This is the worst customer service I have ever had! I told them that the fridge is broken. They insisted on having it repaired. This was in December 2023. The fridge does not cool, does not make ice and the freezer does not work. It occasionally gets cold for a day, maybe 2. We then buy food and a day or 2 later the food is spoiled. Myself and my wife got so sick from eating bad food. What is wrong with these people? Absolutely useless. Today I spoke to them again (in Colombia) of course not in the USA where the company is based!!
They now want the same repair company to come that just sprayed freon into the compressor area.
Please just replace this damaged fridge before someone dies from freon toxicity or food poisoning!!!N.E.W. Customer Service Companies, LLC

I bought a **** computer through ******. I bought a repair warranty through Asurion.One day about 1.5 years into a two warranty contract, my computer would not start. I contacted Asurion, which made me contact ****. I finally jumped over that hurdle. I got in touch with Asurion which I sent my computer too. It took 10 days for Asurion to send my shipping box. I sent the computer off they very next after receiving the shipping box. They did give me updates on repairs being done. I then received my computer back to me. They informed me they could find no problems with my computer. That it was operating normally. I then powered up my computer after receiving it. I tried to power up computer. It would start up. It had same problem as before when I shipped it. I'm a licensed electrician. I have worked in maintenance and engineering all my life. I know what to check as in power cords and voltage readings. I don't think Ausurion even checked my computer. After trying to power up my computer after receiving back from Asurion. I noticed the power button was blinking two orange and four white. I Googled this online and read that this is a ram related error. I will never deal with Asurion for any reason. I have had several Asurion warranty contracts in the past, but have never placed a claim. What waist of time and money. Asurion is a company that will stand by their warranty.N.E.W. Asurion was not easy, sorry for those who claim it was. I was denied 3 or I should say 4 times for our ******** Baseball Bat which was purchased with a NO HASSLE Insurance for 2 years. My sons bat broke in the HANDLE area during practice. Swung it and hit his helmet and snaped. He plays select and H.S. ball. He's had this bat a year and half. This insurance covers only if it breaks closer in the knob location not the handle. WHAT... This is why I agree with those who never get insurance. Waste of money and time. Sent my Roomba in for repair. Got it back and warranty expired. They did not fix it just sent it back. They received it while warranty still active. Refused to make good. Will never purchase a warranty from them again.N.E.W. Customer Service Companies, LLC

Asurion has fought me since the end of October. Their advertised simple warrantee has been nothing but lies. I finally got to the stage of them sending me a label to send my product to Nashville to fix this scooter, and the label is for a 3 pound package. The electric Scooter in the box is 30 pounds. when I told them that they need to send me the correct shipping label, that I do not want the package stuck somewhere on my dime. The refuse to respond. I will not give them one star. they toy with you so that they do not have to honor their warrantee with you.N.E.W. Customer Service Companies, LLC

I had faith in Asurion Insurance till filed a claim. Asurion claims customer service *****. No Help, Dead End. Asurion uses a Cheap Call center that is hard to understand ...Rooster and a Dog barking and a kid crying in the background music they have. They are super sweet, and not to point. irrelevant and unprofessional talking. I called many times to pass my claim but smooth Butter talk and irrelevant personal questions were asked by all the customer service agents with NO OUTCOME. Claim was sitting on their desk without any ruling. I lost my phone and it has been 5 days and we still playing the supervisor-supervisor game. Asurion seems to be a scam. I am about to buy my Devise insurance somewhere else. Don't do it with Asurion. they do not pass the claim and suck you with monthly premiums.N.E.W. Customer Service Companies, LLC

I am writing as I have been very disappointed with ****** ******** ***** in Woodbury, MN as well as their partenr Asurion (nosweatprotectionplan) I have been a on a three week now going on four, runaround to simply leave feedback with each of them. I have tried to work through the process of returning 2 youth basbeall bats and it has turned into the longest escipade of my life. All the discussion and pictures and reciepts being uploaded and exchanged via email since there can be no in store anything, which was not promised last year when I signed up and wrote detailed notes on the NOSWEATPROTECTION PLAN brochure has now led me to try to deal with Asurion who claims to have 13 million positive reviews...yet no one at the company in numerous pohone calls and 4 plus hours of being passed along can tell me where I can leave a review! Again I have now chosen to write reviews on Asurion and ****** ******** ***** until I can actually get someone to talk to me about leaving feedback more directly and the simply $3.99 protection plan receipt has now led to 4 weeks of my time to try to rectify my two bats which are 700 dollars! I have always purchased insurance on our appliances. We bought a dishwasher and bought the protection plan. My dishwasher started having issues. Asurion called one of their technicians who cancelled their appointments with me 3 times. I called off work each time and lost money staying home waiting for this technician. When he tried to cancel a 4th time I told him it was unacceptable. He was angry he had to come to my home and in the process lost one of the screws to my dishwasher. He went to his car and got a longer screw which was then screwed into the tub of the dishwasher causing a leak. We had to have another tech come out and he found that problem. The dishwasher was now non-fixable. I received $206.51 as a payout amount which is not nearly enough to purchase a new dishwasher that I shouldn't have had to do in the first place as mine was fixable in the beginning. His deliberate mistake turned into my problem and Asurion would do nothing about it. I guess the customer is not always right. I would like a new dishwasher similiar to mine for a mistake that they made but they won't help me. I would not recommend this company to anyone!!
