      Had a notification that I had someone checking on my credit. They were fast to look into it and also contacted the credit bureaus with me on the phone with them. All got resolved very quickly. ***** *******

      I received a letter stating that my information had been compromised and that Kroll was hired to help. The letter from Kroll states "Identity theft Restoration: If you become a victim of identity theft and experienced Kroll licensed investigator will work on your behalf to resolve related issues. You will have access to a dedicated investigator who understands your issues and can do most of the work. Your investigator will be able to dig deep to uncover the scope of the identity theft then work to resolve it..........." NOPE, NADA, NOTHING. I have been dealing with identity theft, had my whole life stolen. The investigator asked if I had frozen my credit reporting, changed my bank accounts and asked what the sheriff department was doing. I had frozen my credit, changed my bank accounts and the sheriff department has closed my case, because they too do not care to follow any leads. The investigator stated that that is all they can do. WHAT ABOUT DIGGING DEEP? WHAT ABOUT UNDERCOVERING THE SCOPE? JOKE!!! JUST A JOKE!!! They do nothing in regards to investigating, merely tell you common sense things to do and tell you they are sorry you are going through this and that's all they do.

      About a year ago a company informed me that they had a data breach and that my information was possibly a part of that breach. Kroll was offered as a monitoring service for me. I created my account. Nothing unusual showed up until yesterday. Where i got a breach notification stating they found my data being used elsewhere. I finally found the hotline and proceded to call them. I was on hold for 3 hours before giving up yesterday. Now today Ive been on hold for another 3 hours straight. Still have yet to talk to a single person at Kroll. The best part. At the beginning of the call they stated the wait time was going to be 30 seconds. Awesome. If i had paid for this service id be outraged. I don't care how much of a call volume you have. A total of 6 hours on hold and 2 emails being sent out with no response is unbecoming of a company this size. Do better.

      I received several severe alerts from Kroll. I'm nervous because I had my purse stolen so they have all my information. The first time I called it was a wait of one hour and fifteen minutes. I decided to email them instead but they said calling would be faster. I called again and left my phone number for them to call me back. I'm still waiting 24 hours later. They're terrible.

      Kroll is utterly useless. They set up an alert and then say to contact an investigator which is nearly impossible. Wait times are in the hours and they have the mechanism where they way they will keep my place in line and call me back but then never do.

      We received several email alerts so we called to get more detail and find out what additional steps we could take to protect ourselves. Even though we called precisely at 8 am and were informed that the wait time was about 1 minute, it took several hours waiting on the phone to speak to a representative. However, when we finally reached the correct department we spoke to Juan L*** ********. He was most helpful and described the significance of each alert and what next steps we could take to protect ourselves and directed us to the correct network contacts.
      I would give Kroll's phone service 2 stars but I would give Juan L*** 5 stars for the excellent help he gave us.

      I received a notification by IMS of a ransomware incident (2y ago) and that my information had been compromised as a result. KROLL was offered as a security monitoring service. Activating my account requires I provide sensitive information. I called to verify KROLL is a legitimate service.
      The CS representative that answered my call was less than helpful in answering my qualifying questions, seemingly bothered by my due diligence.
      The call ended by the CS representative hanging up on me.
      No thanks KROLL. If this is the support your team offers I'd rather take my chances.

An email was sent to apologize for the previous experience when speaking with a Kroll representative along with providing an explanation to address why sensitive information is required to activate the monitoring account offered.

      I am enrolled in Kroll identity theft monitoring and theft assistance program. When I received an alert that I needed to address a critical threat, I immediately went to their website to try to engage in the theft assistance program. The password-protected website/account information provided NO CONTACT information for their representatives and no way to activate the services I've paid for. (It's like they deliberately were trying to avoid having anyone contact them to receive the services!!???)
      Fortunately, I found a toll-free number online and have been waiting for 30+ minutes to talk to a representative. I'm really not happy and haven't even begun to engage in the services that I paid for...

      I missed the call from Kroll (which was made on the 19th, not the 12the as the business indicated), but did get the voicemail message and immediately tried calling back. However, I found myself on the same hotline where I'd spent over two hours waiting on hold the previous day. After another 30 minute wait, I gave up. I still don't have any resolution or help from Kroll.

      I’mbtrying to setup an account separate from another one using a different email address so I can get an additional free year of service. My name was wrong on the letter and first person said they changed it from their end. Tried verifying my identity and it failed. 2nd person walked me thru changing my name from my end and that worked. However my identity verification said to call Kroll. 3rd person did a manual identity verification over the phone and said log back in after 30 mins. Still not working. 4th person asked me to logout, then back in. Also to delete Chrome cookies. They transferred me to another line in which I was placed in a hold cue and eventually disconnected. That happened twice. Still not working. 5th sent me directly to this other line. Held for 30 minutes. Finally got someone. The original person hung up and again disconnected! Called again this morning. 6th person took my name and number and said a manager will contact me. COULD TAKE UP TO THREE DAYS! All I want is the additional one year of free monitoring.
