1 starI started with Regus in Feb of 2024, I cancel the contract within 10 days of registering. But still had to pay the entire year which I did. They charge me a total of 11 payments all the way to Jan 2024, 80% of the payments were the same 251 one month(on 9 charges) and 179 the rest of the months. All these payments were sent to auto-draft on credit card within my account. Then starting in Jan 2024 things look weird I was charged $178 no invoice no details on what this was. In Feb 2024 no payments are due I thought to myself "I made it the contract is done!". Nope this is incorrect!!! In March of 2024 I'm charged 251 twice again no invoice or anything. I email the support they respond back with show proof you made these payments no explaining what the payments are no invoice or anything. I respond back asking for a invoice or explanation but guess what the email customer support uses is a no-reply email, yet they told me to provide them proof?! So I email asking again for an invoice and during this time they auto-draft me again and not for the $251x2 that's due but only a late fee of 55$ leaving the balance to increase!!! This company is a scam and they need to be reported I will never do business with Regus again they have no support phone number and the email you send only works one way. The support in the local office has no idea how to read or interrupt my billing neither. They literally stopped billing me in Feb2024 just to charge me two months in March when I agree to a 12 month plan I expect 12 payments not 14 payments plus late fees when the card is on file for them to withdraw the necessary balance. I hope you read this before wasting a year of your life with this companyReview fromManuel A

1 starCan we give it zero stars??? We have cancelled the contract with them yet they say we still owe them through the end of the year b/c it just auto-renewed less than 2 weeks ago.... we are sitting in April! Normally, good companies will work with you and you go back to them when you need those services again. This company.... NOPE. Will be looking elsewhere for a virtual office when we need one again.Review fromGus H

1 starThis company is an absolute scam. Please read the BBB reviews before doing business with them. I contracted with them for two offices for six months about five months into it. I got a notice that I was behind and payment. I tried to sign in I got my first of over 100 reply saying that I have attempted to sign in too many times in my account is closed, I escalated this to their IT department same result I escalated this to the IT department same result second time then I was told that my contract would automatically renew for another six months. I went in person and talked to a young lady in ************, who said I am sorry you can only in this contract through your Regis ***** on our website I showed her the pages were dozens of times. I have tried to ***** and it said sorry youve tried to ***** too many times your account is locked. I tried by phone to cancel the contract I tried in person to cancel the contract. I tried by email to cancel the contract I have over 100 page photos of their reply saying sorry your account has been attempted too many times and is closed fast-forward they turned me into collections for $1100. I posted a ****** review similar to this one this morning. I got an email saying please take down your review And we will drop this claim and take you out of collections. I took down the review tonight at 9:45. I got an email saying thank you for taking down your review. You owe us $1100 and we still have you in collections what an absolute scumbag piece of s*** group this Regus Office space is , please do your due diligence before you do business with them they will hurt youReview fromKatrina C

1 starI would give them a ZERO if I could. You can never get in touch with anyone at the local ******* branch (6000 Poplar). Email sends back an automated message. When you call the ***** number, youre told they were trained to redirect you back to the local community. If you cant reach the local community, then WHAT??? I canceled my services back in January. They were still trying to charge me for a monthly bill and multiple late payments. Finally got even taken care of. ***** because I finally got in touch with a nice gentleman from the ***** number, who called them while I was on the phone. They answered for him but I tried to call multiple times again today before calling the ***** number back. Dont waste your time with Regus. Get somebody else to do it. TERRIBLEReview fromChristine H

1 starWe had been using REGUS as a virtual office for about 15 years in *************. We're in *********, and basically paid around *******, depending on how many years you go back, for mail forwarding services. They sent us a notice of renewal. I asked about the cost of going month to month. They said it is the same cost and that was it. At that point, a legitimate company would have informed me that once the renewal date of my contract passes, they do not allow you to cancel or go month to month, so if I was planning to go month to month I had better do it now. Mind you, this was an AUTO renewal. I never agreed to the renewal of the year long contract. About a month after the contract renewal date, when I had completed letting all my customers know of ***************, I cancelled the membership on their website and they sent me a big message back confirming they had received my request to cancel and they would be getting in touch with me. Instead, my credit card was charged again the next month. Now, they simply say we are unable to cancel our contract and will be charged for the next ************************************ 2025! This is after ************************** addition, they nickel and dime you like a cheap company would do. If I called to ask about a piece of mail in the office, they would want to charge me 10 just to answer my question. They are scheisters and theives. They provide zero customer service. A company who has no phone numbers on their website nor on their email signatures.Review fromSamantha D

