      I took my truck into Firestone on Merle Hay Rd in Des Moines, IA in April I told them the a/c wasnt working i told them the upper Radiator hose and thermostat was bad they replaced only the upper hose i then had to take it back the next day and the manager had kind of an attitude with me but they replaced the thermostat. Now 2 mos later my truck is leaking antifreeze again i called to get it repaired again and they threw a fit because it was 4th of July weekend i called the district manager filed a complaint was supposed to get a call back in 48 hours and now 3 weeks later still nothing. I will never ever use a Firestone shop again

      WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER FROM THE WARRANTY DEPT. THE MAN ON THE PHONE WAS RUDE AND WAS MOCKING ME. I HAVE THE SAME ISSUE WITH JAKE AT MY LOCAL STORE. I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF THE BUSINESS FOR MANY YEARS AND WILL NOT BE USING THEM GOING FORWARD. IT IS BAD ENOUGH THEY DON'T WANT TO HONOR THE WARRANTY BUT THE LACK OF RESPECT FROM THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APPALLING. STAY AWAY FROM FIRESTONE THEY ARE CROOKS
