Great salesman, knew his product and really listened to us about our needs. My wife and I purchased the walk-in tub and we rarely buy on the spot. Like the made in America and heated seat best but also will enjoy the other ben fits the Safe Step offers. Thank you **** ** for seeing us so quickly. The representative was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, patient and respectful. ******* presentation was excellent and I really enjoyed the walk in tub & shower w/glass door with the different features and jet settings in the tub. The product is definitely worth getting.

***** was very nice. He went over everything and showed me the material the floor would be made out of he showed me diagrams about the company how the items were being made. ***** was very thorough, I like that he ate everything out for me. 3 starsThe salesperson was pleasant and knowledgeable. He was not rushed or pushy. He said we would have both an ozone generator and a UV light to disinfect the water. Documentation says ozone but no mention of UV light. The installer said it does not have either.

Installed: 6/4/2025
Installer was pleasant and courteous. He did an attractive job. Good cleanup. Provided some explanation of functions but did not fill the tub all the way and run all the various functions.
Used once and identified a number of non-functional items. The highly touted quality control on the website failed on this tub. I think you may need to pull this tub to do diagnostics and replace it with a new one that received better quality control. A cash refund for the stress level it has caused due to it not being usable, would help reduce the high level of anger we are feeling Paying $23K for a tub that does not work properly is definitely NOT acceptable.
1) Door does not latch without leaning hard against it from the inside. It is not suitable for arthritic hands.
2) Rear water jets do not work. Water flow control lever does not change water flow.
3) Jet Air Hydro Control does not seem to change the air mix in water flow.
4) Did not see a good stream of micro-bubbles.
5) When they come to work on it, we need a demonstration.
6) There is a bit of caulk touch-up.
Called to request service on 6/9/2025. We were told it would be 5-7 days before they call to schedule the service. That delay I do not understand.
Expectations are high once the problems are resolved.
