On September 13, 2022, I sold my 2010 ******* ******************* RYT1203) to ***********************************. A Bill of Sale/Sales Agreement was signed by both of ** and a form VTR-346 (***** Motor Vehicle Transfer Notification) was mailed to ************************************* Div, ******, **.In December of 2022 I received several parking violation notifications from ** Parking Enforcement for parking ticket payments for 13 parking violations ($30.00 each) that occured between October 8, 2022 - November 30,2022, which I disputed.However, I received one of those disputed parking violations (#****************; date: 11/23/2022) on February 7th. I submitted another dispute (via email) confirming that the 2010 ******* ******* had been sold, and attached another copy of the Bill of Sale/Sales Agreement.However, the ** Plus enforcement team claim that they did not find any conclusive evidence that my violation was incorrectly issued, which is false.In conclusion, as stated above, I no longer own the 2010 ******* ******* and was not driving the vehicle at the time of parking violations.Business Response

Hello. I received a parking violation #*****1675820276 on 2/7/23 at location number *****. I park here every week for class and have never missed a payment. I tried to pay online like I always do, and the payment must not have went through when I was on the train. I had an exam so I didnt check it properly like I should have, but I am a student and can not afford a $50 citation for parking that always costs me $7 or $8. I have never missed a payment before. I dont know if it was the connection or what happened, but I entered my card and my time and pressed submit while I was on the train. I will not pay a ridiculous $35 fee. People cant possibly know ahead of time exactly how long they will stay parked somewhere. All we can do is estimate. Paying in advance is a ridiculous concept in the first place. It looks like it is roughly $3 per hour. I paid $6 a few minutes before 10:00 (we'll say 9:45), and I left the parking lot a little after 1:00 (we'll say 1:15). So thats 3.5 hours total (2 of which I prepaid). I will pay you $4.50 for the remaining time I spent in your seriously overpriced parking lot. Its $2 a day every where else. I wouldnt even use your parking lot if it werent the most convenient one to that doctor's ******* and I will be very reluctant to use it again in the future. If this offer is not agreeable to you, I will be more than happy to file a complaint with the BBB as well as the *****************.~They offered to reduced the fine to $20, which is not acceptable to me. They are ripping people off. I received a parking violation from SP parking corporation stating I owe ***** for incorrect parking in an empty lot. I am almost positive we moved the car from that spot to one closer because I am handicap and they took the photo prior. So I received a collections notice in the mail for a supposed unpaid parking ticket from a collections agency. First thing is I never received any physical parking ticket from anyone. Secondly I was never contacted by anyone to inform me I supposedly owed anyone for an unpaid parking ticket until I received this collections notice. Third, the collections notice stated that I owe them $80 for a parking spot that also states no interest was incurred on this charge nor were any extra fees incurred in the charge of $80. So I'd like someone to show me exactly where I would've parked to be charged $80 for a parking spot. To top this all off I called the collection agency to dispute this claim and was told I couldn't pay them and that I would have to pay SP+ Corporation. So I then called SP+Corporation and the woman on the phone told me I had to pay the collections agency and when I explained what the collection agency said the woman told me "they just say that, you have to pay the collections agency" and then when I tried to explain more to her she then put me on hold not pick up the line again for 15 minutes so I hung up. I pre-purchased an unreserved parking spot for a lot at *************** on Dec 10th at 10:53am MT. The time reserved was from 1:30 to 5:30pm that same day. The address on the website took me directly to an alleyway with a building on the left and a parking lot on the right. I parked in the lot on the right as it appeared to be the only parking lot in that area. When I returned to my car, I found a ticket (violation #***************) with a fine for $72. The parking violation was issued at 3:38pm, but I was still covered for that time and I left the lot by 5:15pm. When I emailed to dispute the claim, SP Plus advised that this was a different lot next to the one I reserved my spot for online and the fine of $72 would not be removed. While I won't dispute it may be a different lot, I find the circumstances and fee to be unreasonable as determining this was a separate lot was nearly impossible with the signage posted. As mentioned, the address on the website for my pre-purchased ticket took me to this exact alleyway with only one visible lot at this location. The signage also just said "Parking" without any easy way for someone to determine this was a lot owned by another company. For background, the lot I paid for was apparently under the building located at this same alleyway, but had a single entrance on a different street.I find it hard to believe that this "situation" does not happen often and likely benefits this parking company with the ability to issue exorbitant "fines". A $72 ticket is unreasonable for only 4 hours of parking especially when the lots were apparently right next to each other making it extremely difficult for anyone to know that this was not the correct lot. I ask that the violation be removed, but at the very least it should not be for more than the daily rate.Business Response

