I was visiting Austin and I was staying at the hotel around the corner from this parking lot. This is a very busy area. There was construction happening all over and some of the streets were closed. The signs are very confusing and I thought this was the parking for the hotel so I went in, not realizing that this was not the hotel's parking. When I went into the hotel, I asked the front desk if there was closer parking b/c I had to park around the corner, they advised me that their parking was on the other side. I proceeded to move my car. I was not parked for more than 20minutes and that was due to have to walk around the construction from the hotel and back to my car to move it. The sign read "Public Parking for Guest and Residence" and I was thinking that it was for the hotel guests until the hotel front desk clarified it.
I submitted a dispute to McKinley and asking for this to be waive since I did not stay overnight and I wasn't parked there for more than 20 minutes. I received a denial email 5 minutes later, knowing very well that my request was not even taken into consideration. I emailed them back and ask for a supervisor or manager to call me back but I did not get a response. I have until 9/20th to pay my bill or other wise pay another penalty. This was an honest mistake and I'm being penalized for it. Attached is a copy of the violation notice and the time stamp shows that I was only there for 17 minutes exactly, that's for the 5 or 6 minutes it took me to find the hotel, maybe 5 minutes to ask the front desk about their parking and another 5 or 6 minutes to go back move my car. This is a unjust and a scam. If they aren't going to take a look at the dispute, why provide a disclosure on their notice of their website for disputes?

No one has reached out to me nor have taken my request into consideration. Once again, I emailed them because that's the only way to contact them, and I received the same "premature" response. I need someone to look into my requests. I've attached a copy of the 2nd response from McKinley Payments. Please don't close this until I get a response from a supervisor or manager that has reviewed my case.

NO ONE HAS REACHED OUT TO ME TO DISCUSS MY DISPUTE / CONCERN. I'VE EMAILED AND SUBMITTED A DISPUTE THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE. THE ONLY RESPONSE I'VE GOTTEN IS THAT MY REQUEST HAS BEEN CLOSED BUT YET NO ONE HAS REACH OUT TO ME NOR REVIEW MY DISPUTE. SEEMS LIKE THEIR NORMAL PROCESS IS TO AUTOMATIC DENIED ALL DISPUTES. I'M REQUESTING A PHONE OR EMAIL TO DISCUSS. I WILL CONTINUE TO REACH OUT TO SOMEONE AT MCKINLEY.

I received a parking violation statement in the mail from McKinley payments for the amount of $85.25 ($15 parking fare + $70.25 violation fine) in the mail on 8/29/22. I think that this amount is way too much and am being scammed. My daughter is going to University of Texas this fall. We went down to Austin to look at apartments for her. We went to tour ********* Apartments that are adjacent to the parking lot. We entered the parking lot and parked in the space that says "Future Tenant for ******* Apartments." I didn't realized that I had to pay for the parking. There was no arm, kiosk, or person collecting money to enter the parking garage. It was just open. Most apartments usually have a parking space available for parking for potential future tenants. Therefore, I didn't realize that I had to pay for the parking. I disputed the violation on their website and offered to pay just the parking fare. I received an email back within 5 minutes of submission stating that the dispute has been denied and dispute decisions are final and cannot be appealed. I am wondering what I should do. Other complaints have been similar to mine.

I received a final warning from McKinley Payments that I had an outstanding bill for a parking violation in Nashville TN. The picture included a full-size Van with cargo rack on the back.
I have never been to Tennessee nor do I own or have rented and Van.
Also how is this the final warning when it's the first one I've gotten?
No phone number or email address included on the statement so I have no idea who to contact.

On 3 Aug 22 I attended a Cardinals game. The weather was bad so I decided to park close to the stadium in the lot owned by Metropolis. The game was canceled and I left the lot within 40 mins. Upon parking I saw signs to scan a QR code to pay the $40 fee. I scanned it and input all of the required information, including my method of payment. The website says that you will be charged after the parking time expires. So I didn't think to go back and confirm. But now I've learned that even if I did, it wouldn't have mattered. I received a violation from McKinley Payments on 30 Aug 2022, not even 30 days after the date I parked in the lot foe payment of the $40 parking fee plus a $70 fine! I emailed the company to dispute it and explain what happened and was almost instantly denied without the opportunity to appeal. The company only communicates via email and no phone. Businesses should not be allowed to operate without providing a phone number for customer service! Technically there is no customer service with this company. Even if the issue was a system failure on their part, you will still receive a fine and cannot dispute it. This is ridiculous and this company's policies and procedures should be investigated!

While stopping over in Nashville, TN on way to NC, we stopped to eat at ******* ****, a local restaurant in the gulch area. The parking garage across the street has a huge sign out front that reads 'FIRST HOUR PARKING FREE'. So we went in and parked in the handicapped spot. hobbled across the street to eat breakfast. Was out and in the car in an hour and left, as sign stated; 'FIRST HOUR PARKING FREE'.

Get home and have a $76 dollar fine. No number on form. Find a number and call and *********, is the rudest lady around. Refuses to help, refuses to transfer to a supervisor.. and hangs up on me. Call back and she says the only supervisor, in 15 offices around the country is out sick so I will have to wait for days to see if I get a call back. What a lousy company Mckinley is. No regard for the disabled. Gave me **** because I don't do things online. And totally refuses to assist customers with their complaints.. All reviews left on all business sites give this company a 1 star rating, only because no one can give no stars. I want to get this ticket dismissed as I followed the sign, 'FIRST HOUR PARKING FREE' ********* the witch states that you have to scan a qr code first.. Where does it state that on the big sign in front of the parking garage? Oh, wait! IT DOESN'T. These companies need to be regulated more by the city to keep from deterring visitors from coming back to this decrepit city that screws over visitors.

I won't stop in nashville ever again. Memphis will be my only stop. They appreciate the visitors that make their paychecks happen.
Nashville doesn't care about the disabled, or anyone for that matter.

McKinley Payments is requesting me to pay $30 plus a $70 fine for parking near the Tennessee Performing Arts Center on 8/5/22. We have parked in this lot many times when we go to shows at TPAC. Like always, we scanned their QR code near our car, went online to fill in the pertinent information, then we're supposed to be charged upon exit. Their system did not charge us, though it has every time we parked there previously. I absolutely do not mind paying what is owed them for parking, but the $70 fine is not okay. I have researched their company online, and there are hundreds of BBB complaints, not to mention thousands of others on various sites, which testify to this predatory practice.

The business has contacted me and no longer asks me to pay anything, although I would prefer to pay for the parking, as not to owe them anything. I don't have that option though. According to their email, nothing further is needed.

Good afternoon, I parked my vehicle in handicap parking several times at *** in Houston, Texas in July/August.
I received 3 citations from McKinley Payments.2 of the citations were on the same day. There are no signs are QR codes on the Handicap parking. The gate was also broke on several occasions and when it was working when I approached the gate the arm came up and I left the parking lot. The fees for these parking tickets are ridiculous. These tickets should be adjusted. This is a total scam.

We valet parked our car at this garage while in Nashville. When leaving the valet went and got our car. We never entered the garage. We paid at the valet station outside the garage. Now they are accusing us of not paying with a violation fine. I've read terrible reviews about this garage, and I refuse to pay them anything. Please help. Thanks.

I received a notice of parking violation from this company when I had already paid the violation. The letter from them arrived two to three months after the original parking violation.
I had paid in full the parking violation a day after the violation itself.

I believe they are relaying on people forgetting if they paid their violation and charging them a second time with an added fee.
