I took my vehicle in for my tire slowly losing air. After they took my vehicle back the technician came out and showed me a screw that he removed from my tire and stated he would repair the tire. After a few minutes the technician brought my tire out to show me that now my tire has 2 holes and refused to repair the tire. No explanation, no suggestions, no asking if I would like my spare put on, no help at all. I leave to find someone to repair my tire that only had a slow leak; to driving down the road with now 2 holes that of course would not hold air leading to a flat tire on the side of a super busy unsafe highway. I have been a loyal customer for years and do not deserve to be treated this way! This was all about pushing me to purchase a new tire when my new tire simply needed a repair. I feel ashamed of the company and completely drained from a stressful day.

This establishment is awful. I needed my rear wheel cylinders replaced and was charged $480 for the job. A few months later, I am still having brake trouble (after replacing the brakes and master cylinder) and other mechanic found a stripped wheel cylinder on my left rear wheel! Called the Firestone rep and he told me I was lying because they wouldn't do something like that. I was not offered any type of compensation. Please avoid this business and go with another Firestone or car shop.

I've waited since July 11 to have someone from your corporate office contact me about multiple serious safety issue performed by your employee at the Airport Rd. Location in Roanoke. I've spoke to the store manager three times since learning they opened an investigation. It been elevated to two levels of management since the store manager became aware. I was told that the area management attempted to contact me around or about July 20 however I have no voicemail. I asked the Roanoke Service Center (Airport Rd) on July 22 to have the area manager call me, no call. On July 26, I contacted Corporate Customer Service who said this would now be elevated to a Regional Manager. As of today, the 28th no one has contacted me other than the customer service representative. She stated she would elevate it to the next level on July 29 This was our second safety concern with this employee in a three month time span. He is still working on customers cars.

On July 24, 2022, I brought my ***** in for an A/C diagnosis. My A/C was not blowing cold and needed recharging. Cost for diagnosis was $$44.99. Hours later when the vehicle was ready for pickup, I was told it needed $2531.23 worth of work...basically an entire new A/C system. When I left the store, the blower was now not working. I went back to complain and got a non-sensical explanation for why it was no longer blowing. When I got home, I checked the vehicle's fuses and noticed the one for the A/C and the one for the heater were missing. I replaced them and immediately the blower was working again. The next day I went to a more reputable mechanic, one I trust. Upon opening the hood, we immediately notice the A/C valve caps were also missing. In less than ten minutes and $40 worth of R134 Freon my vehicle was blowing cold air. I have gone to this Firestone Complete store for years and was always very skeptical of their upselling and up charging. Now I had clear evidence and can understand their "F" grade by BBB. I will never again step inside their store.

Long but worth reading:  On December 23, 2020, I had to have my vehicle towed to repair a tire.  I was told it wasn't repairable (**), and I needed to purchase a new tire.  So, I purchased a Firestone Tire.  Fast forward, this new tire required a repair (screw in it), and when I called them on Monday, July 18th, I asked for a price on the same type of tire.  I was told he couldn't sell me that tire as it is a 102"H" drive speed and a 102"V" was what he could sell me. I decided to give my business to **** in New Tampa to purchase four new tires. Knowing on December 23, 2020, they sold me a 102"H."I had to wait three days to get an appointment.  Fast forward to yesterday, Friday, July 23rd, I showed up for my tire replacement at ****.  The manager came to me for the "Lug Lock Key," and told him it was in the glove box.  He returned to me and said, no, there were four lugs in the bag and no key.  He then showed me.  I called Firestone on Bruce B. Downs's (Wesley Chapel) location and asked to speak with the manager.  I was placed on hold and then disconnected after waiting 10 minutes.  I called right back, and the so-called manager "Cris," a female who would not give me her last name (Spanish accent), told me she was the store manager.  I explained my situation, and her first reply wa: Who else has had your car?  I said what? No one, I am the only driver in my household.  She said, "You haven's rotated those tires in a year and a half?  I said, no, mam, I haven't put on over 5,000 miles since I purchased that tire from them.  Evidently, Cris was unaware the world was in a pandemic and the country and businesses were shut down.  I told her I needed the key; if they didn't have it, they needed to contact ********, get me a key, and bring it to ****.  Her answer was no; we won't do that; you can bring your car here, and we will "BUST OFF THE LOCKS" and put lugs in replacement.  This was her solution, to leave my tires exposed for theft?  To say the least, that ****** me of

Don't trust this corrupt tire place. Firestone Fulton Ranch is full of LIARS! Beware of the guy with thick glasses and his **** hacker liars in the back. After the new tire was FLAT when picking up the car the manager and tire changer guy didn't bother adding air before he drove the new tire flat on the wheel rim damaging the sidewalls across the parking lot to the garage in the back. Then they pushed the lie over and over that a new alternate tire was installed when it was obvious the damaged sidewall tire remained on the car. The damaged tire stayed on and they refused to admit it was the old damaged sidewall tire despite obvious sidewall damage, dirt, and scuff marks all the way around the sidewall. They even rubbed dirt on new tire sidewalls to push the lie claiming the damaged tire was changed when it was not changed and remained on the car. See how ridiculous the dirt rubbed on a new tire without sidewall damage. See the new tire that is claimed to have sidewall damage when it does not in the attached photo. Their ridiculous attempt to cover their lie saying that the new tire was the old damaged tire just driven on the rim across the parking lot is pathetic. Unacceptable corrupt, horrible service! Beware and never trust this joke of a business. Update: Photos of the DOT number noted on the invoice matches the DOT on a tire that was confirmed by the manager to be "Changed to a new tire" when evidence proves otherwise. Photos prove that Firestone failed to change the damaged tire and also clearly show the damage done to the sidewall that remains today. This business is CORRUPT!
