The first time I was deceived at ********** quarter spaces was in the sales process there are two coworking options one where you can use the one office and a global one where you can go to any location. I needed a desk and the sales lady told me that with the global membership you can use temporary desks (I wish I could attach an image where she texted me how to get to the desks on my first day). This was obviously not the case as after I paid and came in on the first day the staff was extremely confused to why I asked how to get in the desk room that I toured with temporary desks as those were peoples private desks. I showed them the texts and I had to upgrade to another plan to get my own desk instead as.A week later I get a random $100 dollar penalty fee for who knows what reason as my account is set on automatic payment and they said it would be refunded to me and instead they credited it to my account which doesnt make any sense.Come end of June I find out I need to go out of state and want to cancel my desk for August and so I call (before my 30-days) and the lady at the front desk said she would place the the cancellation and text me. I never got a text so next time I came in July 2nd, I went and asked if it went through and everything and the lady working the front desk completely brushed me off and says I have to use the app because theres nothing she can do. Which is very strange as **** has helped me fix all my previous issues and never sent me off with the excuse that he has no control. The worst thing that happened to spaces is **** getting transferred. But basically, at this point every time you contact them they play victim saying theres nothing they can do the app has all the control and open all these customer service tickets that lead nowhere. I cant even block my card as theyll take my security deposit and $100 false penalty fee the credited to my account. So if you wanna flush $500+ I recommend you sign up.

***** has repeatedly been problematic with their billing and service. Today I received a notice of being past due, and when I checked my account, I am 100% up to date. I am not sure if they are fraudulently trying to take money from customers or they just are completely disorganized and their systems are made to take advantage of people. For example, they auto-renewed my service, and I contacted them a day or two later to say I did not want the service (which was set to expire in a month), and they said sorry, you're stuck for another six months. While the local staff are pleasant (so this is not a local issue, but a corporate one), the systems and management of the business are, to me, predatory. Sending someone a bill when they are up to date sounds like they are hopeful that someone does not pay attention. Unfortunately, you cannot use zero stars. I have moved to Life Time work and am so much happier.

I have been a customer of ********************** since 2019 and have had several accounts from membership plans with some office days to full offices. They consistently participate in fraudulent billing practices and deception and until now it was tolerable. However, I have a move coming and recently signed a virtual office agreement with another state. I was on a month to month membership which I had terminated. I planned to switch the virtual office to in the other state to add office day access. I went online and found there was an upgrade option, sounds easy enough. I have had several accounts but believed I was upgrading my virtual office to add the additional space and on a month to month basis. I received an email stating my upgrade, thanking me, and showing it to be month to month. Please note that even on month to month you still usually end up paying for two more months of service. However, I soon found that they were reactivating my membership (other account) which was a mistake. I immediately put in to terminate the agreement (two days later). The termination document states the end of service date is May 2025 and indicated it was a 12 month agreement. I therefore tried to contact Regus. You can talk to a person in sales but not in accounts. I email through the system and eventually days later am told it was entered into the system as 12-month and therefore I will be billed for 12 more months. I emailed back my email stating it was month to month and further indicated that was my intention. This company will take as much money as possible whenever possible and will not allow you to talk to someone to resolve any billing / contract issue. I highly advice to utilize any other office space solution than Regus which is what I am finally exploring currently.

Your company is a scam, offering the worst agreements ever. You don't care about people, only about money. I could be on the street with nothing to eat for me and my family, and you wouldn't care. You demand full payment of the agreement, even if I no longer use the office. You'll rent it to another company and still expect to take all my money. You are simply the worst kind of company. For the sake of the honest people, you should no longer exist to make the world a better place.

I rented an office space with the company at **. ******, ********** for two years while I was waiting for state approval in ********** for my business. I decided to close the office at **. ****** when my aggrement expired and open another office in ********** when my licence in ********* is about to be approve because i needed a physical office address. I later realized this month that I'm still been charged for the office which has ended. I returned the keys and moved all my belogings from the office at **. ****** and It shows clearly on the company portal that it ended on July 31, 2023. They are now threathening that my company will be reported to the bureau if i don't pay them for the office I'm not using and which I did not renew. I reported to them that i only have one office which is in ********** and they are saying the former account is still open. If the other account is still open that means you deliberately refused to close it because on the portal it shows ended. It is not possible for me to be paying for the office Im not using. This is a pure scam. This company is a complete fraudulent company who will do nothing to address your concerns shall you have issues. The only thing they care about is billing you for services they are not rendering. They bill people for charges that are not discussed prior to charging. Complete scam of a company.

Very misleading business practices. Not customer-focused. Extremely poor customer service at any level above front desk staff. We did not feel safe. Concerns for internet and office security based on some personal interactions. As a small business owner with a healthcare-focused office, I would not recommend.

This company is a fraud and does not care about their customers. The will over charge, ignore your request for help with anything and then charge you late fees because their pay system isn't working. Stay far away unless you like migraine headaches.
