    Terrible experience!! Not only was there no easy signage to pay there were no listed rates or guidance on when to pay. A $20 parking rate turned into $130 after my car got booted less than an hour after I parked without warning!! What a racketeering scheme! I’ve never been to a garage that had “metered” parking and faced the QR code at the entrance backwards so you won’t see it coming in! This company is just praying on first time visitors and jumps right to a boot instead of giving a ticket!!!! Shameful!

    Awful experience!
    My husband and son stayed at a hotel in Pittsburgh and used this valet service through the hotel. The car was there all weekend and when the valet brought the car out, the entire right side of the car was dented! As if someone hit a column or pole and kept driving! Called police and filed a police report. Was told to get 3 estimates, which we did, and wait 10 business days for a reply. It's been over a month, numerous emails to PMC and ZERO response! The estimates are between $7500-$8500 worth of damage to this car and this company has done nothing to rectify this situation.

    I parked behind my office in Savannah, GA in one of their lots for a couple minutes to run in to grab my purse at work. Got a text message later with a picture of my car and a $30 parking fee, plus a $5 platform fee. This is absolutely ridiculous and they need to be stopped. All the parking lots around them are $1-$2 and hour. $35 for a couple minutes is over kill. I need information on how I can report them, because their website is useless unless want a career or to hire them.

    Horrible service - do not know how they can still be in service with all the horrible reviews they have. a **** gift card was taken out of my car for $250. Managment won't do anything about it.

    I had a **** gift card for my daughter's birthday. She was there to spend it. Had it in the glove compartment and it was taken by the velet guy. Tall dark hair, skinny guy. They won't do anything about it. They say not responsible. It is your responsibility if you hair kids that steal.

    I stayed at the ******* ****** Downtown Tampa that uses PMC for their valet. The company could not give me a receipt but STILL charged me... then ******* ****** charged me too (double charge by valet company AND the hotel). The hotel said they would take the charges off my credit card if the VALET would produce a receipt. I have contacted the manager at the Tampa location and STILL not receipt. I contacted the corporate office and STILL no receipt. What an awful and unorganized company.

    While attending an event in Nashville, my daughter stayed at the ******* *** ******* Nashville and used the valet parking service. Her vehicle received significant damage while in the care of the valet. It is my understanding that hers was not the only vehicle damaged by the valet over the weekend. No one notified her of the damage that was done to her car prior to her leaving, so she was unable to report the damage while still at the hotel. I contacted the hotel and was given the name and phone number of the “Guest Services Manager” for PMC. I made two phone calls and left messages and also sent an email. When I received no response, I reached out to the hotel again to ask for assistance. The hotel manager contacted the guest services manager on my behalf, and I finally got a response to my email. He requested specific information about the vehicle and said he would send me a copy of the claims report. I sent him the information immediately and have not heard from him since. I’ve sent two more emails with no response. It has been a month since initiating contact and there is no resolution in sight. I am appalled at the blatant dismissal of my complaint and a lack of accountability for the damage done to our vehicle. It’s equally infuriating and shocking that they’re able to stay in business when it’s run in this manner.

    Update on PMC BBB Complaint: This is the response I finally received from them. “Initially we do apologize that there was such a delay from our manager with the reporting to us of your claim and the untimely response to you. The damage on the vehicle could not be confirmed prior to departure from the property as the vehicle had already been removed from the possession of the valet service and that the reporting of the damage was made after your departure from the property. A claim must be made prior to a vehicle being removed from the property and custody of the valet service. Without affording management at the property the opportunity to verify, physically view and investigate the damage prior to departure, Parking Management Company cannot accept liability.” This is a very convenient policy to have as it makes it impossible to “afford management of the property the opportunity to verify, physically view and investigate the damage prior to departure” if they fail to notify the owner of the vehicle that the vehicle was damaged. The damage was noticed immediately when arriving home and contact was initiated the very next morning. Based on the other complaints read here, this is their way to avoid taking accountability. They usher you into your vehicle quickly so you don’t have time to notice damage, and then tell you they’re not liable since you didn’t tell them before you left.

    My car was stolen at ***** place/primacy parkway. This company sells the parking spaces at the hotel. The next day the family member that had paid for the parking had fraud charge on their card. Their bank had to issue new card.
    Lot supposed to have security guard and cameras?

    PMC Valet at ***** ******* in Austin scratched the side of my truck, did not notify me, and is refusing to fix it because I had left the premises before noticing it. The dishonesty of the staff is what bothers me the most. Everyone makes mistakes but the fact that they refused to own up to it is irresponsible business practice. I'm contacting my attorney.

    Since I cannot find a better solution for a complaint I am posting on this platform. A recent athletic event at ********** ********** brought us face-to-face with a rude and unhelpful individual with PMC parking. We had been in traffic for some time and had navigated to the prepaid parking garage and were directed away from this building to another by parking attendants. When we reached the stated garage we had been directed to, Kensington garage, we were introduced to a PMC individual who, instead of being helpful, chose to curse and tell us we were at the wrong garage. This individual was belligerent to the point that he would not allow us to explain how we had gotten to this point. After being directed to turn around, he approached our vehicle once again to continue being rude and talking over us instead of being helpful or assisting. All that I got from the attendant was that he was a Major in the military and that he could only take so much before he snapped. OBTW we had an individual in our car that is ADA and our placard was visible from our windshield. If the PMC attendant had taken a few minutes to listen and understand that I was not looking to park in the wrong garage I just needed some assistance in getting my family members dropped off safely.

    On 1/31/2024, a PMC employee in Charlotte, NC scratched the side of my truck while pulling out of the parking garage. She not only refused doing it, but she was extremely rude and unprofessional to me during our conversation following the incident. Now, I can’t even seem to get a hold of anyone at PMC to file a claim. They are just giving me the run-around. Extremely disappointing.
