Purchased their protection plan with an ****** order for a TV... Terrible service the description and product page is HORRIBLY misleading suggesting that your product is covered by a protection plan but instead it ONLY covers power surges specifically until your warranty ends then it only covers defects. I would've never paid for this GARBAGE service if I knew they weren't going to actually cover the important parts of my TV. I've had positive experiences with Asurion before but this one has been very negative. Will be sure to carefully read the fine print moving forward to make sure they don't scam me again!N.E.W. What a waste of money. Avoid them. I bought a chair from ******* with this warranty. The housing of one of the screws for the chair always seemed to be an issue and it finally broke. So the chair is unstable. My warranty was still active but they denied my claim even though from what I read and was told that this should be covered. Save your own money in your own pocket instead of giving it to these crooks.N.E.W. Customer Service Companies, LLC

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We have been dealing with them since last Friday! And still do not have a working printer! We are an animal hospital who sees 90 patients per day and cannot be without a printer! No one speaks clear english!!!!! They transfer me to different departments 20 times! Every person I speak to has a different answer to give me! No story from their end matches. They are horrible, do not ever buy the Asurion protection plan from them!!! I have purchased asurions protection plan through ****** ******** ***** many of times for my daughter's softball bats and many other items. Fortunately all products have have outlasted the warranties but the one time I do have tosubmit a claim it gets denied. Have talked to numerous of employees at asurion and they just transfer you to the next person which leads to a dead end road. Very frustrated customer and feel like the hundreds of dollars that I have spent on protection plans was just a waist of money and FRAUD. When it comes to softball bats don't get there protection plan. There a Fraudulent company that doesn't honor there coverage. I will never purchase there protection plan again and will advise everyone I know that purchases bats from ***** ******** ***** to not purchase there plan.N.E.W. Customer Service Companies, LLC

I have had used and had Asurion for many years but this one is definitely unacceptable. I filed a claim for a gaming keyboard on 4/18 and 3 days later received a reimbursement due to the sales comparables, which I thought was not correct because of my research on the value of the keyboard. They mentioned I can dispute and I did so on May 1st they told me that I have been approved for a higher amount which we agreed upon. They told me it will be through *********** within in 3 business days. I waited 3 business days and called in again. The new rep told me 3 business days is incorrect it should be instant since they are using ***********. She told me to wait a full 7 business days. So I waited until the 7 business day and I have received nothing. Called back in and spoke to Brent a Supervisor of the call center for claims. He assured me it s 7-10 business days and timeline starts from 5/1/2024. So I do as I am told again to wait until the 10th business day. I get an email again for the lesser amount. At this point I have called in multiple times and given multiple answers with no results. Today I spoke with Demetrius she is another Supervisor and told me that the last supervisor resubmitted the claim for the higher amount even though it was already approved and it will take another 7-10 business days. Not happy with the service and how every representative gave a different solution. With a big business like this it should have the ability to train and have it all uniformed.N.E.W. I am writing a review on Asurion Plus Appliance Warranty. You can't believe a word they advertise. I bought my policy with the mindset that it would provide peace of mind when it comes to my home appliances. My refrigerator broke on April 24, 2024, and I signed into the app to request repairs. I went through the process, and someone left me a text message saying that I needed to call the company. When I called, they verified my information and took my $100 deductible payment for the refrigerator repair. However, I didn't hear from the company for almost a week, so I contacted them. The representative informed me that they were having a hard time finding someone in the Claremont, Florida area to work on my refrigerator. Unfortunately, no one ever called me, and there was poor communication for another week.
Finally, someone from ****** ********** called me and informed me that they were assigned to work on my refrigerator. They also mentioned that if they couldn't fix it, they would buy me a new one. The representative assured me that they would also compensate up to $300 for any lost food or medication. Another week later, a representative from ****** came out and stated that they couldn't fix my refrigerator. They mentioned that someone named ****** ******* would be giving me a call, but no one ever contacted me. After waiting for about a week with no response, I decided to call them and inquire about my refrigerator. The representative I spoke to didn't seem genuinely concerned about my situation. I explained that I am a diabetic and a military veteran, and I need somewhere to store my medication and food. I requested to speak to a supervisor and after being on hold for about 10 minutes, a supervisor came on the phone. Unfortunately, he resorted to the same unethical and deceptive practices by telling me that no one was assigned, but they were still waiting on parts. I informed him that the technician who visited my house had deemed the refrigerator unrepairableN.E.W. Customer Service Companies, LLC

I purchased a hydrogen bottle from ****** and it offered a 3 year warranty for 12.99. I purchased the warranty. I attempted to collect on the warranty as I dropped my hydrogen water bottle and it broke. When I contacted Asurion the rep told me to hold as this product should not have been warrantied. He had to make some changes for the claim to go through. After going back and forth filing 3 different times uploading proof they decided to decline my claim. I tried to call or contact Asurion and the only option was to text with a customer service rep. I only received 1 text and after I explained my situation I could not get them to respond. Do not buy extended warranty on bats Asurion will come up with every excuse to deny your claim. My son’s bat broke while hitting a ball during a game for which I had a video, they said “that was not consistent with the normal use of the bat “ I don’t understand…N.E.W.
