      Kroll sent me 4 emailsin a row saying my personal identity information (SSN, etc.) had been breached and citing 4 different points of data. I called the recommended number and no one picked up the phone. After being informed the wait time was 30 seconds, I waited 1.5 hours on hold with music and occasional "all agents are currently busy." I tried a different number for support and just got a voicemail message. Very poor customer service

      A Kroll representative reached out to the member via phone on, Thursday, September 12, 2024 to assist with the account. There was no answer. A voicemail message was left to apologize for the wait time to reach us also providing our contact information reach out for further assistance.

      I received 2 alerts to view, which I did, and followed the below instructions, I was on hold for 1 hour and 14 minutes before I gave it up and hung up, while I was on hold, I also emailed them to ask what are the instructions when no one from Kroll picks up the phone? No response.
      If there truly is a breach, isn’t it important to resolve it quickly?
      This does not inspire confidence, I am going to file a complaint with BBB

      I tried to call for help with an alert today and after getting through a few prompts was told, "the next available agent will be in 1 hour and 30 minutes". I don't need to say anything else for this review.

      I WAS EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THE HELP I RECEIVED AT KROLL. I WAS HAVING DIFFICULTY
      ESTABLISHING MY LOG IN.ONCE I EXPLAINED MY SITUATION TO ERIK L***** HE PATIENTLY
      GUIDED ME THRU THE PROCESS.COURTEOUS THE ENTIRE TIME & ASK IF HE COULD HELP ME WITH ANYTHING ELSE.GOOD EXPERIENCE START TO FINISH.

      I was alerted by Kroll that I had several inquiries on my credit report. Erik L***** was able to help me resolve all my issues and gave sound advice to help prevent this from reoccurring. He helped me contact many businesses to have these issues resolved and taken off my credit reports. Even though he was specifically helping equinox, he graciously reviewed my reports on the other two agencies where more issues were discovered, and he quickly helped me to resolve all of them. I am ever so grateful for his help in protecting me from further issues! I highly recommend Kroll and especially Erik if you need help with identity theft and protection.

      Juan was very helpful in addressing my concerns in reference to an alert I received. He walked me through the process in a very professional manner, and helped me with all of the information I needed to put a credit freeze on with the three credit reporting agencies.