On 11/19/22 I was in ********** with two friends for an overnight stay. This was our first time in the city and we decided to check out Finlay Market. We were unsure where we were supposed to park, but soon discovered a parking lot right at the entrance to the market, and the sign on the way in said $2/hr. I drove in and parked and we were looking around and trying to figure out how to pay, and looking for someone that was in charge of parking. We were in a hurry to get started and got out of the car thinking we would have to pay when we drove out. We went in and I decided to run back out and put my coat in my car. It was then that i looked up and noticed a sign up above on a post with some instructions to pay on your phone. There was nothing on the sign that said you had to pay beforehand, and I figured you just did it when you left, which seamed totally reasonable to me and what i had been used to in the past. I have never used an app to pay for parking before. We arrived around noon and were leaving just before 4:00 pm, so i fully intended to have to pay for 4 hrs of parking. We got in the car to begin the process of paying for parking then noticed a small yellow paper on my windshield. To my dismay and surprise it was a violation which said I owed $50!! I then noticed the note stating how to dispute the notice. I planned to do so and pay the $8 owed. Unfortunately I received a generic email that said it was declined because there was no record of my payment, well duh! Of course responding to their email does not work and there is no phone number and also no way to go in and do another dispute. How convenient for them, unethical practices!! I tracked down a number to call them and tried to explain to a very rude person on the phone, who just kept saying you left w/out paying, meaning I was supposed to pay when I first got to the parking spot. Well I know that now, but not then. I can't imagine how many people get stuck paying these inflated charges!! HELP!!!Business Response

Received violation #*************** on 10/27/2022. A $75 nonpayment violation for a $10 parking space that was already paid. Immediately filed a dispute as parking was prepaid through the ParkWhiz app (local parking assistant in *********, ** - have used many times). Instructions said we did not have to speak with an attendant, license plate number is used for verification. Attached to my dispute was a screenshot of the receipt as well. Received and auto email from "NOREPLY" that the "dispute has been received by the ** Plus enforcement team and is actively being investigated. After a decision is reached, you will be notified by email if further action is required on your part." Have received nothing since and the violation can still be pulled up and is pending (awaiting payment). There is not place to add additional info, check status of dispute, or contact anyone. The citation states after 45 days it will go to collections. It's been 43 days and I have received 0 follow-up. I went to their site and called today to speak with the citation ***** She was able to find my dispute and notes, but could see no notes from the actual dispute **** that it was even being addressed. She was going to fwd my info to the local manager onsite and hopefully someone would be reaching back out to me. This is terrible customer service. I guess it's possible that the dispute was overlooked, but there is no info on how to contact anyone if there are additional problems, like receiving no resolution at all. I had to do extra research and still was not able to get anything rectified. The lady I spoke with was very nice and was trying to help, but at this point I felt this was probably the next move to get some sort of resolution.Business Response

I recently had a monthly pass at the ** plus facility in ************ from June 1 to July 31. However, since I have canceled my account on July 29 I have still been charged on auto pay $175/month for August, September, October, and November. I canceled my account with an employee at the ***************** ** plus garage on Friday, July 29, 2022. I returned my card and wrote down my name and the employer responded that was all that was needed. Additionally, I reached out to customer care to ensure my account was cancelled- that email was sent on July 24, 2022. I only ever received an automated message to my email claim. I also left a voicemail message on the customer service line and never received a call back.I reached out on December 1, 2022 when I realized I have been getting charged monthly. However, ************ **+ is its own independent company from the corporate company in ********. Therefore, I have been turned away when reaching out to the customer service in ********. Since 12/1 I have sent 2 emails to the customer service- both unanswered. I have left 2 voicemails and I have called the manager ******* at ************ to ask for any other options- to which he responded he has no power to cancel my account. I am looking to get a refund for the month of August, September, October, November and to cancel the December charge and any further charges.
