5 starsJuan was very helpful in navigating my fraud issues. Although we weren't able to reach a full conclusion while on the call, I appreciate his exhaustive efforts and his 4 hour phone call with me to try to protect my information from further fraudulent use. 5 starsI have experienced identity theft and attempted credit card applications at two banks using my ID. I went to the Kroll for help. The representative who worked with my case is Juanluis C*******, and he is thorough, very helpful, and thoughtful. He spent more than two hours contacting every party involved and also provided useful suggestions for taking additional steps to prevent such events in the future. I greatly appreciate Juanluis and the Kroll for the wonderful service!

I whole identity has been compromised, and Juanluis C******* did a stellar job helping/supporting me. He stayed on the phone with me for 3 hours helping me with the three credit reporting agencies. I was so impressed with his positive attribute and liked his attention and detail to the matter. He really made me feel confident that I made the right decision choosing Knoll.

5 starsAfter calling Kroll, I was referred to a fraud specialist, Juan C*******. He, quickly and efficiently, took control of he situation, made the appropriate contacts, and found that an attempt had been made to take out a personal loan in my name. This was thwarted and fraud alerts were instituted.
I must admit I was surprised at the amount of time we spent on hold but Juan was personal, caring and professional.

I’m part of the East Palestine class action settlement. Kroll is really dropping the ball getting payments out. We’ve been waiting months on our determination letters. Many families want to leave the town and were unable to fo so without the payment.

Hello,
Kroll continues to send out deficient letters, determination letters and payments on a rolling basis. We have many claims filed and each claim must be reviewed and calculated based on the plan of determination which can be found on our website. In additions, each personal injury release form must be approved by defense counsel. Kroll has already sent out several thousand payments and continue to do so. If you filed a valid personal injury payment claim, you should be receiving notifications shortly.
