      I have received an unpaid parking fee and a $50 ticket. This violation is in error and I have the credit card charge to prove it; however, SP plus has no phone to contact them and their web site does not allow me to dispute it, only to pay the charge. They waited nearly 3 months to send the violation (received beginning of August) even though the statement is dated 13 May 2024. I expect them to reach out to me immediately to correct this issue.

      I purchased a parking spot for a 7/20/24 concert. On 7/10/24, I pulled up my emailed parking receipt and clicked on my pass and it said my "order could not be found, call customer service". I called their customer service number ************ on 7/10/24 and was told they had to cancel my spot and issue me a refund, as "there must have been a glitch in the system." They said I would receive a confirmation email and a refund within three week. I never received an email and I did not receive a refund. I called again on 7/16/24 and they said it could take up to four weeks. and if they restarted the process it would take longer, for me to just wait. It has now been over FOUR weeks and I still have confirmation email and no refund. I called again today (8/07/24) and they acted like they have no record of me ever calling (TWICE!) and are "forwarding it to someone else." I just want my $38 dollars! it was bad enough I had no parking at the last minute for my concert and had to scramble! Thank you.

      The parking lot at ************* is off an alley behind a business we own. Twice we have turned around in the parking lot since the alley can get busy with various businesses having delivery trucks parked in the alley. The two turn arounds were once on March 21, 2024 and once on April 3, 2024. SP PLUS CORPORATION is stating that we parked in their lot for 14 days without leaving and with out paying. They are now trying to collect $305.99 and are threatening to send this to collections if we do not pay.They have not answered their phone when we have called. The only correspondence received via email was to tell us that we could file a dispute online with a link. The link only takes you to a screen where you can put in the violation number at then make payment. There is not a dispute option. We would like for this to be resolved and removed, but so far cannot even speak with someone to discuss it.

      I received a parking ticket in the mail from this bogus company stating that I left my car in their parking lot (which is half a mile from my home) for 8 days straight. This is 1000% false. I park here every morning for 5-15 minutes to get my morning coffee and then leave. Why would I leave my car there for 8 days straight when I live so close by? They don't even have a photo of me parked, just a photo of me driving through the parking lot. I filled out a dispute on their website (since they are too embarrassed of their company to post a phone number anywhere) and never heard anything back. I then received another piece of mail, this time from a debt collector named **************************** **************** LLP. I called them and they told me they couldn't see my dispute and asked me to dispute the claim again. It seems the law firm and SP Plus are in cahoots to send out bogus tickets and hope that people will not check the legitimacy of them and just pay.

      I pre-paid for a parking reservation for 9/28/24. Upon arriving at this garage, it was very clearly closed due to construction. I had not been made aware and find it surprising I was allowed to pre-pay and book the reservation. This reservation order # is *********. I could not cancel it because the time had already started. I then booked my own reservation at a new garage and paid more-this order # is *********. Upon calling for assistance today 7/30/24, they told me they could only process through a manual process because I used apple pay. They said it would take ***** days. The associate asked for detailed information, including my phone number, full credit card number, apple wallet number, and more. I explained I was not comfortable doing this and had used Apply Pay for this exact reason, to avoid providing credit card information. I also said ***** business days was unacceptable given I was completely unable to use the reservation. I asked to speak to a supervisor. I spoke with ******* and was told it was conversation ID ********. ******* advised full credit card was not needed and the previous associate should not have asked for it. I find it very concerning I was asked for that information. ******* was able to process refund requests for both reservations. He said someone needed to call me back in ***** hours to confirm. I explained that was unnecessary and asked if it was still processed if i missed the call. ******* confirmed it would be processed. I am very frustrated by this experience and would like confirmation it was processed and an expedited refund.

      I used SpotHero to book parking at their ***************** location in *********, **, for a concert. (My SpotHero parking pass is attached.) Two months later, I receive a notice in the mail for a COLLECTION AGENCY, stating that I owe them $45.99 in parking fees for parking in the lot, because I "had not paid." This is despite the SpotHero pass CLEARLY reflecting the make, model, and license plate for which I bought the pass. The bulldog collection agency they used, ********** *********************** and ******* LLP, in conjunction with ** Plus, is trying to shake me down for double fees.I had to find the ** Plus dispute form on my own, because ** Plus evidently wants to make it as difficult as possible to track them down to dispute as possible. The collections agency wouldn't even provide the actual reference number of the fine, and just substituted its own, as another hurdle to resolving the issue.Once I did manage to track down the parking fine with ** Plus on their dispute website, there is NO WAY to actually dispute it. Their website says there is: "Use the area on the right to pay or dispute your Violation Number," but clearly as my screenshot shows below, there is no way to dispute--only to pay. Furthermore, their documentation on the fine is incomplete. It doesn't even contain the location or the Parking Lot. Their website is a joke.I called the collection agency, but I was told they have no phone number to reach ** Plus. And ** Plus lists no phone number to contact them.In my opinion, this feels like massive fraud, an attempt to double-charge people and then make it as hard as possible to resolve the issue. Unbelievable.

