On 5/14/22 I parked in downtown Nashville at one of the McKinley parking lots. I completed the app on my phone added in my credit card and off I went. Once I pulled out of the parking lot I received a text that said $20.99 was charged for your parking. Okay great off I go. I then received a violation summary in the mail for $90.25 in July and now another one for $90.25 in August. I have my credit card statement and the text showing that I paid the 20.99 on both for my parking that day. I have disputed this charge now twice. I can not seem to get anyone on the phone regarding this charge. I paid for the parking and I am not paying a penny more. Poor customer service. I will never use their parking areas again. What a shame!

It's seems like a lot people are in the same boat. I got a parking violation too. I believe I did everything right. I file a dispute 3 weeks ago. I got an auto generated email. It indicated I will be called about my dispute. Still waiting on it. Ugh My letter indicated pay by July 31,2022. Well here it is the 26th of July. The violation fee is ridiculous. I also was parked by Busch Stadium.

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Their automated system is not user friendly, doesn't take into account multiple cars in one household, will overcharge, double charge, and default to extraordinary park times (like 12 hour minimums)... and if you call for help they will simply tell you that their system is fool proof so no refund is available. They limit comments on their socials specifically so their customers can't share their experiences. This business is using poor technology, poor customer service, and is highly unethical. Zero stars should be an option. They should be shut down. Even scam lots do a better job than this company.

We copied the QR code when we entered and showed it back when we were leaving. The gate wouldn't open. The man in the other lane was having the same issue. There were cars lined up behind us. There was no parking kiosk in the building as there had been previously. Finally after showing the code repeatedly at the gate the arm opened. I received a bill for $37.25. The parking fare was $7.00 but the penalty is $30.25. I will not pay the penalty. This is a horrible service!!

Very same experienced as those who tried to pay by credit card through this company's QR Code linked payment app. The first time I was denied, I did it again and it indicated that the payment went through. A month later I get a "Violation Summary" with a $70.25 fine tacked on. I appealed on the payment website and received an e-mail indicating that I would be contacted by a "real person" and that I should do nothing more until that contact occurred. That contact never occurred and I received another Violation Summary in the mail. I have referred to my lawyer--this is ridiculous and I'm not going to enable this scam to continue by paying the outrageous fine.

I can't believe that so many people are saying the same thing about this scammer. Add my story to the rest of them. The only difference is that I'm a 75 yr old grandad who only has 5 apps on my phone that my kids tell me I should have. I was stunned that I couldn't pay for my parking time when I exited the lot. I'm not going to add McKinley's just to get out of the lot. I anticipated a note from them and fully intended to pay the $8 parking fee on 5/20/22. But sure as **** not a $70.25 violation fee! Like many others, I sent a note explaining my problem and disputing the upcharge. Like everyone else, I was assured someone would call me. Of course, today I received an Overdue Payment notice. I'm going to call Travis K*** at Premier Parking, but I'm not expecting much from the effort. By the way, Premier's site gives different phone numbers than McKinley's , but I can't share them on this review. Good Luck. I hope BBB or Tennessee officials can stop this thievery. *********

At least the thieves are equal opportunity scammers...everyone has the same experience and the same responses to our disputes. I got the second "overdue payment" notice as everyone else has. I dug in and found the number of the actual parking lot management company, Premier Parking of Nashville, TN. McKinley is their 3rd party agent which handles the payment program. I just got off the phone with Melissa at Premier. She followed the script to the letter, saying once the dispute is filed, it's considered approved. I'll keep getting notices until they catch up on all the reports, then a person will contact me to confirm the agreement. She said, "Don't pay the parking fee until you hear from the person handling my dispute. McKinley has a huge backlog of 25,000 mistaken violation notices and limited personnel to work on the project". I'm going to file a second dispute, detailing everything I can in the event that they press the issue further. I'm also going to send an email and a letter to the Premier offices to have a record of my conversations with Melissa. I believe in the written word in these confrontational circumstances. Best wishes, fellow scammed parkers. ********

As with others, I parked and was unable to pay through the digital systems they offer. No booth to pay, no actual person to help. $70.25 fine for a $6.00 parking fee. I offered to pay the fee as I should, but to tack on $70.25 is a scam. Charging that much should offer them an opportunity to pay someone who can help people on site. Claim that you will receive a "human" response only to receive a copy and paste email denying the dispute with no explanation at all as to why it was denied. Says you can add additional comments, but the "human" will not respond to those additional comments when sent.

This company is impossible to work with. I have now received 3 separate parking violations from a facility in Detroit, MI. I have never even been to Michigan, let alone Detroit. The picture they send with the violation is of a ******** Town and Country van with plates from a state I do not recognize. The picture is too blurry to identify the state, but it has a sunshine across the horizon. I have the same plate number, but MN does not have a sunshine across it like in the picture and my plate is on a ***** pickup. I have filed disputes for each of the violations, but only managed to get one dismissed so far. All I get back is an auto-generated email saying they received the dispute. They just resend letters threatening collection. I tried to call the number listed here on the BBB site, but it is an automated message that tells you to go online and file your dispute. Wish I could leave zero stars!

Do Not Park at the Tums Parking Lot outside Busch Stadium. As far as I knew, I followed their instructions and their system recognized my license plate number and populated with my credit card information, so I thought I was paid. I was mystified how smart this system was compared to all the other years I have parked here, but I just assumed it worked and that I was paid. Now, I get this violation in the mail. Makes me sick because I know I parked there another time since then and will get another violation in the mail soon for the same reason. THIS IS A SCAM and no way to retaliate. I contacted the St Louis Cardinals and they could care less and they indicated they knew this was going on. SHAME on the Cardinals.

ZERO STARS. not one. My experience is identical to other responses at BBB. I will not pay the fee or violation fine of $70.25.
