      An extremely comfortable office chair became ugly as scratches on the arms were highly visible and the lifter didn't work. I had the extended warranty to report the problem to and was compensated immediately. Absolutely great customer service.

      I have appliances 4 years into a 5-year policy. I needed service/repair and got prompt response once the paperwork/receipt stuff was completed. Everyone in the actual repair end performed well.

      I would not recommend this service beyond your cellular device . I paid for the extend service to cover all electrics in my home I have had the insurance for years , I filed a claim for a gaming system and printer . 100.00 dollar deductible for each one . The game was returned 2 -3 weeks later repaired not replaced repaired , ok. The printer was not returned they refunded the deductible and paid out 74.00 dollars for the printer. I went online to find what it cost to replace the same printer and it was between 290.00 -360.00 plus any tax and shipping . I called Asurion to express my disappointment with the offer and what it would cost to replace the exact printer, still available at ********************** and ********** but there was no negotiating just stood bye their decision. Long story short they only honor what they can fix not replace , if the gaming system wasn't repairable they would have paid out below value on that too . I have since canceled the insurance . I would not recommend Asurion for your personal electronics TV games computers etc..

      After a horrible experience with ****************************, I checked my receipt from ********** and realized I had bought a 5 yr warranty for my dryer. I contacted ********** and the difference was like night and day. The ******************** company stated 48 hrs for service. That was just for them to contact a local company and for the company to contact me. Once I received the phone call, it was another week before the Technician came out to look at my ** dryer. The Tech was a general tech for all brands not just **. He could not isolate the problem to a specific board and recommended ordering all boards to fix the problem. Stated it would take about one week to received the parts after placing an order, then would have to arrange another appointment for him to come out and fix the dryer, which could be another week after receiving the part. On top of all that I had to pay a $60 service charge. The day after the Tech looked at my dryer, I received an email from ******************** stating they reviewed my case and was authorizing $200. Stated it would take more money to fix it than what it was worth. The warranty stated 'repair or replace', nothing about giving a monetary settlement. The advertisement also stated it could save you money on expensive repair bills. No where did it state it only gives you the depreciation value of the item. I don't see how that can save you money as they advertise. Not only that, the customer representative stated my dryer was 14 years old. I had bought it 4 years ago and had the receipt to prove it. He refused to listen and said the serial nr stated it was 14 years old. I told him that was a mistake and there was no way a company would store a dryer for 10 years and then sale it as new. After a half hour heated discussion and getting nowhere I hung up. The next day I called **********. I was given the number to call Asurion Insurance Services. I called and told the customer representative my issue. He said he could have an ** rep out the next day and there would be no service charge. The ** rep arrived the next day, isolate the problem board almost immediately and placed an order for the replacement board to be shipped to our house within the next 2 days. He also arranged an appointment to come and install the board at the same time. While he was there, requested that he look at the serial nr and tell us how old the dryer was. He stated the dryer was 4 yrs old. Stated every company has there own way of assigning serial nrs. I will never buy a Home Warranty product again. Instead I will buy the warranty from ********** who actually does what they advertise.
