    this letter was made February 17, 2023 about parking without paying on January 18, 2023 at 521 ********** lot . The amount due if $40.00. i saw now sign telling me that i had to pay and online there are multiple other people saying that the same thing happen to them.

    I traveled from ****** to go to Bricktown in **************, ********. We parked in ***** Lot. My phone would not connect to pay the parking fee. My passenger ended up paying the fee for 4 hours. We went to The Joinery and were there for two hours. When we returned to our car, we had a parking ticket for $60.00 for "failure to pay". I have pictures of the "payment successful" note from PMC. I have sent these with other information to the company. Now when I am trying to resolve the issue, they are saying they can't see the transaction and want me to stil pay a reduced fine. I have sent pictures, etc... twice to the company. I have asked for a phone number so I can talk to someone. I'm still waiting. I do not want to pay a fine of any amount because I paid as I was supposed to when I parked.

    On 2/24 I parked directly behind *************** in *********** in a lot marked Hotel Parking. The lot is not clearly marked as a pay lot. There is another lot adjacent over a berm that has a machine, but its not clear that this lot is part of that system. I stayed about an hour and half. At 9 am the next day, Saturday, I got a text to my phone saying I did not pay and now owed them $40! They even had 4 pics of my car. I got another at 9 the next day. The lot is not clearly marked, $40 is outrageous, how do the have my name and phone? This borders on harassment. I dont know if the businesses around those lots have anything to do with this operation but I will think twice about patronizing any of them with this kind of treatment.

    We came to the Stockyards for a show and parked in a PMC spot that required payment. I scanned the ** code and could not get the app to accept payment. Tried to pay via a website and call the number. Nothing worked. Came back a couple hours later and tried again but it was too late and we had already received a violation. Tried to call again and could not get any resolution. My violation number is ***********. Be careful of the spots around.d the stockyard. We tried to do the right thing, but got a violation anyway. I should not be cited, if your platform is not reliable.

    My daughter was in a lot that was not labeled by parking company for less than ten minutes while her friend ran into a store. She remained in the car. No one talked to her and there was no signage to pay. I told this to the company and the canceled all but $10- there was not a violation worthy of any cost.

    My family and I went to eat at a pizza restaurant on 2/18, and this was our first time to this area. We parked in parking directly along the front of these businesses. However, I got a text about a parking violation #***********. At this point I went looking for someone and found the *** associate in the hotel adjacent to the business parking. I asked him why we got a ticket because we were eating at the pizza restaurant and not at the hotel. He stated there is signage and asked if he wanted to show me. I stated yes and we went around then he pointed out these small signs tied on the railing. I told him it was dark those are hard to see, and I argued if there should be paid parking it would be the hotel that also has part of the lot roped off. That too also makes this are of parking confusing to what should be considered paid. I believe with this being dark, small signage, and our first time that this charge should be waived. This is not a good business model for *** taking advantage of customers to these local businesses. Violation #*********** Sincerely,*****

    I received a very threatening text message with the message of having a Violation with code #*********** after parking to eat at the ***************** on *********** in ***********, ** on 02-19-2023. I was under the impression that parking for customers is free and that most of the parking in the city is free on Sundays. If there had been proper signage for customers vs paid parking, I would have never parked there. If the employee who took pictures of my car had taken the time to make sure I wasn't in the restaurant instead of taking photos of my car, I would not have a problem with paying for my parking. I feel very violated from this experience and will actively avoid any PMC parking or affiliated companies from now on and will actively encourage others to do so as well. Worst experience I have ever had.

    Just found out that today 02/17/2023 vs text message from PMC on my phone that I have a failure to pay parking violation in the amounts of $35+$4 fee=$39. (Violation #***-011-682) This is ridiculous I was just stopping by on my way home to checking out the beautiful Tennessee riverwalk .was just there only for ***** minutes. Didnt see any parking kiosk there in the lot. I would happy to pay for my 15 minutes of time there but not $39. This whole ordeal ruined my favorable view of *********** *********. If this keep happening it would hurt the tourism of the city in the long run in my humble opinion. Hope PMC can take of this issue. Otherwise wouldnt be back to *********** or maybe ever. Rather spend my money elsewhere.
