Buyer beware. I was a tenant for 10 years. Do not rent from them. You cannot contact anyone outside the community team at the office center. My office location was not cleaned. Carpets and furniture were not shampood or cleaned for over 4 years. Blinds broken for years and never fixed. Bathrooms not cleaned. Staff not trained and front desk left vacant during lunchtime. Very high turn over rate of staff. Billing issues would take months to correct. I terminated my contract by the rules and with more than the required notice. I do not owe them anything but still my retainer has not been returned after 35 days and the website will not let me delete my credit card. They don't tell you that they own thr phone number and as a business will not let you transfer the phone number to a new location.

We signed up for virtual office and immediately got an automated email saying someone from the team will contact me shortly to "setup my services". Weeks later nothing, so we called the Regus office, and they assured me a local representative will call me right back. Over a month after signing up and paying still no call, and we still can't use the service or give out the virtual address since mail forwarding has not been setup. I've wasted a month of fees, and gotten nothing but excuses. I tried to cancel but they don't have any satisfaction guarantee, and will instead be billing us for a full year. We were going to place some staff at the Regus Waterloo location, but we're really uneasy. Instead we decided to a put staff at Chameleon. (So far they've impressed me). I still prefer the Regus physical location (close to big client) but otherwise I would switch immediately. I followed up with their customer service, who after an "investigation" determined they did nothing wrong, and reminded me that I better keep paying my bills. STAY AWAY!

After a series of disappointing experiences with Regus, I've made the difficult decision to cancel both of my accounts. This decision stems from multiple issues that highlight a concerning pattern of unethical practices and inadequate service.Firstly, the customer service at ********************** is notably poor. Throughout my tenure, I consistently faced a lack of knowledgeable support. It appeared that the customer service team was unable to provide informed answers or satisfactorily resolve issues, leaving me frustrated and without the support needed to conduct my business efficiently. Moreover, Regus's services are overpriced. The value offered simply does not justify the high costs, especially when compared to the level of service and support provided. This discrepancy between price and quality is a significant drawback for any business looking to control overheads while expecting reliable service.Adding to the disappointment, I encountered misleading sales practices. I was promised a discount on a second location, only to be charged significantly more than agreed upon. This not only demonstrates a lack of integrity but also directly impacted my business finances unfavorably.Worse still, after correcting an overcharge, I was immediately threatened with a price increase tied to a contract renewal that contradicted the terms of my original contract. Such unethical practices, including inappropriate threats and unjustified price increases, are unacceptable. The culmination of these experiences has led me to conclude that Regus operates unethically. I am deeply disappointed and compelled to share my experiences to inform others considering Regus for their business needs.I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale for potential Regus customers. The lack of support, unjustified pricing, misleading practices, and unethical behavior have convinced me to take my business elsewhere.

No one answers the phone. We keep getting mailed forwarded to ** from state comptroller on notices that aren't for our company, just companies with similar names. Our virtual office isn't listing in ******, which was the whole point.

Horrible company that auto-renews the contract without confirmation from the customer, even if the customer has requested cancellation in writing months before. Mainly the Brickell ***** office, with the help of a lawyer I will file a lawsuit against them.

This has to be the most corrupt company I've ever encountered. They are actively stealing ***** from me (over the next 24 months), as I went into one of their locations in ******** (while I was travelling for a month) to buy a single 10 day pass for the month of October. I lead into ***************************************** consent, and they refuse to rectify this mistake. They have openly engaged in intimidation, and ignored all of my attempts to address this issue. I will be doing everything I can to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else, so absolutely don't use this service (Spaces, Regus, IWG, etc...) as they are moral bankrupt. They have a one star review on every-site I've seen, which is an incredible testament to they ethics

I just signed up with Regus on 16 January ****. I signed up for $99 for a virtual office a month. I know that they took out $217 then another section $217 another $70. Then $107. Im like whats going on here then the next day they took out another $217 another $46 and another $217 they took out over $1000 in two weeks. I never even use the service yet. You cannot get a hold of anyone you cant even cancel your product when they took the $620 out. I had to go find the money because my checking account was overdrawn. I fixed my checking account then they took out another $426.This is has been a complete nightmare. You cannot get a hold of them after hours. I had to cancel my credit card, and I dont know how they got a hold of my personal checking account number. I didnt give that number I gave a credit card number they illegally went into my banking account and withdraw nearly $800.

I was only in need of an office for one week and on their website it's unclear whether or not you can easily cancel if you sign up for a monthly plan. So I called and talked directly to a sales person who kept trying to sell me on the space that I already decided I wanted and needed. I explained my situtation and that I only needed one month. While on the phone they contacted their manager and confirmed they could do this and that once I signed the contract they would set it up so it was immediately canceled. They assured me that I would not be chargedthey clearly understood that was why I called and didn't sign up through their website. The next week I was in the rented office space, everything was fine. I noticed in the app there was an option to cancel my account under my profile so I set a reminder on my phone to cancel at the end of the day on Friday so as not to affect my access to the office during the week I was there. That Friday was December 15th and that morning they billed my credit card FOR ******** On the 15th of the month??? I tried calling multiple times and was never able to get through to a person. I ended up submitted a help request through their website and when I received a response the person was entirely unhelpful and basically told me there was no way they would refund my money.Additionally, during the week I was in the rented office, I received 3 emails from 3 other sales people on their team trying to get me to sign up for a membership I was already signed up for and each time I told them I was already signed up.I've called, sent emails, and as a last ditch effort requested a dispute on my credit card. Because this sales person told me verbally and I have no written record of it I was not given the chargeback and am out $140 for something I did not use.Honestly, the worst part is that I would've totally used them again but this completely unreasonable response has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had.

Very Disappointed. Found out after the fact that Im in a two year contract at 125/mo. I canceled 11/23 but noticed my card still being charged. I dissolved my business due to no action. The *** knows, the state knows, and Regus still wants to charge until the last year is done in 12/24. signing up on their app originally, there's no way to retrieve the contract where it claims a user is committing to two Years.
