  I tried the daily wire for one year and did not like it. They sent me an auto renewal for a second year without receiving back any confirmation from me. Then when the charge appeared on my credit card, they refused to remove it. I had to dispute the charge twice through my credit card company and cancel the credit card to prevent Dairly Wire from billing me again. It's was a real nightmare. This company is unreasonable and is doing everything they can to take your money. Buyer Beware.

  I honestly do not understand all the negative reviews on here. I have been a daily wire all access subscriber for two years now. The first time I signed up I signed up for an annual membership $20/month or something like that. My second year when the subscription was going to renew, I got an email a couple of day before stating that your membership will be renewed. Then I checked my credit card statement and the correct amount was charged. Seriously people, when you sign up it says, for example, $20/month billed annually. Read. And before you check out and hit submit, it tells you the total amount your credit card will be charged. Don’t blame dailywire for your low reading comprehension.

  I signed up for a $15/month subscription in August. I thought I cancelled during the first month on my cell phone. In February I noticed that I was still being billed for the monthly subscription. I tried cancelling again, this time on a PC and found the cancellation process overly complicated and I believe intentionally difficult to confuse people when trying to cancel their subscription. I sent an email to them to ask for a refund for the 5 months I did not want. I did get a quick reply, but they only confirmed that I would not be charged any future subscription fees, but all past sales are final. It's possible that I did not correctly complete the cancellation process back in August, but if you go through the cancellation process, I think it's obvious that the cancellation process is intentionally designed to be difficult.

  First off, I feel the need to come to the defense of this company. I have been a member of The Daily Wire for some time now. I cannot express this enough, The Daily Wire has saved my life. Unlike other media companies in the streaming community The Daily Wire has to decided to use an entertainment platform in a morally uplifting manner. They are not trying to tell you how to be a victim, how you are oppressed, or the so called faults of our founding. Instead they will show you how to recover yourself from the exposure of the constant lies we have been fed for years. Listening to the commentators for years now it has been obvious they genuinely care about their audience and the fate of this country. When they added Dr. Jordan P******** which introduced me to his work on biblical lectures and more recently roundtable Exodus discussions my life was transformed. I no longer struggle with heroin or meth or even alcohol. I have been able to become at peace with God and no longer even fear death, for it is just another part of existence. I even sent a mail bag question to Matt W**** about my belief that calling addiction a disease is only another form of telling us there is nothing we can do about it. The insight he gave me with his answer was remarkable. If you had some problem with the money you paid to them have joy in the fact that what The Daily Wire is doing with your money will in fact save this country and the world. I know any problem I have had with them and even a email I sent expressing the gratitude I have for this company has been answered within 24 hours. Email ******* of ****** and see how that goes for you. Thank you Daily Wire for everything you do! One day I hope yo join you in saving us all from the Orwellian left.

  Sorry to say I have to put 4 stars because I really wanted to put 5 stars. The only reason I can’t is because I tried to get a refund on my unused year of subscription and was told I couldn’t. It makes no sense to me for any company to drag a customer through a subscription period they don’t want to be in anymore. It’s bad publicity and it makes no sense. I ended up needing the money after my learning my grandmother passed away and have to come up with a flight for her funeral unexpectedly. Anyway, I just don’t see how it could be ethical to hold someone’s money for services not rendered.

  Signed up for the annual subscription and was billed twice, disputed it with my credit card company and it was still charged. They are scam artists and make it very difficult to cancel membership and delete credit card information. Scum!! Wish I could leave zero star review. I will be telling everyone I know to avoid their website and content.

  Daily wire is running an ad It says. $20 a month cancel any time. I sign up at $20 a month and cancel any time. They took $254 80 out of my account and refuse to put it back as they claim further down they say annually. This is fraudulent advertising so many people getting coned with the $20 month cancel any time. If they were honest they would never advertise at $20 per month and cancel at any time. These people are scam artists. But I am not letting them get away with this false advertising and conning people out of their money. These people are discusting .

  Our sign up process calls out that our pricing for All Access is $20/per month billed annually and we state that sales tax may be included, which it was for this member. Before fully checking out, the total charge is displayed before the member confirms they want their card to be charged, so this member would have seen the total before approving the charge. Despite all that, this member was refunded on 1/6/2023 before she submitted this review. Because of that, this feedback is inaccurate.

  The sole purpose of purchasing this was to provide me and my wife with quality content to watch together.
  My wife only speaks spanish and when I paid $100 for a year subscription to Daily Wire I assumed that they would have the basic functionality of Spanish subtitles that are literally SO EASY to produce with AI technology these days.
  We were very excited to watch documentaries on Daily Wire but it turns out we cannot enjoy them together because she can't understand them.
  I sent their support team a request for a refund and was promptly denied.
  This type of "customer service" reeks of greed. It seems this company is not interested in being ethical.
  I wasted $100 and have a product I can't even use. I honestly expected more from this company.

  Daily Wire DID fully refund my membership. I couldn’t see where to delete or retract my comments. I obviously jumped the gun on my reviews based on others here. Lesson learned.
