      Not Good! I purchased the ** Premium Protection Plan and have been waiting a month to get my refrigerator repaired. They have ***** Home Services (*** ******* ********) doing the repair. They seem unable to acquire 1 of the 4 parts ordered for the repair and it remains on backorder.
      i had been told the part order would be expedited a couple of weeks ago and it still has not arrived. I am of the opinion that i should not have to wait over a month to get a repair under their protection plan and if the repair can not be done in a timely manner i should be compensated to purchase a replacement refrigerator.

      It took them 2.5 weeks to get us a new refrigerator when our modle in our home stopped working. I am an individual who has medication that needs to be refrigerated. This caused not only a serious inconvenience but serious issue for my health situation. This company needs to find a way to resolve emergency situations much faster for their warranty services.

      I purchased earbuds through ****** online in October 2023 and added Asurion insurance coverage for two years. In August 2024, the right earbud stopped taking a charge. I tried to get Asurion to give me a replacement or a refund.. I submitted all the documentation they asked for: receipts for product and plan purchases. However, they told me I didn't submit the proper documentation and they therefore would not be processing my claim.
      I've never had any problems with Asurion. Will rethink adding it to my future purchases.
      Also, their website shows that they are BBB accredited, but according to BBB.org, they are Not BBB Accredited.

      I called and made an appointment. It was supposed to been performed today. August 12, 2024 they said they were going to be here between 11 AM and 3 PM. They never showed up at all never contacted me. They had all my information telephone number email all my information they charge me $150 upfront to set up the appointment. I called the store. They said somebody canceled the appointment. They wouldn’t tell me who then they tell me I have to wait 7 to 10 business days for my refund, I don’t see how they stay in business treating customers this way at this point I will never do business with **** *** ever again and I am going to cancel my credit card with them

      It's niw been over 4 months and 4 different service companies to "fix" my washer. This has been one off the worst customer service experiences of my life. Our ** washer was only 700$ new! I k ow this company has spent twice thst to try to repair. You call and get sent to the escalation department and they say they will send it to their higher ups and then they ghost you. So for a 700$ washer I have now had 4 different companies out, 2x been sent to the "higher ups" and still have a broker washer sitting in my living room and the parts this tech ordered still won't address the fact that my buttons don't work. He only ordered parts for the tub. Missed 4 days of work to wait for a tech to come not fix my washer. This 700$ washer has cost me personally 3x that in time missed but also cost this company way more than it's worth. Horrible company!

      Only July 17th 2024 I purchased a ******** Razr and bought the Asurion protection plan. 2 weeks later the phone broke and I contacted Asurion on August 4th. They said they didn't have the phone in the system because the physical color of the phone was a different color, but I would hear back after 2 days. Never heard back. I called them and the story changed to 3 days. Never heard from them after that. Called them back and was told 3 to 5 days. I had 2 supervisors promise to call me the next day and neither one did. Outrageous. Finally, after they enter the information in the system, they want copies of receipts. I sent them receipts (after an Asurion agent told me I didn't need to and had to call them AGAIN) they rejected it and wouldn't tell me why. Had to call them AGAIN to find out why. Apparently they just didn't like the pictures. Had to resubmit and wait until they approved it. Then had to call them AGAIN to get told what to do next. They then send me a shipping label and the shipping label they sent won't load. Have to contact them AGAIN to send a new one, and they tell me I have to wait several HOURS just to get the email. It has been 5 days without a phone just to get a SHIPPING LABEL, which I still do not have! I will go elsewhere before ever considering Asurion ever again.

      These guys make everything difficult. Called to make a claim for my tv. After a 45 minute call the rep made it seem like everything was set. Then 5 minutes later I get email 1 asking to fill out a form with all of the same info I provided in my call. After filling out the form, I receive email #2 about 3 hours later asking to submit 5 different images including an image of the back of my tv. Which is mounted on a wall like most these days…. What a joke.

      I had a TV that went out. I called Asurion home appliance. They sent me info for five TVs each one said not available. I called them. They said that maybe because **** *** was not within 25 miles is why they could not ship. It was never told that, then they said they would send me an email with my choices within 24 hours. I did not get it within 24 hours. I called back they said well maybe it was because I needed my photo ID. I asked why do you need a photo ID? You don’t even know what I look like anyway. Was put on hold and then someone else picked up and said that no you don’t need a photo ID we’ll see if we can get you a reimbursement amount . in the meantime, I’m looking up. It was like a two hundred and seventy nine ninety nine to two hundred and ninety nine . ninety nine dollar Choices they had originally gave me. They finally came back and said they’ll give me $203 and I told them no that is unacceptable. She said it would take at least a couple of days for them to send it through and see if they approve something else . I will accept nothing less than two 7999 to replace my TV. She finally came back and said that they would replace that they sent me an email to tell them how I wanted the replacement in the meantime I had to pay my $99 . I did pay that, but when I looked at my bank statement, it had 107 24 charge. I have sent sent them an email or text to tell them I want my different back. I did not agree to pay more than $99. I think this is a rip off. They try to get you to pay so much every month and then turn around and charge you $99 and then charge you more than that and then not even give you what the TV that they agreed to give you is even worth, I would not recommend this service to anyone. So think twice before you actually sign up.

      I had Asurion insurance for my laptop, which stopped working after I accidentally dropped it. I opened a claim on 7/6/2024, and today is 7/23/2024, but there has been no resolution. I feel like I'm stuck in a vicious cycle.
      After opening the claim, Asurion instructed me to take the laptop to one of their locations, which I did. However, the person there informed me that they don't handle repairs and that ****** would send a credit or a new laptop. When I asked for a timeline, he couldn't provide one.
      I waited a few days without any updates, so I contacted ******. They told me they couldn't assist and directed me back to Asurion. When I reached out to Asurion again, they asked me to wait two more days for someone to contact me. Despite waiting, no one reached out.
      I contacted Asurion once more, and the representative repeated the same advice: wait another two days. Today is July 23rd, and there is still no solution. This has been incredibly frustrating and feels like a scam. I urgently need either a credit or my laptop replaced as soon as possible. I cannot do my business without it and have already spent more time on this issue than the laptop is worth.

      I purchased their coverage for two expensive pumps on my salt water fish tank. One pump failed and they said that they would reimburse me for it. They sent nothing to me. I called months later and they repeated that they would reimburse me. They did nothing. Contacted BBB and they stated that they reimbursed me for both pumps. What? One pump is still working and I never made a claim on it. Do not ever purchase this "insurance". I am filing a court claim against them and will see them in court.
