      My school district had their data breach in Fall of 21. We were offered a year sign up for monitoring with KROLL following that. 4 months later and over the span of 6 months my social and name was used to open accounts. There were no notifications or response from Kroll. Clearly something was amiss and may have or currently affecting others. I've had to manage it on my own since i only became aware after Kroll monitoring stopped. Look elsewhere for services and don't give your employees a false sense of security

      Kroll sent me an alert that someone had pulled a credit check under my name. I immediately called them and spoke with Kroll representative, Erik L., who helped me resolve the issue. This wasn't a simple issue, Erik looked deeper into my credit line and discovered multiple credit pulls before I signed up with Kroll. It was a rather complex issue that required multiple calls to multiple credit card companies and many layers within each company. Erik stayed on the line and literally held my hand through the process. He would connect me with the right person within each of the companies and then tell me what I should say in order to expedite the canceling of the fraudulent credit cards. He was professional the whole time and made me feel at ease and confident when I had to speak to these credit card agents. I am grateful for Erik and for Kroll for providing an excellent product and outstanding customer service. I recommend Kroll to anyone looking to protect their credit.

      Not to be trusted! Their website claims they are accredited by BBB with a A+ rating. They even have a "link" to BBB. If you click the link you are brought to a supposed BBB report with an address in TN and displaying an A+ rating. If you go to BBB directly though, as seen here, they have only a C+ rating, a customer rating of 2.6/5, and in red lettering "THIS BUSINESS IS NOT BBB ACCREDITED". Also, the contact info is listed here as CA. The letter they sent me claims that my data was breached at a mortgage company that I don't remember ever doing business with, does not have a company address or phone number (except to an automated phone signup number), no address/phone information for the supposed mortgage company. Also, a legit business would have my info from the breached company, I shouldn't have to provide a SSN, birthday, or other sensitive personal data.RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

      Steve (Stephen) has done an excellent job for helping me out to resolve issue for setting up my daughter account successfully. Her account was setup as minor. However, when I received her membership number in the mail, she has already turned 18 years old, meaning she is no longer under my supervision and she must be setup as an individual account (adult). But the Kroll system can not recognize that until Steve helped me fix the problem in 24 hours. Thanks to his prompt response.

      Another poorly designed "credit Monitoring Service" my information was breached by a loan servicing co, they intern hire the cheapest, least responsive people like Kroll to then monitor there mistakes. PASS!!!!!

      I just spoke to the most patient in understanding representative. His name is Casanova I'm going through a lot in my life right now my mental health and just a lot of stuff with insurance claims and house renovation and all the sevenA over talked and interrupted and yet he still was very kind and he heard me and he he he worked with me and explain things very well to me some days are harder than others and I just want to give him a very good review because you're lucky to have a great employee like this. Very thorough, and answered any questions I had with my cyber stalking/identity theft .
