      I don't even know how all the other reviewers got to communicate with Kroll to give them any review at all. I've been with Kroll since 2015. Four months ago I lost my credit card. I have been trying since to update my payment info with them. No luck. The chat doesn't work on the website, no response from email - but that doesn't surprise me as the only email address available is to the webmaster who doesn't care if I pay my bill, no response on the phone (I was informed it was a 27 minute hold time). If I can't get hold of these folks to GIVE them money, what will happen if I ever truly need them. I'm cancelling my account.

      I just signed up with this organization- again. I have used them two previous times because my employer and my health records were hacked. This time my retirement investors were hacked-TIAA. It so difficult to enroll, I have questions and have used their chat window twice- no response. There is a “contact us” tab. When stating the number on the web page it actually states call “unknown” or email…. Maybe somebody will answer my email. It has been two days. Poor, poor, poor, service and web design. I feel if this is the best they can do from a customer service standpoint, their abilities are mediocre at best. Not a great feeling.

      Kroll has identity theft service AND OTHER PRODUCTS, I received A LETTER SAYING I WAS HACKED, IT SAYs "WE BELIEVE THE FOLLOWING TYPES OF INFO RELATED TO YOU WAS IMPACTED, IE, MY NAME AND ALL MY SENSITIVE INFO WAS HACKED. I HAVE THE LETTER THAT I RECEIVED JULY 24, 2023...IF THEY CANT KEEP OUR INFO SAFE WE NEED TO SUE, EXCUSES FROM THEM TO SELL OUR INFO ETC, JUST LIKE THE GOVERNMENT ALLOWED CYBER CRIMINALS TO GET OUR INFO...THIS NEEDS TO STOP. SO I WILL KEEP MY EYE ON THIS BECAUSE THIS COMPANY IS NOT A COMPANY TO BE WITH..

      scammers at Kroll, ******* breach, as I sent all documentation only for them to claim that ******* clients did not send all documents to them and denied the claim even though they were ample evidence that my identity was stolen and all proper documents as such *******  and Kroll could be impersonating the actual company and not who they are

      2 class actions- zero times paid. *******  data breach, I got a call saying they messed up and would issue payment immediately-.....and NOTHING. *****  data breach- NADA. The only thing this place is good for is blowing sunshine up your ***. One can only wonder how much THEY squirrel in their own pocket.

The current status of the ******** Data Breach Settlement is: Identity Defense Services claimed by Settlement Class Members will begin, and payments for valid claims for Out-of-Pocket Losses, Lost Time, and Alternative Cash Payments will be made, after the Court enters a final judgment and the Settlement becomes final. This may take several months or more; please be patient. Periodic updates will be posted on **********************. The court has not entered a final judgement as of June 5, 2023.
      The current status of the ***** Data Breach is: Payments to valid claimants are expected to commence in June 2023. Please be patient.

      Kroll sent me an alert that someone had pulled a credit check under my name. I immediately called them and spoke with Kroll representative, Mr, C*******., who helped me resolve the issue. He stayed on the line and literally held my hand through the process. He would connect me with the right person within the companies and then tell me what I should say in order to expedite the canceling of the fraudulent credit inquiry . He was professional the whole time and made me feel at ease and confident when I had to speak to these credit card agents. I am grateful for Mr. C******* and for Kroll for providing an excellent product and outstanding customer service. I recommend Kroll to anyone looking to protect their credit

      Worst company ever they will gaslight you and lie at every corner pushing payment dates back 4-6 weeks 3 different times then when you tell them you contacted the original lawfirm they say they gonna call their lawyers and hang up the phone, a supervisor did that very unprofessional and in my opinion just a bunch of thief

      It is 9:43pm on April 5 2023 the day the company said the payment would be sent (4th time the date has changed in under 3 months ) , my payment option is ***** which instantly deposits .. once again this company hasn't told the truth and gaslight their customers
