      It was extremely easy to file a claim and receive a gift card in our email. It was so simple and we were able to quickly replace our power washer with a new one.

      The insurance stood by the 4 calls on the same problem. Ice maker was not repairable and ********** gave me store credit in the amount that the fridge cost. I was able to purchase another fridge of equal value.

      We had an issue with our refrigerator. The tech who worked on it, Robert, listened and gave us advice about improving the performance of the appliance, as well as replacing the defective part. His helpfulness and professionalism were appreciated.

      I have now filled four claims on a deep freeze. The last claim I filed was on July 21st. They told me the repair man would be at my house on July 26th. On Aug 10th I notified asurion that I have not even received a call from the repair nor have they answered any of my 4 phone calls. Asurion called and got a hold of the repair man and they told me I would here from him within 1 hour and that if I didnt to report it to them. I never heard from him. I called the repair man on Aug 22nd and he told me he had been on vacation out of country for a month so there was no way he could have made a repair and that he was busy and that I would here from him around 5pm and I never heard back from him. Today Sept 2nd I called asurion and requested a refund for them not upholding there end of the contract now for the 2nd time. The first time it took them 2 weeks to get a repair man out when the contract says it will be no later than 3 days. They told me they would escalate my claim to the reimbursement department but they would most likely deny my claim because it would take a repair man to deem my insured product a lemon. But they can't even get a repair to come to do an assessment to report to them. Then they informed me that they couldn't give me a refund even though they have not upheld there end of the contract.

      I had asurion insurance services fix my washer the washer is running great thanks to Scott. Scott was very nice and on time explained to me the problem the washer is running great. I will use Asurion again.

      My overall experience was really great. I had issues with my TV. The guys diagnosed the issue over the phone and ordered the required part to fix it and within a few days the technician called me and he can in the same day and fixed it in under 30 min. I would definitely recommend their service.