      I paid 50 dollars to park a car at one of the spplus lots in ****** on June 22 from 2pm to 7pm the next day. I called a customer service representative who assured me that if I gave the right plate number then I would not receive a ticket despite not having a print out for the window of my car(there was no way to scan my online receipt to receive a print out at the lot). When I returned to my vehicle at the proper time the next day, I had two parking tickets. One for the first day and one for the second.The ticket for the first day labeled the bill at $77.00 and it said I had 7 days to dispute it. However, the second ticket, listed the cost at $154.00 and it said I had 45 days to dispute it, it was the first one I read. I have no idea if I disputed it within the proper amount of time, if the second ticket is representing a doubling of cost or a tripling of cost, and I do not understand why I received these tickets in the first place if I paid to park with the correct license plate number because the ticket system is so unclear.When I did put in a dispute on their website they gave me insufficient room to explain my case and they did not explain that they have 30 days to respond, so ** left more confused and concerned about what is going on in the background. I filed my dispute to through their website on 7/2/2024. I have yet to hear any response or see any change in the status of my violations.I find this to be extremely unprofessional and frustrating. I will not pay a parking ticket when I have not committed a violation, and I have yet to be told what it is I did to violate their rules.

      On 7/15/24 I parked for 25 minutes and received a ticket. When asked for photo evidence I was there longer, they could provide nothing but this explanation, which is untrue "Chalking details show that your vehicle was in a 30 minute space for at least 71 minutes. As you were in the space over the posted 30 minute limit, the violation remains valid and due. The amount due is $40. Payment can be made online at ***********************. After 8/8/24 a $50.00 late fee will be added."I seek provide proof other than word of mouth that I am in violation, and they sent me a denial from a do not reply email address.

      Date of Transaction - 2-9-24 Amount $75.00 My young 18 year old son went to Nashville for the first time and parked. He scanned the ** code to pay and assumed it went through because it popped up on his phone. In Nashville, there are a lot of problems with ** code scamming at parking lots. When receiving this, he realized there was a problem but couldn't afford to pay for the parking twice. We are not use to having parking tickets because we do not live in Nashville, we live in a small approx. 40 miles south of Nashville and do not deal with that sort of thing. I would respect if they forgive this ticket as I paid it today 7-23-24 due to him not have that experience ever in his life. I hesitated to pay the ticket until I did more investigating on if it was real. Everything in this world has come to that especially giving out your bank account. The company name is provided on the below attachments and I would appreciate if this gets forwarded to that company as well because it did not come up on the search on the BBB website. That concerns me as well.

      I wanted to inform you regarding this complaint that the manager is telling me that they never received my payment even though I sent the receipt where I paid it. He is complaining that the receipt states "scheduled to pay" and no proof of payment. It came out of my account and even sent confirmation number and still not accepting it AND the ticket shows UNPAID in their system.  I paid it on July 23rd and cleared my account on July 24th. Should I send my bank statement? Is it safe?

      This company is now saying I never paid my ticket after showing a receipt and a copy from my bank. They are saying the ticket is unpaid and that the payment went somewhere else. They will not show the ticket paid therefore my refund can't be given until they find the payment. I still have an outstanding parking ticket even though I have proof of payment, website and confirmation number.

      This company is now claiming I never paid the ticket and will not accept their own receipt for proof. It still shows unpaid and I'm out ***** with an unpaid parking ticket.  I think they are scammers. And my bank does as well.

      Parked at Nashville ******** Lot on 5/18/24. Used Parking.com app and have proof of that including app and texts from app. Received a ticket on my dashboard saying I owed $68.00. I ignored it due to the proof I have. I then got a letter from a collection agency. I tried to call them and was on hold for approximately 20 minutes. Tried to get in touch with SPPlus Parking (almost impossible to find phone humber). On hold forever again. I do not owe this and I will not pay it.
