      Canceled an order from*******, and this coverage for it less than an hour after purchase. The next morning there was a charge on my bank statement for this coverage. So my order was canceled but I still got charged for the coverage of the order that was canceled. And I manually canceled the coverage and the order at the same time so wtf. So I got charged $216 for literally nothing.

      Purchased a ******* refrigerator from ************** back 2019. I also purchased the extended warranty. After about 6 or 7 month later I had to have it repaired. Every year since that the fridge continue to break down and I loose lots food. I pd almost $1300.00 for it and every time I call Asurion about it they send someone out to put a band aide on the problem and six months later I have the same problem. As of August 23, 2022 I have a non working fridge and I have done all I can do rectify the issue. I have call several time over the last week 5x and just to be brushed off or hung up on. Today a lone 09/06/2022 I called 6 times and has been hung on and no one bothers to call back. I have a 3,5 and a 13yr old and I cant provide the proper meals for then daily. Asurion worker are rude and has no compassion.

      From the moment I called to notify Asurion of the issue with my TV, I was supported with a plan on how it would be resolved and everything worked accordingly even faster than I expected.

      Had no problem with ********** or Asurion people. Thanks to all, and bad to me for not knowing where my GFI was located and not checking sooner, maybe we had a power failure with all the storms that we have had lately.

      Employee was knowledgeable about the repairs needed and what parts were needed. He ordered all of the parts and had them shipped to my house, where I held them until his scheduled return. The repairs took just over an hour and my refrigerator is like new again.

      They honored my extended warranty. I brought mircowave in 2020 and 2022 it blew up,I had extended warranty and I received a check for amount I paid for it. Minus shipping and handling, taxes

      Asurion Insurance Services was wonderful! I've purchased insurance for a number of my computers and printers, but never had to use it until this month. I was worried about having to put in a claim. But the website walked me through the process step by step. I had my refund within a day; a new printer within the week. (Sooner, but I had to decide between a couple!) Thank you!
