This company is a fraud and does not care about their customers. The will over charge, ignore your request for help with anything and then charge you late fees because their pay system isn't working. Stay far away unless you like migraine headaches.

We have a small office space which none of us actually inhabit, but we needed a physical space and address to collect mail for the lessor and other agents who are assigned to us as a branch office. We began our lease in February of 2023 and upon our lease auto-renewing 3 months before the end of current lease, we started noticing far less mail coming to us. This corresponded to a change in staff at our address. When we inquired, we were assured that all our mail was still being distributed as received (October of 2023). By November 22nd of the same year, we stopped getting mail altogether. Again, going through our list of people who were supposed to be getting mail, we were then told that only the person on the lease was allowed to receive mail. All others would have to sign a contract for mail service at $90/month per person. Other than the 3 people on the lease, we had about 9 others who had been receiving mail previously, however not even the 3 people were getting mail anymore. Late November, early December we started getting letters from our parent company saying that our mail was being "returned to sender". Our business is regulated by the SEC so we have extraordinary important timelines we have to abide by. We hired an attorney to send a demand letter to let us out of the lease due to breach of contract for not giving us our mail, but have been completely ignored by staff. I have been unable to locate any legal staff to bring the attention of the issue to, and the staff is refusing to pass along or give me any information to take this up with anyone else. We've been forced to move our branch address because what we pay for through Regus is non-viable as a business address thanks to them.

This company is a complete fraudulent company who will do nothing to address your concerns shall you have anything. The only thing they care about is billing you. They bill people for charges that are not discussed prior to charging. Complete scam of a company. Stay far away. Do yourself a service & avoid at all cost. Want to talk to anyone in charge? It will never ever happen. If i could leave no stars i would. Avoid at all cost. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

I went to this company looking for office space. We found one that would be perfect for us and our business. We discussed furniture needed, furniture color, even wall colors (we wanted one color but were told there was a set range we could choose from). When it came time to move in, we were told that the agreement we got did not include the furniture color we wanted, nor the wall painted the color we had decided upon. We then informed the sales guy and the floor manager that we felt we had been "bait and switched". I was told they would discuss and get back with me, I never heard back. I told them I would be negating the contract as they had not given what we had agreed to. It was a great location, just not a great fit apparently. I am still getting emails that I owe for the term of the contract, even though we never took possession of the office. I refuse to pay for something I did not receive. Bait and switch has happened a few times here, per my understanding at this time.

I prefer not to leave negative reviews about any business as it can impact our local community. However, I feel compelled to share my honest opinion. While the staff at the Regus *********** Office location were excellent, there were significant issues with billing. Despite only using the facility for 3.5 months, we were overbilled three times. Obtaining a refund for these overcharges was challenging, and they even deducted two months of retainer without our consent. In just 3.5 months, our billing statement showed over 46 transactions, which seemed excessive. Reconciling these charges with our lease agreement took hours of effort due to the complexity of their billing system. Unfortunately, their billing department appears to be poorly managed.I am currently struggling to obtain a refund for my retainer (equal to two months rental). They insist on deducting an additional month's amenities fee, despite it already being charged to our company credit card.If possible, I recommend exploring other options and avoiding any Regus location. Thank you.

Poor management. Continue to harass clients for unpaid invoices after proof of payment received due to a 'technical error.' Poor accounting. I'm surprised, I expected better, not perfection, just better. Hiding behind emails won't work. They need to take accountable of how they disrupt clients work days due to management errors. They have a hard time with accountable. Save your money folks, there are other options.

We have been a customer of ********************** for numerous years (over a decade) and I can tell you that they are one of the worst companies we have ever worked with. They auto renew your agreement with little or no notice. They would also rather rely on predatory contract terms then assist or help their clients situation. They have zero interest in customer / client retention and sole interest is gouging customers until the end of their agreement if you can ever get it to end.

This company is marketed towards small businesses however, they are the worst possible office spay to rent from for a small business. I believe their business model not based off of collecting rent, but charging frivolous fees so much so that your business goes out of business and they can keep your deposit while getting a deposit from another unfortunate business owner. Not only do they charge frivolous fees, they do not notify you of the fee being charged and will bill your card. For small businesses, this leads to overdraft fees and fees for a declined card. They also require your card to be placed on file or else the charge an additional retainer worth 1 month's rent. They do not bill at the same time every month so if you do not have the money in the account on the random day they decide to charge, you will likely be charged the *** fee from the bank, a *** from Regus, and a late fee, plus the original amount owed, plus the bill for the next month 2 weeks prior it being due, plus the retainer. This will then put you in the whole for the following month which affects the next month and the next month. They also are misleading and try to lock you in longer than you agreed to. I agreed to a 12 month lease but because my lease started on ******* the 2nd, They don't consider that a full month so I have to be locked in for ******* of the next year also. The rep didn't let me begin my lease on ******* 1st because it was a holiday.

This company should be closed down by breaking lease agreements. I am a physician and they accused me of having ***** and told me not to come in for 2 weeks. A tenant overheard me talking on the phone to a patient about his symptoms and reports me as having covid which the company then, without even approaching me, sends me an email telling me to quarantine for 2 weeks. They owe me two weeks of lost income. In addition, they did not allow me to see any patients who had a sniffle such as from allergies or a cold. I had to move and rent somewhere else so I could see patients. They have since tried to come after me for breaking the lease, when it was THEY WHO BROKE THE ******

Place is literally criminal - Sign you up and auto enroll you with ease - Try to cancel - Forget it - These staff doesn't even know how to cancel and is so poorly trained they can't do ANYTHING. I feel bad for the employees - this company steals - filing complaints with the **** and FTC as this is criminal. We have been trying to cancel the ******* office for over a year and they literally just keep stealing money and auto renewing.
