Absolute scam and money grabbing scheme. No gate or attendant when entering/exiting with NO signage seen by anyone from my party of 8 on how to pay. Much to our shock receive a $70 violation fine for a $10 unpaid fare. I contacted them and completely agreed to pay the $10 fare. They denied it and want $70 or be reported to creditors. Unacceptable and unethical business practices.

I got locked inside a parking facility downtown Nashville due to having no service as the facility was underground. This caused great panic to me and. After not being able to leave one exit the staff instructed us to go try a different exit. The same thing happened Metropolis Tech was not working for me due to having no service because the facility was underground. This caused great distress as I am claustrophobic.
Finally a working said if I give him $10 cash he would let me out….. worst experience I’ve ever had parking. This company is over engineering something that worked perfectly before they ever existed.

This company is abusive and getting away with scamming people. I was charged almost $70 violation fee on a 30-parking ticket. How is it legal to charge consumers more than twice as much for a parking ticket? makes no sense. They also have the nerve to send threatening letters without any PRIOR noticing. Why are they even in business, these people are leeching of consumers who can barely afford their groceries. These people should be sanctioned!

I received a $50 fine from Metropolis after parking in a spot that was clearly marked as free parking. The unpaid fare was $5 and the fine was $45. Do not park at Optimist Hall in Charlotte, NC as they use this shady company for parking violations.

Terrible customer service, avoid their parking at all cost. Nashville best thing you can do is stop their service. Will NEVER use them again. I wouldn't even give them one star. Was charge $52.00 to park for 2 hours and 18 minutes. Asked for some of my money back, got the run around and no refund.

The company does not inform their customers of delinquent payment and will instead mark your account as null and you'll get booted even if they are making monthly payments.

This is hands down THE shadiest company in The United States of America. And that includes payday lenders and other known predatory groups that prey on the sick and the elderly. The people that own this company and the people who work there have zero morals. What a sad day in my life when there is nothing that I wouldn’t do for a dollar. It’s pitiful. These people are the worst humans on Earth. They take your money. They hide behind a bunch of shell companies. And they have the nerve to advertise. What scumbags. Gross people. No character. Scam artists. Garbage. Go bankrupt and get lost. You are the worst of humanity.

Metropolis is a shakedown. They were charging me for cars parking the I don't even own. When I tried to resolve this the only way to get these vehicles moved from my account was to pay other peoples fines! there really is no good way to contact Metropolis to resolve this issue. I searched for half an hour before I finally found a customer support line but even they were no help. They sent me letters threatening to ticket me and add additional fines to my account. How can I be held financially responsible for their system not working? They send threats that are made to look like tickets from the government to try to scam people into paying fee for cars that they never drove, parked, or owned. Very sketchy company. You've been warned. Hundreds of dollars stolen from me and no urgency on their part to get it resolved. For a Technology company you'd think their tech would actually work....

Metropolis is a parking company that will mistakenly overcharge you by triple the original amount, hound you for weeks to pay the overcharge, and then attempt to overcharge you further with "late fees." The customer service is next to none, just a bunch of generic "there is nothing we can do" emails in response to my complaints of getting *triple* charged. I even provided photos to no effect and the only solution that ended up working was disputing the charge with my bank. I would totally avoid parking here, the license plate readers are apparently unreliable and the ensuing customer service will just claim ignorance. Shady, predatory company.

My husband ****** in a lot on 12/14/23 and realized he left his wallet at home. So he left without paying which I agree isn't cool. But there was no way to pay at that point. A letter dated 12/28/23 was mailed to us with a fine of $87.99 for the 15 minutes he was parked there. We received the letter 1/8/24 and the fine was paid 1/15/24. Yesterday, 1/17/24 we receive a letter from a collection agency that they have sent us to collections. I consider this harassment as they obviously don't even allow for mailing time. Do not ever park in an SP+ Parking facility!
