. I filled out the survey when it was sent to me, but never heard anything back. I've even left a review on ******, hoping someone would reach out to me but no luck. I would like, at the very least, the base cost of the alignment returned to me ($122.99) as I never received the service I paid for.

Instead they did some kind of flat ********* vehicle had a tire blow out totling my truck 3/15/2025.Talked to firestone congress they confirmed they did not replace all tires like we asked on 3/07/2025. The warranty said we could replace all tires because they were not holding air and were defective. Instead of replacing all tires they just dif flat repair resulting in the total loss of my truck because they did not replace all tires. When I asked they take thier tires back ** said no that I should sell them on ******** marketplace. ** did not honor warranty. Did not take responsibility for not doing what we asked for not doing his job. Also lied and said checked fluids and did not.

On March 25th 2025 I carried my Jaguar XF in for a tire replacement. After picking up my car on the drive home within a 2 mile drive home I noticed my steering wheel was shaking. I called the store as was instructed to return the car to the location. It was getting late I was advised they would pay for me a **** home and to leave the car. I returned the next day and was advised my rim was bent. If the rim was bent wouldn't I been notified BEFORE tire installation? I proceeded to my car. Upon opening my car door I noticed my driver seat was reclined fully back touching the back seat. I was advised the te h working on my vehicle was 7 ft tall. I attempt to move the sest to it's origional position and its broken. Apology given by the store manager but to leave the vehicle and they will repair it. Again advised to **** a **** home and they will pay. Approximately 3 days go by I receive a call they are not going to repair the seat. Store policy tech may move seats back for leg room but they are not to recline customer seats. I file a store complaint and a inspector comes to the store to investigate. The Leather on the back of the seat was removed and not replaced. The frame was broken during the inspection and not repaired. I've reached out via email, to the original claim adjustor no response. Ive left voice messages. I've used ********, ***** and every outlet possible seeking resolve with little to no communication. The condition to the inside of my car was filled with oily hand prints and oily shoe marks. I've sent pictures and wrote letters requesting a resolve. No response or resolution.

On April 9, 2025, I took my car in for general maintenance, an oil change, and an ** diagnosis. When I returned on April 12, I noticed excessive white smoke coming from the exhaust as I drove off, prompting someone to pull over and offer their assistance. Upon returning to the dealership, I discovered that the oil had not been emptiedonly added tocausing the issue. The mechanics also unnecessarily revved the engine at ********** RPM, potentially leading to serious damage.Regarding the ** diagnosis, I was initially told to return on April 12 for the procedure, during which dye would be inserted to locate the leak. However, without my consent, extensive repairs were completed, and I was abruptly charged over $1,500a direct violation of South Carolina law, which prohibits unauthorized work on a vehicle. Under pressure and needing my car back, I paid the amount on my credit card. After raising concerns, Nickthe only employee who demonstrated professionalismassured me that I would be fully reimbursed. On April 14, I was satisfied with this resolution, despite the inconvenience caused. However, despite multiple follow-ups, I never received the promised refund. On April 25, I spoke with ******* from the Myrtle Beach market, who assured me the check had been issued. Yet, as of May 19, I had received no communication or refund.Repeated attempts to speak with the branch manager led nowhereresponses lacked urgency and concern for customer service. Finally, after escalating the issue through corporate customer service, I was promised a callback from the division manager within 48 hours, though I remain skeptical given the persistent negligence. This experience has demonstrated a complete disregard for customer care, professionalism, and ethical service. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and leaving public reviews to warn others of these issues. I expect immediate action and a response addressing this matter.

I had my car towed to Tires Plus- 1980 ********************* on the morning of May 9th 2025 for a flat front tire(driver). My Service advisor called back letting me know the size of my tire & recommended two front tires not just one,$293 for the pair. He also recommended an alignment due to the wearing on the inside of the tires & an oil change. I would like to note that I purchased 4 new tires in early part 2025 (from another establishment) I asked how much additionally that would cost he said $123 for alignment & the oil change would be around $90 .I agreed to the work. I called at 12:45 & He let me know that the car is ready but is "driving a little weird" "some" pull on the steering wheel while driving, there might be another issue & recommended an "arm joint" ($500) that might fix it. I told him I would need to discuss that with my spouse first. I mentioned to him that my car had that same issue when I had an alignment done at ***** Tire, which resulted in them giving me a full refund & taking it to **** to have a certified ********* fix their s**** up. **** was successful resolving the issue. We have since driven my vehicle ****** miles with zero issues before it was brought to Tires Plus for a flat tire. Driving back home from Tires Plus I quickly realized "driving weird" was an understatement. My car's steering wheel would randomly and violently jerk causing the car to go out of your lane along w/ grinding noise while turning. I told my spouse what happened. He called & talked to the manager the following morning who was passive about the problem when we said it's undrivable, his suggestion just "getting rid of it" he wasn't the one who worked on ******* didn't have time that day to put it back on the machine when we asked for a comparison of my alignment. We filed a complaint ( May 10th) with corporate and still no call back. The morning of May 17th the Driver side tire came off while driving & excessive damage was done

Date: 5/18/25 I contacted this business around 10:00 AM in search of a replacement tire. After calling multiple shops, I chose this location based on a $320 price quoted over the phone by an employee named ******. I then had my vehicle towed to the shop at my own expense based on that quoted price.Upon arrival, the manager, *****, attempted to suggest that ****** was supposed to call me back with a new priceeven though ***** was present during the initial phone conversation(I could hear him in the background). Once they saw my car had been towed in, the manager suddenly stated the actual price was $490, claiming he had no flexibility, despite the previous verbal quote that led me to choose their business in the first place. This felt like a clear case of bait-and-switch pricing and an attempt to take advantage of my situation after the vehicle was already on-site.

On May 11, 2025, I visited Firestone Complete Auto Care (********, **) for a Bridgestone warranty inspection on an OEM Alenza Sport A/S tire with visible sidewall cracking and a sudden loss of air pressure at only ~****** miles. The tire had no puncture (confirmed by Firestone) and held pressure once refilled. It had never been driven flat, as my TPMS dashboard shows.Despite this, I was told the claim would not be processed because I had driven on a flatwhich is false. I was also told that OEM tires have no warranty, which contradicts Bridgestones 5-year workmanship/materials warranty. The technician shifted blame to tire rotation and tread wear, despite the tire being less than two years old with ~50% of its mileage life left.Firestone staff promised to document their inspection and email me a copy, but they never followed up. I immediately emailed Bridgestone directly (Ref #*******) and attached evidenceincluding photos of the failing tires and my vehicles TPMS. I received no reply. After a week with no response, I was forced to replace all four tires to avoid further downtime. This is not just a product failureits a customer service failure with misrepresentation, avoidance, and silence.
