I attended a Louisville Bats baseball home season opener on 4/4/23. I entered the * Witherspoon parking lot from *****************. There was NO attendant, no sign re parking fee or means to pay for parking. I did not receive a parking violation on my car but received one in the mail for$15!My notice number is **********. In good faith, this charge should be voided. I'm sure any security camera would validate my complaint. Also..the PMC website did not allow resolution there.Business Response

I went to Scotties for lunch and parked in the lot next to the restaurant. I tried to pay but the website was down or bad cell reception and couldn't get the site to work. There is no place to pay and nothing to do but to keep trying. I NEVER got to the site to pay but now I get a $35 citation and a $4 service charge, what a sham service. Their website doesn't work and they get to over charge people. I don't mind paying to park at a reasonable rate, but to rob people with no way of paying without an additional fee is criminal. Their website doesn't work and them taking advantage of people isn't right.Business Response

I don't mind paying to cost of the parking and if someone would let me know how much and an address to mail a check I will take care of it. It just wouldn't work that day and I don't agree with the $35 and $4 fee for paying online.

Upon parking in a lot owned by Parking Management Company on **************, **********, **, I am being charged for 14 $15 fines. My first complaint is that I have only received written notice of one of these fines, and the photograph is of only my car with no clear location, or signage that indicates violation. The photograph also includes no date or time. I was not notified I was being fined until I had already accrued 14 fines. My second complaint is what authority does a private business have to issue fines? I stayed at a hotel that utilizes this 3rd party company for their valet services. We used their services on March 28th and left on the 29th. The velvet made very strange ******************** about the speed and other things about my vehicle. I didn't notice any damage to my vehicle until we left & I was home. I was trying to get out of their area safely since they blocked every way to get out. After asking the attendant if he was moving any of the cars so I can get out he looked at me took a personal call and walk away. I had to reverse onto a main road in front of a police officer with my kids in the car. When I called the person said they were the manager ( they were not) and they filed the claim 4 days later. I finally spoke to ***** who was an actual manager. told me to send pictures and he would forward them. I never heard from the company until I called/emailed. They refused to acknowledge ANY FAULT in this whole situation. Or help fix the damage that's been done to my car. Park at your own risk.Business Response

The car is brand new with under 5k miles. my car had ZERO dents or issues with the vehicle. But when we get our car back from them there is an issues. not just with our car but getting communication, information, or even getting out of the building safely since they created multiple hazards. I also had one of the employees say that it did happen and he also has and his car damaged at his job with this company. also watching it happen to other vehicles too. So when will they start taking accountability for damaging their customers property? I am rejecting this response because: My car was brand new with zero flaws before using their company. they left us making unsafe decisions do to their lack of care for their customers, I had a worker for them who claimed to be the manager stating that he's seen the staff damage other peoples vehicles. they even rear ended and damaged his. So why wouldn't they have done it to mine? When are they going to start taking responsibility for their employee's actions and lack of car for other peoples property? Also the interactions with every single employee made it very clear they they would joy ride or make poor decisions. So again ill ask when will they take responsibility for their actions?

what is there report and finding? *** presented more than enough evidence to have things taken care of by them and they still chose to just refund the valet that was already refunded? they take zero responsibility in damaging peoples property, not allowing them to leave safely, and the lack of care. its not my fault that their staff didn't file this properly or right away, because that was brought to my attention from his regional manger. it was filed 3-4day later after i reported the incident.Initial Complaint

March 29th 2023, I received a text message from PMC saying I "forgot" to pay for parking. There was a link provided with a button that says "Take Action. Clicking that button shows a bunch of citations in which I've never received a ticket on my car. I contacted Parking enforcement in **********, and there are no parking citations attached to my car. PMC is charging "tickets" without ever leaving a ticket on my car.Business Response

Two days in a row, the parking lot monitor has given me a ticket for failure to pay. I am staying at the Moxy and i have a Moxy parking tag hanging from my window....CLEARLY DISPLAYED. I received a $35 ticket (plus $4 "service fee") for parking for two hours in a parking lot at night in ***********. There were no visible signs indicating it was pay parking lot, and it otherwise had every appearance of being a regular free parking lot intended for the customers of the businesses that were bordering the parking lot. I would have been happy to pay to park but there simply was no obvious signs indicating it was a paid parking lot. Another person who parked in the lot at the same time did not realize it was paid parking.I think what would be fair here is for the fine to be completely rescinded. I would have been happy to have paid the regular parking fee, but I don't think I should have to do that either now that I've had to waste time doing this.My parking violation number was ***********.Business Response

In their last communication, PMC said that the fee had been "waived," which I assume means that I owe them nothing. However, I just received a threat from them that my vehicle will be booted soon if I do not pay the penalty.
The issue is definitely not resolved.

A friend and I stayed at the *************************** hotel in ******, ** from Feb 3-5, 2023 and used the *** valet services. On the last day of our stay (2/6/23), when leaving for the airport in the morning, the *** valet attendant could not locate the keys to our rental car. We waited and the keys never turned up. The valet attendant informed us that the key was accidentally left in another customer's vehicle and that they would make sure to get them back. The attendant spoke to his manager over the phone and the resolution was that they would make sure to get the vehicle back to the rental agency and cover additional fees incurred based on ***'s mistake. We took a Lyft to the airport to avoid missing our flights. The keys did not turn up that day, but we were assured that the vehicle would be returned. On the second day, the manager told me over the phone that the keys would be shipped to him at some point and he didn't have an exact time. He also said that a tow truck would probably not fit through the parking garage due to clearance. At this point I began to worry that I was being lied to, so I called roadside assistance. The vehicle was towed that evening and a final bill was issued about two weeks later. In the meantime, I have been calling, emailing and trying to contact the *** manager which has been avoiding my calls. I have had no luck with getting someone from headquarters to confirm that a claim was filed and that the bill will be taken care of. I have over $850 worth of additional fees (additional rental days, gas, towing, key replacement, etc.) pending to be paid and I can't even get someone from *** on the phone. This is a stressful situation and unnecessary negligence from *** staff. The Hyatt is aware of the issue and said that *** will take responsibility according to their records, but I have gotten zero assurance from *** staff that this is the case. To top it all off, we were still charged $108.58 in valet fees.Business Response

PMC responded to my complaint, but a refund has not been issued. They asked me to send the invoice and I complied via email. I have not heard from them since 3/7/2023. The rental car company charged my credit card.
I do not wish to close this complaint until I get a response from PMC.