1 starIf I could rate zero stars, I would. Think long and hard about signing any length of term lease agreement at Regus or any IWG location.Things they don't tell you when leasing a space:1. Rent is due in the prior month for the future month. (January rent is paid in December, etc) unlike regular commercial leases where rent is due on the 1st of the month.2. You will need to pay an extra retainer deposit if you don't keep a stored default payment method on file.3. If you keep stored payment information on file, they will take whatever, whenever they want.4. Even if you change your stored payment method, they keep your old financial information on file.I keep being told their system has a "glitch" and that is why they continually more than double bill me month over month and have to wait weeks to be refunded. Their "glitch" just takes random amounts that do not tie to anything and no one can offer any explanation as to why. They keep your financial information stored somewhere even if you remove it from your account.Want to speak to anyone at a corporate level? Good luck.Save yourself the headache and stress (and money).Review fromAndrew M

1 starOn February 8th I had a call with ***********************, a salesperson with IWG Group. I rented an office in *************** from him for the dates between February 26th and March 31st. I was very clear that I wanted this office for these dates and only these dates, I was assured the price was 950 for the month of March and a pro-rated amount for the week in February.Instead, I received the following charges:989.00: damage deposit ******: for February (With a list price of 950 CAD, I should have been charged 33.9 CAD/day for the days in February, amounting to ****** CAD)******** for March Now they are charging me ******** for ****** Even though I was ******* clear that I wanted the office for one month and received an affirmation from ****** that one month + 1 week was all I was booking. I am now paying ******* for an office that was assured to be 950 dollars.Everyone I have dealt with at Regus that knows I only asked for the one month +1 week stay has "no recollection of that conversation" and is requiring 30 days notice of a cancellation (I gave 52 days notice to *********************** and 34 days notice to front office staff)I have given substantial ***** and patience in this situation. I seem to have exhausted all avenues of cordial and professional discourse when dealing with Regus on this.Review fromNicky E

1 starI entered into a contract with Regus when I started a remote job and needed a quiet workspace away from home. There is tiny print at the bottom of the contract that mentions that the contract cannot be terminated except according to its terms, which are not readily apparenthowever, coming from a leasing background, the word except screams loudly to me that there is an option for breakage under some nebulous term and condition. I presumed then that like any other contract there is an option to break it so long as a fee paid out. However, this explanation was never offered to me, and at signing, I didnt think to ask. This became a problem later when I left my remote job early and got an in-office job, thus, no longer allotting the need for the office space. I promptly contacted Regus and told them as much. They basically told me well, that *****, and said I was stuck. So, I made a lump-sum offer to break the fee. They turned it down. The only other option they gave me was that they could try re-renting the office space and letting me know when that happened. However, to date, they have provided me 0 updates, no indication that they are even trying to re-rent the space, and I havent gotten word from the in-office rep in two weeks (last thing I heard was We need more time to formulate a response Do you though?). My prompts are going ignored which is awesome. Keep your eye out for the fine print on this one, folks.Review fromAllyson B

1 starI need to communicate with upper leadership in this company. I need an end to my contract as I submitted a request for it back in 2/13/24. My dissatisfaction is increasing due to the lack of communication and understanding between Helpdesk and local office assistants. The levels of disrespect are huge! My mental health and wellbeing are at risk and I make your company responsible for the worst nightmare I have lived since 2/9/24 when I thought I was making a good decision with a membership with you. I need upper management to deal with this process and resolve it by ending contract no. *****xxx for services I dont wish to have and I have made it clear and aware that I dont need since 2/13/24. I already paid Feb month fees and now I have invoices up to April already overdue. This is insane!! How can this company use coercion/pressure to keep a customer obligated under such circumstances????
